My little finnigan came here for his first grooming experience and he wasnt easy to deal with at first but they took care of him and were patient and got the job done. The next time he went he wasnt scared like the first timeand came out like a million dollars.

Super pleased with Adorable Dogs! Very clean space, a great cut for my cocker spaniel (I just get a nice clean cut for him anyhow so nothing difficult), and I assume they use great products because several days later he is still super soft and smells great. Watch for coupons - you should be able to get $10 off a full grooming!

The service here was great! I love how clean and maintained the spa is. After dropping off my pup I must say she looked amazing! So many places are not properly trained and I leave unhappy with the results. On top of that the prices were amazing! It was truly a win - win situation! Definitely recommend and will definetely be returning!!!! :)

Wonderful! I went for the first time yesterday, and used the self wash. They were very helpful and friendly. The spa is spotless and cozy. Great selection of retail products, also. Couldn't ask for more!

I brought my dog in to Adorable Dogs grooming four times. 2 out of the 4 times I brought him there, his cut was totally wrong, even though the notes stated what Grooming was supposed to be. The grooming itself was uneven and not tidy at all. It was all wrong! I did call them and talked to one of the girls there to let them know that I was not impressed at all and that it was the second time that this happened. She apologised but that was the extent. I will not be returning to Adorable Dogs grooming and I do not know how they got a Gold / Silver rating.

I don't often leave negative reviews but felt I had to for anyone like me who is a new dog owner looking for a groomer. I brought my dog here a few months ago after making an appointment. First off I made an appointment for 10am, when I got there I was told it would be 3 hours because they had a lot of walk-in. Why would they prioritise walk-ins over appointments? I decided to go with it anyway though the sound of dogs barking in the background made me a bit nervous. After 4 hours of not hearing anything I called them to be told my dog STILL hadn't been seen and would be another half hour. I waited another hour, still heard nothing and called again to be told that my dog had been done half an hour ago and they'd expected me to just pick her up without them calling... After all that the cut was medicore and it was just as expensive as the groomer i now take her to who does one dog at a time, doesn't take walk-ins and is done in an hour and a half. Plus my dog doesn't have to be kenneled and terrified as she was when I finally got her back after FIVE hours at this place.

The staff at Adorable Dogs are excellent. I have never had a reason to complain. They treat Bella with a lot of TLC. The rates are very fair, I highly recommend them.

Worst place I ever taking my dog too ever since she was there she coughs all the time now rips her fur out chews her back until she bleeds which she's never ever done before she's got lacerations all over her from them I don't know what they did to my dog but she's now traumatized.... I'm so upset you shouldn't even be in business... making me believe my dog was fine until I took her home.... never know I may see you in court soon

Made an appointment for 1 and called at 4 to find out my dog still wasn't ready and wouldn't be until 5. She is a rescue and nervous about being left so I would never have left her had I known it would be a 4 hour wait for her there. Not impressed.

Oscar looked great! They gave me good feeback on how he did. And he didn't smell like a perfume bottle so the shampoo they use is pretty good I guess. I would recommend this place although judging by how many appointments they have booked ahead they don't need my recommendation LOL

This was by far the best grooming treatment my beautiful and beloved dog Bear has experienced. At 13 years of age, his old bones needed some TLC and he definitely got this at Adorable Dogs. He looks more beautiful/ handsome than ever ( if possible), thanks to Sue and her team. He usually wimpers when going to "The Spa" but was happy the whole time here. We have recently moved to the Dartmouth area and are delighted with Adorable Dogs.
