Amazing staff, I’ve followed the two owners around with all of my pets and have had nothing but great experiences. The staff and doctors here go above and beyond for their patients, I will take my pets to these people for the rest of my life.

This is amazing place, staffed with very caring people. My pet went through a recent health scare (rapid onset pneumonia) and the folks at LVVC took great care of him, and me. I appreciated how quickly the front desk team was able to put me at ease and fit my dog in for an emergency visit. If you are looking for a responsive team of pet experts, this is it. Thanks again LVVC!

Overall they are very good. However, they do not always remember to fully disclose pricing to you. For example, if your dog gets back dewclaws removed, they probably wont tell you up front you get to pay outrageous prices to have them re-bandaged each time as per normal surgical follow up. One time I was given expired medication (the label clearly showed it was past date), which was a mistake and they resolved it, but still. Always do your due diligence and ask all the questions about pricing and follow up appointments pricing as they may not disclose it without being asked. Not everybody is made of money for $35 bandages. (are the bandages gold plated? it didnt look like they were). Occasionally diff vets offer conflicting advice on dental care and other issues.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Their understanding and compassion is second to none. Dr. Fok and Dr. Mockler are both amazing and caring vet. The whole staff there is top notch. Nov. 17/21 Update- My dog Kumba had surgery which was very stressful on me. The staff and especially Dr. Lauren Stone-Mockler were exceptional and understanding.

On Sept. 12th Dr. Susan Malone and Camille came to my house to put my dog Ginger to sleep. The decision to do this was a very humane decision but a very emotional one as well. To have the vet come to my house was a kindness to Ginger as she was always very upset when going into a vet office. From the moment Dr. Malone and Camille came in, they were so respectful and loving. They were gentle with Ginger and with us. The experience was very sad but I am so glad that Ginger was at home as she was not frightened, did not panic. Ginger lay on my couch and looked at me and then just went to sleep very peaceful. I recommend that if anyone else has to make the decision to put their pet to sleep that they consider having Lynn Valley Vet come to your home. It is always hard to say goodbye but doing it this way I was able to say goodbye with love in my heart, knowing that Ginger was in a safe place with people around her that cared.

My schedule limits when I can get in to the clinic so I don't always see the same vet, but their record keeping has prevented that from being an issue. Everyone I have ever seen has been great with my cats, listened to all my concerns, and never attempted to push me into a test or procedure or particular brand of cat food.

I took my pug there for a surgery consultation as my fellow pug owners highly recommended them. After the consultation the surgeon called me and explained to me that my baby needs 5 procedures for the surgery and they could not do it. I was obviously stressed out and super worried about having all 5 areas operated at the same time to my pug, also the overwhelming medical bill according to her recommendations of doing the surgery at Canada West. When I expressed my feelings, she said this breed probably should not exist as it has so many issues. It really made me cry when I hang up. I don’t understand why she could say anything like that as a vet surgeon. She did do a thorough consultation and spent the time to talk to me. We found out it was mostly a food allergy that caused a lot of issues. Now my baby is pretty healthy in just a few days. Cute as a button :)

My Goldendoodle has had LVVC (Dr. Bratty) as her vet since she was a puppy (the last three years). We recently moved to Uganda, Africa, and almost immediately after the move, she became very ill with a tick disease. We used the services of the local vet, but after three weeks of her not improving, I reached out to Dr. Bratty in Vancouver. He was so kind and willing to help, he even set up a phone call to speak with me across the world! Dr. Bratty's willingness to help and advise brought my anxiety down, and completely changed the trajectory of my dog's care. We are so grateful for him!

Best vet clinic on the North Shore. Sincerely grateful for the way Camille, Alona and Dr. John Bratty took care of my dog Ray and his torn nail this evening. Ray is scared of every vet clinic, but they did an amazing job with him. In the past, we have seen Dr. Stone-Mockler and Krista, who are also very kind and professional. I’ve been to several vet clinics on the North Shore and highly recommend the team at Lynn Valley Vet Clinic, especially for dogs that have high levels of anxiety when visiting the vet.

The staff and doctors are wonderful! As a first time puppy owner I mentioned to Dr. Stone-Mockler during our 1st appointment that my pup was scratching his skin. She thoroughly checked his skin and noted on file that it was clear and normal. He was likely just scratching his collar or something typical to puppies. However, simply because I made the complaint, my Pet Secure pet insurance deemed "skin condition" a pre-existing condition and labeled it as an exclusion - meaning that they would never cover any (actual) skin conditions in the future. Well... Dr. Stone-Mockler did not appreciate that... so she picked up the phone, called them to explain and within a week the insurance company contacted me to say that they removed the exclusion. She went above and beyond for us on this matter and we are very grateful.

Absolutely wonderful staff! Dr. Lauren Stone-Mockler and the wonderful team are amazing with my senior girl Norma, who is not a particularly friendly kitty. Norma left the clinic as if she had come back from a spa day - it was clear she had been treated with the utmost care. They have been wonderful with my new addition, Ella, who adores them like family. I'm thankful to have such a competent, compassionate, and caring team of professionals caring for my pets. They are honest, communicative, and treat your pet as they would their own. What more could you ask for?!

I highly recommend the veterinarians at Lynn Valley Vet Clinic. Both the support staff and veterinarians here are top notch. My Golden Doodle sees Dr Catherine Gardner. Most recently, we had Dr Malone do surgery on her cut paw , as Dr Gardner was not available the day we brought her in. They are both truly compassionate, caring, and professional, goes above and beyond to ensure your furry family members are well taken care of. I am thankful for our local veterinarians here!

I cannot say enough nice things about this Vet clinic. Dr. Bratty, Dr. Malone, Dr Sonia and all the other vets are so caring and amazing. The front desk staff as well. They truly care about our pets and want the best for them. They also realize vet bills can be quite costly and I find they do the tests that are the most important first without adding a bunch of others right away. We've been going to them for years. We've referred many people there as well. One of my dogs had eaten a foreign object which needed an emergency surgery right away or else things were looking good for him. Dr Bratty and Dr Malone rushed over on their day off to do the surgery. I don't know which other vets would do this! It also saved me so much $$$ from having to get it done over at the emergency hospital. I'm extremely grateful for all the staff at this clinic. I've also had random calls from them just to check up on how my dogs were doing.
