We had Dr Tina for my senior cat. I felt like I knew all my options and what was the best for my cat. I knew the right time to euthanize and the whole teams compassion made a very tough time a little bit more comforting. I now have a kitten and have them as his primary vet. I feel the pricing is reasonable and never pushed into something I didn't feel comfortable with. The staff have ALWAYS been pleasant and easy to work with.

I been going to Morgan animal hospital for the past 2 years for my cat and now my chocolate lab puppy . The Doctors are wonderful and everything I expect in my pets doctors . I understand that I was a day after the long weekend but all I was asking for a appointment later this week or next week so they can look at my puppies week eye and The front Dess lady told me No . That I had to go out of the city to deal with my puppy’s eye . But honestly the only reason why I’m going to Morgan‘s animal hospital is because I live down the street and I don’t drive so I can’t go out of the city with a puppy. I really don’t wanna write off Morgan’s animal hospital because I really like the doctors but that lady at front desk was a little rude. It was 09/08/2020.

We started going here with my senior cat during the pandemic after a bad experience with our last vet. My cat had several problems our last vet didn't think they could fix anymore. Dr Tina did more then the last vet ever could and when it came time for him to cross the rainbow Bridge they were so caring and so nice it was more then I could have asked for . So when we got our new puppy I knew I wanted to stay with Morgan animal hospital. They are amazing there !

So great with Socrates and Juniper. Staff is friendly and takes everything into consideration. Juniper is very scared and Dr. Charlotte even thought about all the little noises during her exam that might frighten Juniper and was cautious not to scare her. Their team members are all insightful, helpful and friendly. Melissa recommended products that were helpful with Juniper transitioning to her home here with me and Socrates. I know my animals are in good hands here.

I have no words to describe how knowledgeable, professional and caring Dr. Morgan is. He goes above and beyond for your pet. I got there at first because he was the only veterinarian able to perform a nasal scope to my chihuahua within a very short time since the needed to do it urgently. Other vets sent me to another center which had a waiting list of about 2 months. Dr. Morgan saved my sweet Chalupa. After this I decided to make him my “pet family doctor” and it was the best choice I could ever made. I have a soon to be 16 years old cat, chronic advanced renal failure. We went through many options and thanks to Dr. Morgan my sweet Tino is thriving. I want to add that my pets always get out of the clinic very calm and not traumatised at all, which is something to consider too. We will be forever thankful to Dr. Morgan and his amazing staff.

I would love to give this place 5 stars, but after seeing how they don’t honour what they price I can’t. Their staff is friendly and kind and from what I see gentle with the animals. However when it comes to pricing they will tell you it so much for one thing and you agree plus sign off on it. Then when it’s time to pay the bill the price is completely different and way higher. When questioned all I got was oh the Dr made a mistake, so about that that and they do not honour what the Dr actually quoted and wrote on the paper that you signed. Very disappointed in the way they handled this situation and shrugged it off as oh well it was our mistake but we are not going to honour it anyways. Be careful with them when it comes to what you are being told for costing with them.

Morgan Animal Hospital is the best veterinary clinic in Niagara Falls. I would not trust anyone else to treat my dog and cat. The service and level of professionalism are this Animal Hospital’s top priority. The staff is kind, gentle, understanding and very knowledgeable. I have brought my furry children there for the past 13 years and I would never go anywhere else. During an emergency I had to bring my cat somewhere else, as the clinic unfortunately does not operate 24/7 and I noticed right away a big difference. I could not wait to see doctor Morgan and get a proper diagnosis. If you love your furry child, this is the perfect place where to have him/her treated.

Dr. Morgan has provided my family with excellent care for over 15 years. He began working with my dogs when they were puppies. One dog died three years ago and the other is in his final days. Every time I meet with Dr. Morgan he is thoughtful, kind and incredibly knowledgeable. He always provides a number of options and listens to my concerns and how I am making my decisions with respect to my dog's care. He is an excellent veterinarian. I couldn't say enough about him.

I do find that you have to typically wait several days to get in as they appeared to be extremely busy. I have found if in the past if it is an emergency, you may have to go to the emergency clinic in Thorold.

I am very happy with Morgan Animal hospital. The facility is very well equipt and provides a wide range of treatments. I have seen Dr Gagnon on a few occasions and find her to be good with both animals and owners. She is pleasant, explains everything and has a collaborative approach to your pet's care. She also performed the dental surgery on my cat. Although my cat is always nervous at the vet I find that all of the staff there do their best to put your pet at ease and minimize the stress and truly love animals.

Great place to take your dogs. Wonderful and compassionate veterinariana and friendly staff members. Easy place to access and I like the setup because you go in the front door and leave out the back door so you're less likely to encounter another dog. The appointments are usually spaced perfectly apart. Highly recommend!

Besides being way more expensive than other vets in the area, they have terrible customer service. I used to bring my dogs here when they were younger, then switched later on. Today I called just to try and verify the age of my oldest husky who they have the records for, not sure if he is 17 or 18 now, but old for sure. Anyways, they seem to have someone else's name on the account for MY dogs so they could not tell me anything over the phone. I understand customer confidentiality, but they have always been my dogs and no one else's, so because of their poor record keeping, they would not even tell me something as simple as my dogs age! Didn't even try and correct the problem, just got off the phone with me. This tells me I made the right decision years ago to switch, terrible customer service and overpriced. Go somewhere else!

Kudos to Judy for her accurate advice via telephone when I initially called about my cat, Sky. Brenda booked us in, and explained protocols in place due to the Coronavirus and was very helpful. I met Sarah and was impressed with her attention to detail. Dr. Tina was extremely thorough with her examination of Sky and answered all my questions with patience. I had questions about his medication and it was rectified immediately without question. I am so appreciative of all of you. Got my dog spayed here rather than my normal vet as the prices were much better and they offered a laparoscopic spay which many do not. I am so glad I switched to do the procedure here. The vet and vet tech's were so kind and willing to take the time to answer questions. My dog was back to normal in a few days, and they followed up to check up on her. Super impressed with their service and how thorough they were with pre-op and post-op instructions.

Has that small town feeling. Compassionate, honest staff that are very friendly. I have a difficult cat, but they never handle him aggressively and they limit his level of stress as best as they can. I would say they are priced reasonably and average around the same cost as other local offices. They have an online store for getting your pets special food or supplies with free delivery. They really are a great place to take your pets.

A well maintained vet shop with friendly staff. We have been going there for about 6 years. They have modern facilities and the vets are great. The technicians are also great at making your pet comfortable. They also carry pet food and other supplies for your dog or cat.
