I have been with Garden City Catt hospital for years and their staff never cease to amaze me with their kindness, compassion, and knowledge. Dr. Chivers is an excellent physician and is incredible with his techniques to make sure that your cat is as comfortable as possible. His staff is absolutely wonderful and there is no where else I would rather bring my cat. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Him and his team have been with us through the worst of times with our companions and I hope they know how grateful my family and I are for their fantastic service. Picked up cat flea medicine. Worked quickly and effectively. Good service too. Had to return the first pack as my cat weighed more than I thought. Had no issues returning the medicine and getting the correct one.

Read the reviews on the site and was very impressed with all the positive feedback. So I called today to book an appointment for my cat. Was told unfortunately the doctor is NOT taking any new patients. Don't you think this information should be on your website. Don't bother calling this office they don't want you as a patient! If I could give a 0 star I would of but 1 is the lowest. Pretty disappointed...

Lovely place, the doctor is patient and obviously cares a lot. When I brought my cat in with a possible eye infection he didn’t jump right into antibiotics and just prescribed a gel to help her fight it on her own, and it worked wonders. I feel lucky to be able to be a client here.

I have experienced a wide range of emotions while visiting Dr. Chivers and team from the happy times of bringing in a new furry family member to the hard times of saying goodbye to a beloved friend, the team never make you feel anything less than loved and cared for while you are there. Dr. Chivers took care of my babies before I moved. He's kind, soft spoken, which helped my girls relax, and he knows techniques for blood draws that don't require shaving their necks, my Luna's spay was the tiniest incision, which healed real quick... they're all really great people, I definitely recommend Dr. Chivers!

Dr.chivers truly cares about his clients and their pets ,.best Dr ever ,.he took care of my girl Harlow , and my Dexter ,.I now have my lily girl ,.if looking for a a perfect vet for your fur baby he is the purrfect man ,staff is kind ,thoughtful ,. attentive and truly care ,for our babies .he is top notch !!and his fees are managiabl best cat vet in my opinion in Niagara region hands down 5stRs
