Avoid at all costs if you want quality care for your pet and honest service. I was forced to pay twice for medication they didn’t give to me that my dog needed right away. And no pet parent should ever be put in that position. I immediately took my dog out of their care and we’re better off. The bottom line at this clinic is money and that’s just sad.

Very disappointing and I will never visit this place again. My dog was very sick so I visited this place for the medicine and I realized Dr Darren Honest did not give enough medicine which he should’ve. So I wanted to reach out to him and he takes a week to respond. And that response was not even giving any info other than come and visit again. Plus, when you visit, they don’t provide you much information like how the dog general condition is. If you really care about your dog, this is the last place you wanna go.

Our french bulldog has really benefited from the kind care in this facility. I especially like how they help to advise clients with possible options for costs and spending while taking care of your pets. Our dog Oreo knows that BVVC is a place where she will be taken care of. Thanks Dr. Marion - we know our dog is a clown and you all welcome her despite all of the crazy antics and things we have to bring her in for (eating a plastic pikachiu, skunk spray, general shenanigans)

I have sooooooo much to say about this place but I am gonna keep it simple. 1. THEY don't care about your pets 2. They are unprofessional 3. If you don't follow what they say they are gonna make you feel extremely stupid even though your opinion/choice is not wrong. So it's their way or the highway!!! 4. They try to squeeze as much money from your pocket as possible!! 5. The girls working there have NO IDEA what they are talking about. I took my dog here when he was just a puppy because it was the closest vet to me and I unfortunately never thought of looking at the Google reviews. First time you go they are very good with you and overtime the hidden fees, useless exams/test and pushy services will start!! Please watch out that they don't take huge amounts of money from you (which most likely happen after on going there 2 times...). I regret spending the thousands of dollars that I did. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR PET AT ALL!!! BUT THEY DO CARE ABOUT ONE THING... !!!!!MONEY!!!!!

Price, I’m not sure if they charge higher than others because I’ve never been in other vets and I’m not the person who would compare many prices. But the price they charged are affordable and I feel they worth it. Overall, I would give 5 stars.

Dr. Honest goes above and beyond for his patients and genuinely cares for their well being. I am forever grateful for the love and care he has givin all 3 of my fur babies over the years. The Staff here are second to none. The vet techs are fantastic and I would be lost without them. They have supported me in the worst of times, and have done so with kindness and compassion and overall amazing customer service. I tust Dr. Honest with the most precious things in my life, my dogs. Would never consider going anywhere else. I highly recommend. The prices are fair, and affordable especillay for the care you recieve and his bed side manner is fantastic.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND "BAYVIEW VILLAGE VETERINARY - 324 Sheppard Ave. E. (Toronto). This people don't care about pet. They only want your money. I have been with my dog there three times and they always "recommend" treatments my young dog don't require. They are NOT "Honest". They charge you for everything, even for the follow ups they have to do after their treatment. They are all but professionals. Once again,I DO NOT RECOMMEND "BAYVIEW VILLAGE VETERINARY CLINIC". Please do NOT waste your time and your money there if you really care for your pet.

Also a lot of negative reviews about this clinic. people should be aware of this clinic. they only know how to play the blame game, because they Do Not Care about pets.

extremely unresponsive clinic. My dog is 45 days pregnant. After visiting the clinic for a image X-ray and the doctor(dr.honest) confirmed everything was normal we came back home not too long my dog start showing signs of miscarriage. First I noticed black pasty discharge coming out from my dogs urinating track (notice some spot on the floor but did not think it was coming from her) (did not know what it was) when I found out it was coming out from her, the clinic was already closed therefore we contacted emergency just be sure it’s nothing serious. The emergency advise us if the dog is acting normal we could wait until following morning and visit the clinic. The next day I notice a black sac(might be the premature puppy) coming out from her urinating track. I immediately bought my dog to the clinic right when they open and the doctor honest refused to check on my dog because he was too busy with other appointment even when my dog was seriously ill. The doctor said if I insist on leaving my dog at the vet my dog will just be locked in cage until all the rest appointment was taking care of therefore I got furious and argued with the doctor! Dr honest told the receptionist to terminate my right to be client in the clinic?! If anything happen to your dog, they are just going to deny the faults and leave your dog to die to the worst. I am not sure why dr. Honest is not fired even when so many bad review on dr. Honest.

I have not idea where all of these negative reviews are coming from. They have taken care of both my dogs and provided compassionate and excellent care. I have always been given the cost of any procedures prior to moving forward. I have never been pressured to do any procedure and all their recommendations have be excellent. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC FOR YOUR PET.

We brought both of our dogs to this vet for their whole lives (14 years and 16 years) and couldn't tell you how much money we spent. When it came down to the sad decision to put one of our dogs down it was too close to closing for them to stay ope and assist in euthanasia. I was absolutely shocked, as you can imagine it is already stressful enough having your dog in that condition. Thankfully, the wonderful people at Doncaster Animal Clinic stayed open past closing for me!!!! And we're terrific. I would serious think about spending your money at this place.

My Golden Retriever gets very excited when he realizes we are getting out of the car at his vet's office. If he could talk, he'd tell you it's his favorite place to go. Everyone at Bayview Village Vet Clinic knows his name when he walks through the door, and they all come out to say hi. I never thought I would have a dog that loves going to the vet! I would recommend Drs Honest and Marion to anyone looking for caring and compassionate vets.

I have a very fearful dog, and the front staff at Bayview Village are accommodating. Dr.Marion is very patient and works really well with him. I never feel rushed out, which has happened at the vets I went to before Bayview Village. It makes what can be a very stressful event, a little less.

I strongly dislike this place. VERY judgmental staff especially the female vet who treated me like some criminal abuser just because my way of keeping animals differ from hers. I think that's one of the ways they force you into procedures, by putting you through guilt trips which are mostly unnecessary. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE.

Where do I begin…. My dog was a patient there. He got extremely sick and they couldn’t find what was the problem. Makes me ask myself how can someone ask for so much money when they don’t know what’s the problem, and how can you not find the problem when to be a vet I’m assuming you need to complete some type of schooling!!!! Or just anyone can be a vet now days? After spending so much money in useless testing, they told me to take him to emergency. My dog was not getting any better and I asked them to send me his medical records so I can go and see another vet for another opinion. They told me they have to follow some procedure in order to send me the results….. meanwhile my dog was dying. After fighting with them I got his medical records. Shame on you for leaving my pet like that, after taking so much money from me. If you care for your pet, go to a vet that is gonna provide care for your pet and not take money for nothing.

I agree do NOT waste time and money there if you really care for your pet. On first visit due to pain my cat was immediately 'diagnosed' with back tumor/cancer. So Dr "Honest' wanted immediately a bunch of expensive lab tests and biopsy. Luckily I went to other vet who diagnosed sore gums. Bayview Village Veterinary acts on your feelings to squeeze as much money as possible!!!
