The vet there is so nice .. she even calls in to check if my pet is doing ok!!! My DeeDee was so well taken care of .. thank you so much for your kind service ♥️
Great vet clinic with amazing service. Always friendly and really helpful. I bring both my cats here and they've always been treated with such attentive care whether its a Booster shot or a serious issue. Dr. Hong is really great and goes above and beyond. I've been to other places and paid a lot more. This place has really fair pricing.
I loved my vet doctor, Dr. Paul. She was truly amazing - patient and nurturing, at the same time open and honest about what was going on with my pet. From the time Felix came in to the exam room with her, through his diagnostics, treatment, and finally, his end-of-life care; she handled everything with class and kindness. She treated Felix and myself with dignity and respect - this made a WORLD of difference for me in staying with and trusting a vet clinic and vet, with my beloved pets' care. After Felix's passing, I felt confident in bringing my other cat for her annual check-up/vx's, who was handled the same. I have to mention the staff as well. The staff were always pleasant to deal with, and Kari (sorry if spelling wrong :S) the assistant and manager I believe, also handled my Felix with TLC. I can never thank these guys enough, and would recommend this doctor and clinic to anyone else, because of my very good experiences there.
I was overcharged... I’m kinda shy so I never ask price before visit. But the tapeworm treatment for kitten cost me nearly 300 dollars... I was shocked when hearing the bill. I’m afraid the neuter price will shock me much more so I consulted with my friend. My friend’s cat did neuter in another place which cost only 100 in total. FYI each vaccine shot price is around 200 :) far more expensive than other places :)
Great place, nice and quick!
Tentative staff and Dr. Confidence in bringing my sidekick here
I needed Phenobarbital for our dogs cluster seizures but they wanted us to get bloodwork every two months after two tests revealed almost no sign of danger to her liver and despite the fact that if we took her off these pills the seizures would return shortly after. They denied refilling our prescription and put our dog in risk of getting seizures where as our new vet explained the risk of not getting bloodwork then continued to fill our prescription knowing that our dog would suffer if taken off Phenobarbital. Our dog was in palliative care so we just wanted her to have a quality of life before the end. It's all about money at Seneca and they were cruel to us and used our dogs health to blackmail us for money. I think they've watched too many episodes of The Sopranos.
Very nice employees and excellent veterinarians
I brought my brand new adopted tabby kitten in for his vaccines and check up. People on the phone were extremely nice, got a vet who was also very kind, they were very gentle with my cat. The prices, they're okay, it's not the best however it's reasonable. I believe 1 vaccine is around 50$ which is not that bad. It's overall a very nice clinic to have your pet checked in at, they have very nice staff and veterinarians who know their stuff. Also the clinic was closest to my house and school so it's a win win. I highly recommend!
great service!
Good price and nice staff. Opportunity to be a bit more on time with appointments.
great service!
Dr Lori Corrigan is very knowledgeable and caring, she takes the time to explain everything and answer all the questions. I find the the cost is very reasonable comparing to other clinics in this area.
Amazing clinic. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
The vets are good people!
Staff are friendly and on time. Prices are pretty good, probably one of the cheapest in the area. They don't push procedures on you and are pretty upfront about costs if you ask, which is nice.
(Translated) Good service with good price. The price is reasonable, the inspection is also very careful, the doctor is very enthusiastic to explain me about cat (Original) Good service with good price.價格合理,檢查也很細心,醫生十分熱情給我講解關於貓的知識,
Excellent care from all three vets
3rd year going here with my two cats. Friendly and professional. A bit more expensive than some other vets, but the qualities of services do tell you why.
WORST CLINIC!!! it was the biggest task for them to get my dog phenobarbotal. They wanted to do blood work everytime I needed to fill up on the prescription. They refused to give me phenobarbotal if I didn't want to do bloodwork. The times they did do bloodwork she was healthy. But if my dog doesn't have phenobarbotal she can have a seizure and die. They never had the right staff to complete jobs and tasks. Seems many people would work here and see how toxic it was. When it was time to transfer files over to the new clinic they took days to do it when I needed it done asap! The new clinic we are at now is amazing, when I need phenobarbotal they fax it over to the pharmacy immediately. I wish I was with them from the beginning, instead I kept feeding a clinic money who does not deserve it or gives a sh*t about your animal.
Sadly after staff changes at this clinic it appears they are about the money first and the pet second. I would strongly not recommend this clinic for your pet.
Dr. Kahn is the BEST. The whole staff is phenomenol and so amazing and accommodating. Prices are very reasonable and they go out of their way to help both our dogs.

Anne that is very good to hear
They have always treated my pets very kindly, cats and dogs alike. They are not pushy and the prices are decent. They also send a condolence card when your pet passes - very thoughtful and kind.
Brought in my dog to get his shots updated. The vet was good with my dog who can be a bit temperamental. Was in and out pretty quick.
Super friendly staff always with smiles.
I have tried different Vets and been with them in last 5plus years. Although this clinic is not big and the decoration is not fansy, it's the best one for me as I see responsibility and love for the animal here. I had my dog vaccinated and checked up,also had operation here. I would say this is a quality animal clinic you can trust in professionism, experience and cost.
Very friendly and they took my dog in for a checkup under short-notice!
I've had a relationship with Seneca Animal Clinic going on 16 years. All of the doctors and supporting staff have always been there for my pets professionally, efficiently, and with kind, warmhearted understanding. I've had cats with complicated health issues over the years, and everyone at the clinic have always displayed the knowledge and confidence that my dear pet's well being can be trusted in their care, while also providing comfort and compassion when moments were sensitive and emotional. I would happily recommend their services to extended fur-families of my friends and relatives without reservation.
Nice service, skilled &patient veterinarians, fair price
Great place, they took such a good care of my dog!
When my dog was still alive I remember taking him to this place. He was never kind to strangers and would always try to bite anyone that touched him but they managed him here anyway and were able to clip his nails and give him a check up. Great place.
Our first vet visit went smoothly! We were dreading it because Mr. Mel is a strong cat and he will struggle to no end if he doesn't like something (e.g. brushing). But Dr. Leah Kahn's presence made Mel very calm and everything went through so smoothly. She was friendly and gave Mel nice scratches throughout the whole visit. At one point, Mel was even sniffing her. (We went in for tapeworm treatment because he caught fleas from our neighbour's cat) Visit was $75. Worm treatment was $48. Rabies shot was $12.

2017 - My husband and I have been bringing our kitties here for almost two years. We love this place, everyone is really gentle and kind and the prices are reasonable. Edit - October 2020. we have been coming here for over 5 years. We have 3 cats and 2 dogs, and are VERY diligent with their care; yearly exams, tick prevention, vaccinations, blood work, dental, medications and literally everything they need. We never cared about the money, just that they had the best care. Recently, I feel that we are being taken advantage of with the new doctors, pushing tests and medicines on us without good reason, and doing things without our consent. Edit 2 - October 2020 - Spoke to Keri ( who is AMAZING ) and we feel much better now. There were some misunderstandings on both sides, and will be coming to see Dr. Corrigan instead of the new doctor as she is someone who we have come to trust over the years.
Best vet in area
Their doctors are very good but their secreter is not nice .one hour i was there but she didnt let me for going to washroom .she dosnt know costumer service
This is a veterinary clinic that has been in the community for decades. The staff and vet are very experienced. Dr. Yearwood is one of the I believe owner of this establishment. We have brought 5-generation of our dogs to this clinic. Their prices are reasonable. We live in Scarborough and still travel our way out to see them. I think that says a lot. Recommend if you are a pet owner, worth checking it out.
They treat customers as cash cows. They persuade me to do a X-ray, when I ask for the fees they say it costs about $50. So I did the X-ray, however when I look at the bills, I was charged for $346, the view of X-ray takes $75 each! And they neither ask me do I want they to view nor notify me about the fees. They tend to mislead me for the purpose of money. Money seems to overwhelm all other thing to them like reputation and customer satisfaction. It’s so unethical to trick customers that way, it makes me consider that can these without medical ethics doctors really treat my cats well, I guess not. They put all their attention for money scam and have no time to develop medical skills. I feel sad that for myself that I picked such a location for my cats. I will learn for it, I will NEVER go back to this place.
Great staff, amazing doctors ,love that clinic
Sold me flea medication that never worked and would not refund me in a timely matter. I am still waiting to be contacted.
Where do I even begin?? When our old vet closed down his practice and moved out of the country we were in desperate need of a vet close by. I did some research and found that Seneca had some good reviews so we took Charlie there. Upon talking to the receptionist on the phone I explained that Charlie was a rescue and could be very nervous at times, it took lots of attempts and a few years to get him used to or even comfortable with our old vet (who was extremely nice), so it would be important that he is always seeing the same vet therefore it’s more comforting for him and so the vet becomes a place of less anxiety for him. The receptionist said “no problem Charlie will get booked with Dr..(I can’t remember) and I will make a note of it”. We’ve gone there 3 times since and haven’t seen the same vet even once, nor do they tell us we’re not seeing the same vet. However Charlie has Been better with people in recent years so it hasn’t been much of a problem, but in terms of lack of integrity especially for a new client it’s not okay. SECOND their exam rooms have ants and centipedes that they don’t clean or make the effort to get rid of. THIRD after being concerned that we were being over charged after our last visit we sent our receipts (that we blacked the name and costs out of) to 4 other clinics in the area (but a little more north), all of them sent us their quotes and ALL of them were SIGNIFICANTLY less than our bill, some even hundreds less (these were all clinics with great reviews). I will say that everyone is very kind and friendly and although we had no problems with the staff and service it’s just the little things that add up even after being clients there for less than 2 years
Both courtesy and care.
We love this clinic, they saved my puppy's life! The staff are so professional and the customer service is incredible. The vet even called me after hours to check on our puppy. Thank you for everything!
Sadly, my 20 year old cat became so ill and her body could no longer be healed. Seneca Animal Clinic handled her passing over with grace and dignity. I greatly appreciated the care and professionalism shown. They wrapped Mystic in the pajama shirt and pants of mine that I had placed in her carrier so she was comforted. I was able to be with Mystic and her euthanasia was so gentle and fast. Her pain was finally over. Thanks to Dr. Bartlett and staff for being so kind.

Good place.
Dr. Leah Kahn was great but she no longer works there. Dr. Bryan Yearwood was very pushy. Was looking for a new clinic for my senior lab, he also got a couple of vaccine due plus some senior issues. Went to Seneca Animal Clinic and the vaccine was never done. I was told to bring him back next time but the shots were overdue already.
A big shout out to Seneca Animal Clinic. I recently adopted two baby bunnies from them. They had a mom and dad abandoned at their front door and the mom gave birth to six babies. The staff spent countless hours caring for them even coming in on their days off to make sure everyone was doing okay and had full tummies. Once I decided to adopt one they sent me updates and pictures and while I only went for one I walked out with two. I cant thank them enough for my fur babies( Chester and Obi-Bun). I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you again.
Awesome care.
I have been a long time client and would never consider going anywhere else The doctor's are all great and the staff are always friendly I'm extremely pleased with the care given to all my pets over the years
Very professional & a love for animals.
I've been going to this vet for over 12yrs now, since my senior cats were kittens. One of them has IBD and his body regrets any sort of poultry and is sensitive to many things. Since the beginning of his symptoms 4 yrs ago, they have been here every step of the way. Extremely compassionate and professional and referred us to the best specialists. I have a kitten now registered with them as well and I commute all the way from downtown Toronto just to be in the hands of the trusting doctors and nurses. FANTASTIC!
I've brought my dog and cat here for many years. Always happy with the service. Dr. Yearwood knows his stuff and the staff are friendly.
Terrible clinic. They just used hands to check my dog's legs and his teeth. and then suggest me to do 800$ dental exam for my dog. .For this "office examination", they charged me 90$.
Fantastic team, dedicated staff, cares deeply for the patients. Provides safe covid measures.
We have been going to Seneca Animal Clinic with our family pets for years. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful! I took my dog in to get his shots today; Dr. Yearwood is always very professional and he did a great job of calming down my nervous dog and the shots went seamlessly. We live a bit far from the clinic but it is worth the drive. Thank you!
Dr. Bartlett was fantastic! Great advice for my kitty.
Caring, gentle and kind.
Overall our dog received the care he needed and staff were very pleasant except for one assistant. Our dog gets excited in front of strangers and the assistant was not understanding of that. Even worse, she stopped taking his medical history and walked off muttering “nevermind..”. Not taking a thorough history because she could not be bothered to could potentially harm a patient. As a pawrent, I genuinely couldn’t feel any compassion from her for animals.
5 stars for the former vet that has retired. Miss her so much. she was kind and patient. most importantly, she never overcharge us. However, since they changed the vet, everything went sketchy. i was charged over $400 every time i visit for the same problem, even for the recheck, they will charge me over $200 for a lot of things thats not necessary.
Very kind and courteous staff!
My dog was very old and suffered from many problems so it was a better choice to let her go than to stress her out with testing and medication, etc to continue a better quality of life. They were very sweet and patient to my blurbing and giving me time to grieve over my senior chihuahua. They even brought in a box of tissues for me, haha. Edit: I came again for my new pupper and id like to say while everyone is still so sweet and caring, please enforce rules and safety for our pets. I clearly was not having it with the old lady coming in strictly to pet my sick pet with any staff stopping her. She left right after I had to tell not to. I thought that especially there are stressed out pets at vet offices, there should be some sort enforcement that you can't just play with someone's pet. ???? I am already stressed out for my pet and now I am even more stressed out that I have to worry about her safety and comfort at this vet office.
I love Seneca Animal Clinic. The staff are wonderful and caring and the Vets are thorough with their exams and my animals love them! Oh and their prices are awesome
(Translated) Five points and five points, reasonable price, one or two days after surgery, you will return to your home. (Original) 五分五分 价格合理 术后一两天就会回访一次 安心
Their name is misleading. It falsely leads one to believe that they are linked with the College and they do not make any clarifying statements.
