Front desk was incredibly rude to my partner.They're unprofessional and need to reevaluate how they treat clients. Personal information does not need to be shared with them to gain sympathy for your job not being done. as someone who works customer service I would never make them feel bad for something I didn't do, that I get paid to do.

An amazing little quiet facility with some incredibly welcoming staff. Shows knowledge and eagerness to collect with clients, open decent hours, and nicely located for those a little out of the way of the city. Prices were very fair and quality equipment/small stock to purchase visible. :)

I came downstairs to see my dogs face completely swollen up. I thought the clinic closed at nine so I took her there right away and arrived at 8:30 and saw they actually closed at 8 but they were still in there. I knocked with the intention of asking them if I should take her to the emergency clinic, before I could even ask they looked at her and said “come on in.” They opened up their doors and stayed until at least 9 o’clock to help my puppy!!!! Such a great staff. Prices are high but I think pet care is high everywhere. The staff is incredible here!!

Front desk staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. Not impressed with the Dr. Very opinionated and seemed annoyed that we were new pet owners that have a lot to learn. Had some good advice for training which is appreciated however, the fact that the term “Covid Puppy” was used 5-6 times during the visit shows she obviously assumes we don’t plan on training or raising our puppy properly. Also very disappointed that I contacted this location looking for the 10 week checkup and needles. Being a new pet owner didn’t realize this should be done at 12 weeks as a Google search says 10-12 weeks. So after being over an hour late to get in, we need to return in 2 weeks. Will not be returning to this location.

My first experience with this vet was under unfortunate circumstances - Murphy, my 20 year old cat, had suddenly become paralyzed and she had to be euthanized. The staff was exceptionally caring and helpful and made Murphy's final moments as comfortable as possible. I left very sad but also very satisfied with this place. About a week later my satisfaction turned into joy when I checked my mail and found a condolence card in the mail, complete with Murphy's footprints on it. I, a middle aged man, teared up. We had travelled from Ontario to Nova Scotia when our dog became very sick. Fortunately, I found Dr. Sharon. We called Saturday morning while on the road and they were able to see Rosie early Monday morning. That afternoon Dr. Sharon operated and removed a blockage in Rosie's stomach and bowel. The care she received from Dr. Sharon and her staff went above and beyond caring and helpful. We can't thank them enough for their thoughtfulness and help! Rosie is home and happy!

I love going to Dr. Sharon for all of my pets needs. She has been amazing with all of my dogs over the years and Gracie, Rosie, and Lola think so too. Our new addition Lilly will be meeting Dr. Sharon this week and I am sure she will enjoy as well. I would not go to anyone else and would recommend her to anyone. Love her honesty. The staff are amazing as well. Love the new digs as well.

Hi, I am usually not one to write reviews but I had such great service at middle sackville vet I think it’s only right that I do. Dr Sharon is caring , honest, and professional. My dog had some troubles with her spay recovery, which was out of anyone’s control, as it had to do more with my dogs anatomy and make up. These troubles required her to have another surgery under anesthetic. Dr. Sharon did not hesitate to do this second surgery at no cost and take care of my dog. In addition, Dr. Sharon did this the same day I took my dog in for follow up . I can’t believe the amazing service I got here. I’d recommend to anyone. This place really puts the animals first and their care is outstanding. I can’t say enough praise. Thank you so much!

Dr Sharon has always been great to my dog when I have her in. You never have the feeling of being rushed out and she always goes over and answers any questions or concerns you have. Love her sense of humour too to always lighten the mood when you have any issues with your pet. Really like it here.

Dr. Sharon has been caring for our fur babies for more than 20 years; from our first cat Tigger, then our Yorkie Chelsea, now our Cairn Terrier Miss Mollie. I appreciate her kindness, compassion and doesn't butter things up. The front line staff are amazing and friendly, especially Betty who has been there forever. We have moved from the area and still take the extra time to drive there for the pet care. Thanks to all the staff for the past 20 + years.

Not happy at all with this place, the wife called to see how much it would cost to get 3 of my dogs needles, they told her around $240.00 with a 15-20% discount for bringing in 3 dogs . When I got there they gave my dogs extra needles we did not ask for and when it was time to pay it ended up costing me $452.00 after a 10% discount. Never been to a place that prices what you want then gives and charges you for extra stuff you didnt want or ask for... scammed me over $200.00 ...NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL WITH THIS BUSINESS...
