Positively best team. Take their time to know your pet and you. They're like family. Question and advise are always answered. All my pets are clients of theirs. Always available at your time of need. They were fantastic when I needed to put my best friend down. Simply amazing support that I never expected.

Doctor Toles and the staff at Animal Health Services have taken care of my four pets since I moved to the Niagara Region several years ago. Not only was the staff kind and patient, but Dr. Toles took the time each visit to properly explain my senior pets health diagnoses, presenting me with her honest recommendations for all treatment options available. I am very cautious about who cares for my pets, and Dr. Toles has always eased any of my concerns. Within 7 months, I have had to place three of my furbabies down, and Dr. Toles and staff have been compassionate during these very difficult times for myself and my family. Thank you Dr. Toles and staff for providing care for our four legged family members.

My cat had something wrong with his eye and of course i panic and his vet was closed during this pandemic and does not know when they reopen. I called Animal Health service and they got him in! They were caring and so compassionate and gave me meds for his eye infection. Thank you for taking him in even though he isnt a client. 10/10 would reccommend also my cat tends to be a biter and apparently he was a angel with them! So grateful for there services!

Not to sure on rating this vet. Went there two times for the same issue with my puppy. Puppy's issue is not any better after two different medications

We had an issue with our Yorkie he is 9 yrs. Old and it was our first visit as our Vet. Is sick right now. They treated the visit with utmost care and professionalism..we felt safe and satisfied with all that they did to get to the problem. We had to get medication and no problem as they had thoroughly examined him . We are happy and pleased...????????

The team took GREAT care of my little pup while she was recovering from surgery to repair a broken front leg. She fractured her radius + ulna and was in a cast for 4wks. I took her in for 2 of her weekly bandage changes and the team was amazing to interact with. Michael (who I spoke to mostly on the phone) was so incredibly helpful, prompt, super-efficient and a pleasure to speak with. They were extremely pro-active and provided amazing service. It was a stressful time taking care of a recovering puppy, but everyone at the clinic made it way less stressful. Thanks so much!! Karyn & Taco-Bella :)

Love it every time I go. The vet and nurses are super sweet and helpful. The vet always takes time to talk about concerns or questions, explain what she does and what she finds and you really feel like she is focusing on you and your pet right now. Too many other doctors feels like their mind is already with the next client before they looked at you, so its great that they make you feel at home here instead! Prices are also affordable, and if treatment is optional they will let you know and not push you to decide. They give you the price and offer you to call later if you want it. I really appreciate that as sometimes too many treatments at once can be tricky between pays. Love them and keep coming back to them :)

I want to personally thank Dr. Toles and her exceptional staff for the quick response they gave to my girl, Daisy, who needed to quickly see a Vet, During Covid-19 many Vets I called refused to help, including the Emergency Vet Clinic who I called in the middle of the night after waking up to Daisy's pain and suffering. Dr. Toles and her Clinic came through, saw Daisy the same day, diagnosed the issue and gave her what was needed. She spoke with me intelligently, walked me through all the pros and cons etc. After two doses of antibiotics we did a followup to confirm that Daisy is ok - she is an older, intact dog so we do have to watch her. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend Dr. Toles.
