Although this is a small hospital that outsources some diagnostic tests, my fuzzy family will always return here for care. The team is honest about the limitations of their knowledge and ability to predict future outcomes, respectful of guardian's thoughts/opinions/financial considerations, and are willing to double check their research and dust off resources that haven't been used in a while. They are also educated to the needs of active, sporting dogs and provide thorough counselling on exercise, nutrition, and creating a balanced, mentally and physically well pet. I also applaud Bev in particular for not sugar coating her clinical impressions and preparing guardians for future negative outcomes. This is one of the only vet offices I have been to that provides comprehensive medical AND multidisciplinary approaches. I'm jealous they don't treat humans.

My toy poodle Sophie had a traumatic accident in 2017 that resulted in two partial amputations and a third leg with missing tendons. At the time we were not sure exactly how well she would react to her situation and if we were making the right choices for her. I am happy to say she has not lost an ounce of her spirit, is happy, healthy and gets along quite well with her two prosthetics. She still rules the house. Full Circle Vet has been amazing with her continual after care to ensure her body is adjusting properly and functioning well. Regular physiotherapy with Kim and check ups with Dr Fisher ensure she will continue to be her feisty self. We are so fortunate to have a clinic that provides these services for our special family members.

I can't say enough about the team at Full Circle. They've got the best rehab vet on the planet in Dr. Fisher, and Dr. Bishop is a pro that has seen it all. The techs, everyone, friendly and professional, but note, they are all about Alternative Veterinary Medicine including Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture. Due to COVID-19, staff is collecting your pet at your car, calling you on your phone to answer questions, delivering service and returning your pet to you outside of the clinic.

These vets came highly recommended to me by another vet... unfortunately due to my own life circumstances I did not get my cat in to see them in time and she passed away, but they sent me a very kind condolence card full of caring words from the whole staff. Even though I was never a paying customer for them yet, they were kinder than the two vets I did visit and pay (who failed to save my cat). Wish I'd known about them sooner!

I was just there on a cat fight emergency. My cat was clawed, by the looks of it, pretty bad and had punctures on her face. They took her in immediately and had her fixed up and ready to go faster then some places would of had you in the waiting room. I was in a panic and the calming and competent nature of the vet and staff made it all OK. Thank-you so much to everyone there and always a Thumbs up to anyone wondering.

Dr Bishop is calm, listens, and gives well reasoned advice. You can see both the good doctor and the supporting staff like what they do, and actually care for their patients. They believe in preventative medicine (diet ect) first and foremost but do not push any one product, that being said they are up to date on and use conventional treatments. She is very knowledgeable about and how to deal with Rhodesian Ridgebacks, watching how she handled our 5 year old female R.R. Lexi confirmed that. I strongly suspect if you follow her advice your dog or cat will not have to visit very often,

More recently, our dog had to have a tumour removed at the Veterinary Alternatives hospital, and the staff went above and beyond to make us and our fur baby feel comfortable. Dr. Bishop was very thorough in explaining all of our options and answered all of my questions in the office and through phone calls at home. Dr. Nadine performed the surgery, and I'm happy to say that Grizzly recovered very well and continues to be super excited and bouncy when we return to the vet for wellness checks! The staff even helped us get Grizzly into the car when we took him home after surgery. I highly recommend the Full Circle Veterinary Clinic for both regular and surgical care. Dr Bishop is the best. She treats my mature dog Bella with love and kindness. The acupuncture and laser help with her arthritis. the Chinese herbs help too. Western medicine doesn't have all the answers so I'm glad there is a holistic vet in my area.

Dr. Bishop has provided wonderful care to my senior dog Marley. Marley suffered a broken leg that was never given any care before finding her way to our family. Therefore she has trouble with that leg, which in turn causes issues with her gait, stance and mobility. Under Dr. Bishop's care, Marley has been kept comfortable and mobile. I fully believe that Marley would not be with me today without our monthly visits to Full Circle. I love that Dr. Bishop is well versed in the usual treatments and practises but also offers alternative therapies, which allows us combine the 2 apporaches to offer Marley the very best care appropriate for her specific needs.
