I had to take my cat as a Sunday emergency to this clinic today. Its always scary and stressful when your pet at something random going on, Dr.Sanderson and her vet tech were both so kind, friendly and helpful, I can't thank them enough for everything!! She went over the bloodwork in the most detail yet understandable fashion I have very experienced and I have taken my little dude to the vet more occasions than I can count. One of my dogs managed to get a 2 major cuts on his pads. The cuts were bleeding profusely. It happened away from Berwick but Berwick Vets made room in their schedules to treat him and stitch up the 2 problem areas. And the aftercare has been great. Always nice staff and friendly customers in the waiting rooms.

We have a very anxious and reactive dog, but working with Dr Sanderson has made our annual check-ups incredibly easy. She's gentle and thorough, while also providing evidence-based information, options, and food for thought. Her quiet confidence puts both our dog and us at ease! Dr Sanderson always accommodates our particular needs and works to make sure our dog is comfortable, even with his particular challenges. We moved away from the area, but always travel back specifically to work with Dr Sanderson. Thank you for making our vet visits so easy!

Doctors and assistants are quite helpful and informative. I had problem with my dog and was not a client of theirs and they had a vet help me out. Was so appreciative of that and I could not get her to her regular clinic as I was ill.

This week my husband and I had to have our 16 year old Australian Shepard put down. “Lucy” has been a dear family member of ours since she was 8 weeks old. It was terribly heartbreaking but the staff at Berwick Animal made the experience bearable. We would like to Thank the staff and a huge shout out to Dr. Smith. Dr. Sherri Smith was kind and very gentle with my cat. She did a full examination of my cat. During the examination she explained things to watch out for and how to help with my cat's health in detail. She also answered all of my questions and helped make my cat comfortable as she (my cat) was anxious. She gave me all the necessary paperwork (for going overseas) and was very thorough. The receptionists were also incredibly helpful and nice. They also answered all of my questions, even giving me directions to a nearby gas station. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would very much recommend this animal hospital.
