I lost my beautiful kitty of 12 yrs old due to terminal cancer. Took her here as it was previously thought of being something minor. After discussing her surgery, I left for the doctor to perform surgery. I was called back before she went under, as he found that it was cancer she had that was causing her so much pain. So it was determined to let her cross the Rainbow Bridge. The staff, the doctor were very kind, very honest, very sympathetic and so extremely kind. They wanted to do everything for her. I'd love to make these guys my regular vet, should I ever get a new kitty. Thank you everyone, again, for giving my Furby a peaceful and calm place to cross over.

Took my cat here for a serious problem with itching and biting at her body until she bleeds, she had fleas all along, they did what they were supposed to and my cat's fleas had died within 24 hours, and they are very cheap, it only costed me $185.39 for all the treatments they did, and they knew that I was on a fixed income. I totally recommend this place for your pets problems. ????????

That morning I called two other vet clinics in town. Both were not very friendly. When I called Clarence St. Vet Clinic, everyone from the person who answered the phone, the assistant and the vet were kind, compassionate and went above and beyond to make both my puppy and I comfortable. Brought my new kitten “Hemi” in for all of his shots … and also a neuter. It was my first kitten and from my very first visit , the vet was very informative about what I needed to know etc. The lady’s at the front are very nice as well. I usually saw “Jen” ( I believe that’s her name) and she was always so kind & , very informative with any questions I had. I felt like they care about the well-being of your pet … prices are very good & office was always clean. I also like the fact they are letting you in the clinic with your pet as some clinics still aren’t allowing that due to covid .. I feel like your time and apt matter & they aren’t jamming as many appts in as possible & they are able to provide the necessary time and care for you and your pet. The staff and Doctor are all very knowledgeable and will take the time to explain things to you. My puppy recently had surgery and they went above and beyond with his care. This was the vet our dog had been to when we rescued him so we just continued to come here. I'm glad we did even though it's in another town. It's been about 2 years now. The staff have been amazing. We recently had an issue where our dog sliced his foot and they were able to see us on short notice. Even when we had him neutered, they called to follow up afterwards to make sure he was doing ok. Really great service!!

PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING. If I could rate 0 stars I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a vet. Plays entirely off of your emotions and whether or not you have knowledge. Started the visit off with saying "I do not trust Shepherds you need to hold her still." I went in to have a lump looked at and a leg due to limping. Originally, Dr. told me it was just lipoma lumps and she was ok. Then told me a spot in her leg was broken and my only option was surgery that will cost $4000-$6000 before meds, check ups, blood work etc. When he saw my face drop he went back to the lumps and told me he thinks they should be biopsied which was another couple hundred dollars plus. I went to another vet to get a second opinion the very next day and was told she has a tear and with injections for 4-6 weeks and pain meds she will get better. She said surgery is completely out of the question for a dog her age and she would not recommend it. Absolutely terrible

I have dealt with this Clarence Street Vet Service for over 12 years and have always been satisfied with the professional vet service with our pets and the staff are superb.I now live 300 miles northeast of Port Colborne and just acquired a new dog.I am still using this vet service even though I live in northeastern Ontario the reason being that I am very fussy as to who I allow to treat my pets medically.I don't mind the drive when I am recieving the best of the best in animal vet service and care. Dr. Singh and his team are the best vet/vet team I have ever had. We switched to them this year just to have a vet local to us, and since then I've had to take my German Shepherd in multiple times (purebred problems... am I right?). Dr. Singh has always been incredibly thorough with his exams, he never rushes things. I've now brought him both my dogs in with mystery illnesses (read: I'm an overly worried pet parent) and both times he has spent so much time with us in the exam room running through all the possible scenarios and explaining everything. He explains all test results to you in great detail. Long story short - he actually CARES. His team out front is just as wonderful, they are always quick to make me an appointment, going above and beyond to ensure we get in when needed. Jen on the team has had to help in the exam room with both of my dogs because they're stubborn brats at the vet, and she handles it perfectly each time. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. You would be so incredibly lucky to bring your fur family here!

I took my dog boo to dr. singh for which i thought was a cut on his neck or hot spot, the night before boo could not sleep and stayed up the whole night restless, when i took him to dr. singh dr. singh give him some medication and treat him for a severe rash all over the body. i had forgot to mention to dr singh that boo was vomiting quit often, Boo started to vomit when i got home and i call dr.Singh and he call me back and it was 12:30 and they were about to close, i thought he would say bring him Monday, but no, he said he said i could bring him to the office for a shot to stop the vomiting, i said i did not have transportation and i could not get to his office, I was really worried about boo Dr. Singh said not to worry and to my surprise he said he could come to my place and give a shot to stop the vomiting. Those words were gold to my ears, not only did it put my mind to ease, but it says so much about dr singh, and i thought what and amazing dr. he is. Dr Singh truly loves his Animals and loves is job he is kind caring and compassionate person, i have never had a dr. who is so caring and compassionate, and you can tell buy looking at him he really loves the animals and he is so down to earth dr. Singh is amazing, words cannot describe how i feel about dr. Singh he is rare diamond that is hard to find and i'm happy to have found him as boo's Dr. Boo is very lucky to have him for his Dr. never would i find another like him. His name is Dr. Satwinder Singh which means true god of heaven. and i must say he dose life up to his name, and for me and Boo, he is a form of god. So thanks Dr. Singh and staff for all the help, and for all those who need a dedicated Dr. for there fury friends look no further Dr.Singh is the person, and trust me, if you have him as a Dr. for your pets, i would say you have just won the lotto. Very low prices however pushy for unnecessary procedures and vaccines I encourage people to do research before unnecessarily medicating or vaccinating your pet.... whene questioned very confrontational from staff and veterinarian... overall first visit was pleasant however the follow-up not so much 30 days later .... Some people are more interested in just taking your money I for one I am educated enough to know what questions to ask I definitely don't feel comfortable returning with my pets .... Very disappointing

Given the special conditions imposed upon us by COVID-19 restrictions, the doctor and staff provided every service we could hope for on a regular visit to the clinic. Though we had to remain outside, we were able to park right at a window where the examination was taking place and we could communicate through the screen of a window. We feel that they take good care of the animals with a matching consideration for the pet owner.

If you are looking for a place to take your furbabies that are friendly, and love the animals that walk through their door..well look no further then Clarence St. Vet clinic. My girls were spayed and I was so nervous for their surgeries. Everyone was caring, and answered all my questions and eleviated any concerns I had. They even called the night of the surgeries to make sure they got home and were doing well as well as checking in the next day. Truly feel so lucky to have found this amazing clinic. Our experience with Dr. Singh and Staff at Clarence St. Vet Clinic was fantastic. We have 1 small dog and 3 cats, one of whom is diabetic. Dr. Singh showed a level of care and thoroughness that I've not seen in the previous 5 years with our previous vets office. Dr. Singh is clearly very passionate about animal care/health and wants what is best for the patients under his care. He is not only gentle with our animals, but also takes the time to explain what he is doing/looking for during the exam as well as educating you in proper care and what you should be looking for to indicate there may be a future concern (i.e.: warning signs for the diabetic cat) We had to move from our old Vet due to relocating for work. I realize now after having been to see Dr. Singh, how bare-bones basic the care was that we were receiving from the previous office. I really couldn’t be happier with the level of care that we receive from Dr. Singh and Staff at Clarence St. Vet Clinic. Several very enthusiastic paws up for Dr. Singh and Staff!
