Dr. Draper & his staff are phenomenal! We really weren’t 100% sure of our diagnosis prior to our visit. Dr. Draper was very thorough and provided us with in depth knowledge that made us feel confident in what was going on & what steps we should take next. We weren’t rushed & he took all the time we needed with him to look at X-rays and ask him any questions we had. I had requested that we have a soft muzzle for our boy prior to arrival as he likes to put on a “big boy attitude” performance (and he didn’t disappoint!) This was provided to us very quickly upon arrival. I was very grateful they took note of my request and had it ready. It’s minor details like this that mean a lot to a pet owner! I really cannot say enough about their services. Thank you so much! We are satisfied with the diagnosis & above all RELIEVED! We were referred to Dr.Draper for a broken bone in our kitties foot. I’m always concerned with surgery but Dr Draper made me feel much better and in the end decided surgery was not the best option as the bone had already started to heal on its own. They just felt extremely trustworthy and doing what was in the best interest of our kitty. Lovely lovely staff and Doctor.

I'm super impressed with his recovery and how great Dr. Draper and his team are. You can tell they really care about their patients and customers. Pumkyn ripped his knee from its socket, not something a cat normally does. Our options were to amputate, have surgery or euthanize. We of course chose to have surgery. After speaking with other people who have used Dr. Draper's services we were feeling confident that Pumkyn would be okay. Well let me tell you.. Pumkyn is doing GREAT!.. The surgery went extremely well, Dr. Draper used a different technique which paid off and Pumkyn is not only alive but is mobile. Its been 5 months since the surgery and Pumkyn has just a slight limp (which may never go away, but we are okay with that), he is only an indoor cat now and he hasn't complained too much about it. Thank you Dr. Draper and team (you guys were awesome too) for taking such great care of our little one. Now i'm one of those people singing your praises!!!

My baby girl has had two FHO surgeries done by Dr. Draper. Him and his staff were so kind and helpful and now my beautiful baby is running around playing and has quality of life. She was born with hip dysplasia and didn’t enjoy moving. Several vets said she was fine and finally Dr.Brenda did an X-ray and delivered some devastating news but suggested we have a consult with Dr. Draper. These two amazing people have made me a firm believer in your only given what you can handle. Please if you ever have a pet that needs surgery for hips, knees broken bones these are the people you want looking after your fur babies.

Absolutely the most caring staff I have ever encountered. My dog had crucia surgery on Oct 1st and has made an excellent recovery and no more limping! Dr Draper is excellent and you can't even see the scar everything has healed so well. Thank you for everything and giving our girl her stability back.

Dr. Draper and his team looked after our cat Rocky, whose front legs were badly mangled, for the last 4 months. Treatment included weekly wound management, which included extensive skin grafts on his legs. Rocky did really well at first, except for a small infection on his front leg that would not heal, no matter what. It turned out to be a "superbug" infection, which is very difficult if not impossible to treat with antibiotics. We tried treatment for 2 weeks without success. The infection spread up his leg and there was nothing else we could do. Sadly we ended up having to put our Rocky down at the end, since there was no treatment left, other than amputation, which we did not want to put him through. Dr. Draper and his team were second to none in treating Rocky and trying everything possible to nurse him back to health. Unfortunately it was not to be. Mother Nature had other plans. We highly recommend Dr. Draper and his team for their compassion and professionalism in dealing with their patients, animals and owners alike. Horst and Bev Martin

We spent the worst day of our lives here, and still when I think about this vet my heart hurts a little less. We discovered our beloved cat/son had a tumor in his stomach. They answered every question we had, listened to our concerns and offered advice. Unfortunately our son could not be 'fixed', and we made the decision to let him go. The staff at Draper took care of every single arrangement. Cannot say enough about how attentive, kind, respectful and supportive everyone was. They are wonderful. Recommend this incredible place to anyone who's animals need some extra care.

It's rare to find that perfect combination of love and professionalism in one place. Draper Veterinary Service Centre is such a place. Everyone we encountered there was very professional while at the same time demonstrating a true affection for their charges. Genevieve was so nice and loving towards our dog which helped so much with the worrying while Dr. Draper's consultation was easy to understand and aided by models and imagery, gave us an excellent understanding of the surgery. But make no mistake, when its time to take your pet home, you'll know that your needs are now secondary to your pet's. And if you have a functioning brain that is exactly what you want from a veterinarian.

Kudos to Dr. Draper and his wonderful family team for taking such professional and loving care of my 11year old standard poodle named Roxy. From July 5, 2017 until today when Dr. Draper removed the last pins of her external fixator holding her right foreleg and paw in a position so that the smashed bones could have time to heal, I have had talented, compassionate staff looking after her and me. It is not often you see a company with 100% satisfactory reviews, but if you have ever come here you will be wishing there was a rating higher than that to give. I had a traumatic accident where my dog fell off a cliff and broke two of her legs. After the local vet was unable to fix and offered euthanasia or amputation, I was referred to Dr. Draper. The knowledge, compassion, kindness, and warmth I have felt from Dr. Draper and the entire staff has been overwhelming. I receive calls checking up, they know who I am when I call, they are encouraging when things feel bleak. I cannot express enough the gratitude I have for them making me feel so supported in such a terrible time.

These people are so amazing and committed to making situations as best as they can! A month ago our little 2.5lb girl needed some pretty extensive leg surgery and they were absolutely awesome, not bothered when this worried mom called frequently, called me as soon as she was awake to let me know she was okay.
