They have saved my dogs life and is still alive today after the rare disease 4 years later, I find it odd regarding the previous post on someone stating they are not welcome due to unpaid bills by another family member. That this instruction was given by the owners wife. She doesn't work there fabricated story disregard the comments made by Va Vk

We have 4 cats and 2 dogs. We have been going here for 5 years now. Dr. Verma has been great as well as his staff, they follow up after appointments and if you have to bring the animal back in for a recheck he doesn't charge you. Great pricing is only good if you get great care and service and Niagara pet hospital gives you both. If you love your pet , take them to Dr.Verma and his staff.

My dogs always come out happy. Considering even after surgery he didn't seem the slightest bit upset with them or anything. Rates are very reasonable compared to some other locations near by, and they are always very thorough ahead of time of any charges.

The staff here are incredible! They are kind and knowledgeable and you can really tell they love animals. My mother's bichon frise was bitten by a neighbour's german shepherd and they took her in immediately and stitched her up after hours without charging an exorbitant fee to do so. Their regular fees are very reasonable and even so, they have discount days on Wednesdays and Saturdays. I recommend this clinic to every pet owner I know.

I started going here 10 years ago but moved away and had to switch vets. Now I am happily able to bring my boys here again. The entire staff is always nice to me and treat my animals so well. The vets are thorough and gentle and honest about what they recommend. Their pricing is one of the best in the region as far as I know. It's nice to see a group of people that genuinely care about what they are doing and aren't just out to make money off clients like some of the vets in the region.

DO NOT GO HERE. They lie and don't keep their word. Thought they were good people and had recommended them to everybody, but not anymore. Dr. Verma had given us a guaranteed price to complete work on our dog as his equipment had broken down during surgery and he could not complete the procedure. I understand that new x-rays would be required and willing to pay for them, just asking to stick to his agreed price, but is now quoting me more than double, Dr. Verma's word means nothing to him.

NEVER IN MY LIFE - Went to clinic for dog's vaccines. After the appointment, the owner's wife pulled me aside, explained that a relative had an outstanding bill and told me I was no longer welcome to use their services! Very rude business manager with poor regard for confidentially. I was shocked she would dismiss a paying customer who has been using them regularly for over a year, not to mention discuss other client's accounts openly with people other than those listed on the file.
