I have booked 2 appointments here. The first one , when I arrived the appointment wasn't in the system and it was an ordeal to get the grooming done. I just booked an appointment today, July 17 and I show up and they've changed the and on me saying they contacted me when they didn't. I planned by day around it and now can't get the grooming done. Their customer service and communication is AWFUL. I won't be going back. DO NOT BOOK HERE

I’ve been taking my girls to Kibbles and Clips for as long as I can remember. I can’t tell you how thankful I am to have svetlana looking after my girls. She always goes above and beyond and gives the best haircuts to my furbabies. I don’t trust too many people with my fur kids but I got a Tell ya svetlana is one of a kind!! He looks after my very elderly Sophie like she was her own. Sophie and Sadie love going there. She is very good at what she does, she’s very accommodating, always on time and very professional

If I could rate zero stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE. I booked my elderly pug here to get his nails trimmed, because of covid we were not able to be in the building while he was getting done. The groomer comes out 2 minutes later in a panic because my dog was not breathing. She had a cone that was at least two sizes too small strapped around his neck and was suffocating him! She didn’t even think to take the cone off his neck after he stopped breathing. As soon as I took the cone off of him he gasped for air and was in horrible condition for hours after we brought him home. It was a horrific experience to say the least.

I have taken Cassie my yorkie here a few times and was always pleased, Sveta my groomer always gave her a little bow in her hair or a scarf around her neck ,she is very friendly, I would highly recommend Kibbles and Clips on anyone ,see you again soon
