The price seems great but if your paying for a service and they are never open it becomes a waste of money. Would have been nice to know that they would be closed for almost 2 weeks because my puppies shots are due and the clinic and all pop up locations have no business hours. Now so I dont have to start the series again I have to pay to go the vet.

we just used VetIQ today and had a great experience! One of our dogs woke up yesterday with red eyes and green drainage, clearly pink eye. Unfortunately our vet is very booked out and wouldn't be able to see us for 2 weeks. We were referred to here per a facebook recommendation. We arrived today about 15 minutes after they opened and we were taken care of immediately! I wish I would've caught the names of every vet tech that worked today (9/9) because you were all so sweet and patient with our dog, who is a rescue and very nervous with new people. Dr. Buckley was so kind, he came out to the waiting room to talk to me and then brought me back in the exam room to show me how to apply the antibiotic ointment before leaving. Would definitely recommend!

They helped treat my littlest cat on a walk-in basis during the pandemic when other vet offices were either fully booked, were booking appointments out several weeks, or wouldn't let me into the facility with my cat. The staff at VetIQ made the process very easy with minimal wait, and we could be present for it all.

This was the best place ever! I have 3 animals and have been to several vets/pet care places and I was very impressed! It was super clean and had a really fresh and cheerful vibe. Everyone who worked there was extremely genuine! You could tell they loved their jobs. They were all so compassionate. It was obvious that they really cared about your pet and you. Very honest people. Thank you so much for what you are doing ❤

I was in a bind. I was going on vacation in a week and was boarding my dogs. I discovered one of my dogs needed some vaccines for boarding. My regular vet could not get me in. After several calls to local vets with no luck, I called Vet IQ. The woman on the phone was pleasant, accommodating, positive. When I arrived at VetIQ, the check-in process was easy. The vet tech and the vet were efficient, compassionate. In addition to the vaccines for this elderly dog, we had a compassionate and frank discussion about her anxiety issues. I greatly appreciated that. I am very impressed with the quality of VetIQ. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing place to take your fur babies at a fraction of the cost. The Dr I take my baby to is absolutely amazing. Very kind and will answer all your questions honestly. I will be taking both my cats here for the rest of their lives. I highly recommend taking your cat or dog here!

This place is terrible they post hours yet every time I have gone up to the facility I get the same excuse “the vet that is filling in has left for the day ...sorry”. I have gone up there and they tell you the vet is not there, then they tell you walk ins only. Then when you call they do not answer and in the same rut when they finally answer sorry the vet is not in they should be in the next scheduled day.

I called to see when opening they do not have a vet. So they can't open. I am very upset because I'm paying on the puppy plan. The only option is cheektowaga 40 min away for now.
