This vet clinic is completely unprofessional, unethical in the fact that they recommend unnecessary treatments, but they are friendly as long as you are spending loads of money. I was wary to take my pet there as I have not heard great things and I wish I would have listened. Get a second opinion from a reputable vet if you are not sure about the diagnoses your pet has received.

Not overly impressed with this vet. I once called for an emergency and they said it will be $70 extra and that I'll have to come in an hour and a half because the vet is out for lunch... More like out to lunch ! If I call for an emergency and am paying double I expect to actually get emergency services not wait around for hours while my dog bleeds out. Ended up going to South Shore Veterinary hospital in Bridgewater exit 13. They took care of my pup immediately and didn't even charge extra. Been going there ever since.

Really pleased with our visit and Dr. Jones. My dog was a little nervous due to a bad experience at another clinic, and she took the time and fed him some treats. She also listened to what I had to say, presented me with options, and didn't force anything upon me. The front desk staff were also very friendly. We went back for an appointment with a tech, and she was also so kind and patient.

We sadly lost both of our senior cats this year (one in January and the second just recently). Dr. Gormley and Dr. Jones along with the whole team at Chester Basin Animal Hospital were incredibly compassionate, professional and understanding even when one of the appointments ran past the end of the day. It didn't go unnoticed. Thank you for the wonderful care and service.
