One of the doctors I work with has been using Dragon Medical dictation for years. He decided to make an upgrade to the new DMO version. Unfortunately, there were some technical issues, due to our EMR and not the fault of Dragon. I really appreciated Caedon's amazing technical support and quick response time. He was super helpful and the best technical support / customer service experience I have had in a long time (and I have had to call far too many tech support lines over the last few months). My interactions with the rest of the team were also very easy and efficient. They have a great product and wonderful team to back it up!

This is the best money I have spent in a while. I am chronically behind on my medical notes and hunt and peck. Within the first two weeks of having Dragon, I have greatly cut down my time on notes. I am not perfect yet.....but this is a good start. Would for sure recommend.

I talked several time with Tobias and he is very expert on solving the dragon issues. although I faced couple of times freezing issue but they solved it.

When we switched to electronic medical records, the transition was slow and cumbersome (as we had been told it would be) but it did not get better and eventually got to the point of causing some doubt and regret over having made the switch to EMR. Then came Dragon! Dragon immediately improved my workflow beyond belief. The result is faster, more complete medical record keeping, and the training and tech support for Dragon are stellar. In short, I wouldn't want to use EMR without Dragon.

Very helpful and responsive. In a "need it now" world, it may be frustrating to schedule your "quick question" consult, but they make it worthwhile by being very generous with the info they share, and have a calm and helpful way of working with us needy practitioners. Multi-station installs were a bit cumbersome for our process, but I absolutely love the system! It works in non-Intravet applications as well.

I have been using this software for veterinary studying and day to day computer use for about 2 months and it is phenomenal. It works really well (the training has been working well) and significantly decreases the amount of time I spend creating notes when compared to typing. Also, Daniel, their tech support worker, is so friendly and helpful. He was very patient with all of my computer illiterate questions and accommodating with my schedule for scheduling training times. I would highly recommend this product and company if you are looking into a dictation software.

I work in a very busy small animal practice as the primary vet with appointments every 20-30 min throughout the day. I can type well but I have not been able to keep up with the charting for so many of my complicated cases. Dragon has decreased my workload by about 75% - I can finish records in about an hour that required more than 3-4 hours of typing. There is a learning curve, especially for accent and veterinary vocabulary. Once that was ironed out I have been able to really improve my productivity and get (some) of my life back outside of the practice.

18 months ago, I asked my very busy DVM husband if there was anything I could do to make his day at our veterinary practice more efficient and enjoyable. He loves what he does and said if there was a way to dictate medical histories, he would be thrilled. Thankfully, this took place right before the Western Veterinary Conference and our Cornerstone rep directed me to the Dragon booth in the exhibit hall. We signed up on the spot and after a brief learning curve, it has been a huge time saver. He fills that his histories are more complete and certainly have less typos! Last month I finally convinced an associate to try out a trial subscription and she loves it already. The learning curve is shorted with recent upgrades and tech improvements. We highly recommend this product and this company!
