Put in a lot of money with no results. First guy that help stopped returning calls and emails after the money was paid. Second guy lives so far away that it's no longer feasible to continue with this company. Lost of lot of money and still have no prosthetic for my pup.

Jeff and Dorothy have been great to work with. My dog was a challenging case and we did some learning as we went, but Jeff was very open to our ideas and worked hard to get our Lucy in a boot that could withstand her energy. I would highly recommend the K-9 Orthotics team to anyone with an orthotic need for their pet. Jeff is very open to communication and works hard to give dogs the best quality of life. I just wish they were closer!

Jeff is amazing! My large yorkie ruptured his CCL during Covid and Surgery wasn't an option. The knee brace Jeff provided has my boy going at 85% and that makes both of us happy! No need for surgery any longer. ????????

My whole experience with K-9 Orthotics was truly the best. I mostly dealt with Dorothy, who was an absolute angel, but I could tell the heart that this business has. I can speak from experience to say they truly care for the dogs and their owners. They will go above and beyond to ensure that your dog is properly fitted and cared for, even under strict COVID-19 guidelines. I would highly recommend this business for any orthotics and prosthetic needs. I can't say enough how much they care and how much you can trust your furry family member to be well taken care of. Jeff and Dorothy are wonderful!! Originally our dog was only needing 1 brace but after we sent in the cast for that one she injured the other one so made appt with vet for casting of other leg. When Jeff found out he looked in their inventory and found a casting that had the same measurements and markings as ours and offered to make the other one at the same time and when we receive it to try it and if it fits great can then make payment for it otherwise we would still have our appt for the 2nd casting. Here's hoping it fits.
