My dog hurtles out of the car to get into JTR in the mornings. She comes home happy and soooo tired. The staff are friendly and truly excited to greet each and every dog. I feel comfortable leaving my puppy at JTR knowing she is having a great day with the other dogs in a safe environment.

After I changed my restaurant's hours, I needed a daycare that was open past 7pm (being in bayers lake was a huge bonus!). I could not be more happy with Jollytails Resort. I am extremely confident that my very social pomsky Zelda is well attended to while romping about with her many pals. The facebook pictures and email report card are wonderful, but the overall kindness and positive way that the entire staff have always interacted with my baby really puts me at ease when I am not there with her. Just saying "daycare" gets her extremely excited. Zelda has been going to this daycare for just over a year, and I plan to keep her going there. I have recommended my friends with new puppies to go here as well, and they also do not regret it. All in all, Zelda is very comfortable with the staff and I can tell she loves her full experience there. Just seeing how excited she is to greet the staff at morning drop off (and to receive her goodbye pats before we go home) is nothing short of reassuring and heartwarming. Thank you to everyone at Jollytails Resort for being so reliable, professional, attentive and fun!

Our Sheltie puppy Isla came to JTR for her Santa picture and got so much love from the staff and franchise owners! They are lovely people who are also crazy about Shelties. They also post the cutest captions for their daily pictures of doggie clients at the resort.

We boarded our pup overnight on NYE at Jollytails resort. It was his first night away from us that he wasn't staying with a family member. I was super nervous. The Jollytails staff was great, super helpful and friendly. We were checked in quickly and there were lots of pictures posted throughout the night so we could see what our little guy was up to! Pick up the next morning was easy and our happy pup was all played out. He slept for the rest of that day! Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely rebook.

Something tells me this place, with owners Matt and Kevin, is going to be very successful. Big space, products we use regularly (including raw food), and they are very accommodating. My dog @deltadowndog has been there for daycare and has boarded while I travelled. How do I know it’s a good place? You should see her whole body wiggle when she gets there. JTR is conveniently located and has grooming services too! Give them a try. Delta makes herself at home. ????

This establishment goes above and beyond any pet owners expectations of a daycare. Whether it be Santa pictures or celebrating your pup "graduating" from the little dogs to the big dogs pen, they are truly incredible. Easy to book, can often book the night before when in a pinch. The staff are incredibly friendly and passionate about their jobs, after only a couple visits they memorized my dog's name and were clearly happy to see him, as he was to see them as well. Highly recommended!

Jollytails Resort is AMAZING! The process of getting my puppy registered and in for his assessment to be accepted was the easiest as possible and the online options for booking daycare and boarding is the click of a button, so simple! Not to mention the extra good care the staff was to my Zeus while I was away for Christmas and he was boarding. Jollytails sent me a report card daily and constantly was posting videos and pictures of all the dogs which really made my day. The extra measure that was taken to research different foods and ask me which was my preference to feed my dog while I was away was very appreciated. On top of all the good care they took, my Zeus learned to hold his bladder longer and sits by the door patiently to let me know he needs to go out, which I can only thank the staff for. There is no doubt he has learned so much while in your care. I would 100% recommend this company who are passionate about dogs and will take extra good care of your animal. I will be back, this time with 2 :D Thanks so much Jollytails Resort, for everything you do.

I would like more communication. For example my dog had 1st groom and I have n idea how she did... another time she came home with most of her 2 meals with no note. Some of the report card is too fluffy. Very nice to get a report card daily but rather blank than fluff..

they refused taking care of sick dog, but on the website they said they can. My dog has seizure, but he is a healthy dog when he takes pills everyday, that’s so easy, but they don’t do it. They said they are busy, a large company……

Just wanted to say thank you so much to you all at Jollytails Resort. We’re fairly new customers but it’s not hard to tell how much you all enjoy what you do and it shows in our furry family members. Little miss Moose was so exhausted from daycare she fell asleep sitting up in the car today on the way home. As an added bonus both your groomers are fantastic. I’ve never seen nails clipped so fast!! Thanks for always taking care of my little girl and caring for her just like I would!

Our 2 dachshunds stayed at JTR for 9 days from the very first day they were open. You would never have guessed it was their first day as a new business because of how professional and calm the staff were. We received daily updates (report cards) outlining how our dogs were doing. From the photos they post online we really got to see our dogs enjoying themselves with the other little dogs. We've taken the dogs back since and they were very excited to go. The location is great and we will definitely use them again without hesitation.

We had to have our 7 year old golden doodle clipped right down due to appointment delays caused by Covid-19. I typically do not like the short clippings but it was unavoidable . I have to say that Megan did the best and most precision job I have ever seen on our dog. I can’t wait to see how she does with a longer style. Best groom in 7 years. Thanks Megan!
