Very knowledgeable Dr. Who truly cares about your pet, and welcoming staff. They made my little fur baby feel very comfortable in their care. The only negative thing I can say is the information I provided was not processed correctly on their paperwork. My dogs' date of birth which is minor, and can be fixed on my next visit.

I take my hound mix, Phoebe, here. She is a BIG 80lb handful and is super nervous of "the vet" in general, but they take such good care of her and are so patient with her!! I want to personally thank the specific staff that dealt with her recently; Katie, Jason and of course Dr. Bailey! Excellent and caring people. They truly seem to love their work, the animals and treat the owners so nicely as well. Recommended them to a friend recently too and they started taking their new puppy there!

He was super comfortable and even tho covid kept me from being with my baby boy during his first needles, I knew he was gonna be fine, the staff are super friendly and very professional.. Dr Reid and staff (Kennedy, Jessica) were kind and compassionate as we said goodbye to our beloved Roxy. They gave us all the time we needed and were incredibly patient with us. A dark time was able to have some peace and comfort and we will be eternally grateful. Thank you for holding our family as your own. This must be an incredibly difficult part of your day too, thank you for doing whaT you do with love and empathy. (We have been using the services of Balfour since 2012 for our three dogs. We have spayed one and neutered another with Dr Bos. Dr Bos has also performed a biopsy on cysts on our Yorkie when she was a puppy. We also attend her for our routine veterinary care. After Dr Bos left a year or so ago, and realizing they are a bit of a drive from us, we thought we would switch away last year. After one visit at the “new” vet with one of our dogs, we decided not to make a move and that it was worth the drive to see the staff at BAH. Today, as we had to say goodbye, how we were treated only solidified the decision that this is where we are meant to be.)

Very clean.very friendly accomodating staff...i do feel however i was overcharged for clipping both my cats nails I certainly understand they have to charge but i felt it was overpriced 23.50 per cat.procedure took less than 10 min. Per cat. I will do it myself from now on.

We started by taking four dogs to this clinic and left after receiving on more than one occasion poor and unprofessional administrative service. We noticed a sense of arrogance and with that attitude we worried about the treatment to our pets. Found a more suitable clinic for us.Very expensive also.

Brought in my cat to be euthanized. Was given the rates over the phone prior to visit. Once at the clinic, they had all my information and my cats information wrong (multiple visits to this clinic previously) including names and address. After correcting the error, I was given a new set of rates which happened to be 2x higher than what was quoted over the phone. I chose to go elsewhere after this experience. Euthanizing my cat was a very hard decision made more difficult by the incompetence of this clinic.

They really take the time to explain everything thoroughly and have been so great at answering all of our questions. (We have had many). Probably even one of the best vets in Ontario.
