Entering this vet, I was greeted by professional nurses who assured the quality of the spaying procedure on our dog. However, there were also several flaws that you should consider which could potentially make you revise your vet selection. First of all, there is an enormous of hidden cost, which nearly doubled the price informed to us beforehand, greatly exceeding our budget. Additionally, they also took a blood examination on our pet without permission, causing an apparent bruise on our dogs neck. As well as contributing more to the already inflated price tag. Despite the cutting edge technology they have to offer for pet owners, there are definitely better alternatives with lower costs.

I visited this hospital multiple times, all the staffs are friendly and helpful, especially Dr.Chen and Dr.Stephanie, Stephanie is great at Cantonese and Chen is great at Mandarin. Also, I think they are very knowledgeable. I just have one little question, could you just open another chain store near downtown? It’s really far for me to get there. I don’t want to go to any other animal hospital anymore because your service is so great. Too sad it’s too far from me since I moved.

Doctor listened to my concerns that my dog might have had. She gave me options and each options she explained very thoroughly as to what the side effects etc etc. In the end.. my furry baby is well now. :D i did not give 5 stars because I was not given an invoice or anything.. jst a reciept from the debit machine. Updated review : i do not trust these people at all. Giving my small dog a huge pill and being so defensive telling me that if i wanna complain i should complain to the manufacturer. And you telling me you normally asked if we wanted a receipt where you never asked and even when we asked your doctor many times if you have my emails! This is the worst experience I have at a vet. I thought from my past experience you saved my dog as no other vet nearby were opened and i thought i would permanently chose you to become our vet but what a mistake that was. Clueless staff that has no experience on customer service at all.

Truly an amazing veterinary clinic. The staff care, they even phone to check up after visits. The vet seems young but I trust him. He hasn't tried to push any product or treatment. Recently my cat has fallen ill, they were able to get me in right away and results back to me quickly. He was understanding and when I needed him to explain things again, he sat down next to me and made sure I understood my options and what he was recommending. If I ever move out of New Westminster, I am 100% making the trip to stay with this clinic.

So glad I finally found Noble Paw for my dog. After a traumatic experience at the vet who mishandled him at 11 weeks for his first round of shots, he became extremely fearful of vets. After a mountain of researching vets, Noble Paw came at a recommendation of a friend who brought her fearful rescue here. I took my dog in for his neuter and I could not be more happy. When we arrived, my dog was not afraid to go in, rather willing and excited to greet the receptionist and sniff around... out of my surprise. He seemed to be okay with the environment which I did as well. It was clean, didn't smell like all the other vets and the interior was not a sore to look at. He warmed up to the vet techs very quickly which he was never able to do even with treats at the pervious vets we've gone to. The vet techs were very gentle with him and understanding that he was a nervous guy. The receptionist went over each of the costs and confirmed I wanted bloodwork, laser treatment and cone. Costs were fair and didnt try to upsell anything I didnt need. No hidden costs if you just ask to confirm. Definitely worth the drive from Vancouver and will be back!

I was looking for a new vet for my dog. I had a lot of choices since I lived so close to so many. I decided to pick Noble Paw because when I called to book my first appointment, the receiptionist was extremely friendly. When we went there for our first visit, they had to do an overall check up on her to make sure everything is normal. My dog gave the staff and the doctor a difficult time since she is a large breed, and did not like the thereometer. Our first visit took one hour because my dog was not cooperating as much as we hoped since she didn't have a good experience from the last vet we visited. In that one hour, they were extremely careful with my dog and did everything they could to comfort and calm her down and it was not easy! Super genuine people that love what they do! If you're looking for a vet, this is definitely the right place to go to!

This is my dog Puddle's vet. They are amazing and offer state of the art procedures of all types. Her spaying went amazing and Puddles absolutly adores going to see her vets. I would highly recommend their laser treatment when getting your dog spayed. Puddles was fully healed within two weeks. It was incredible! Like magic!

Great staff here that are very helpful and attentive. We had our cat spayed here and during the surgery found out she was pregnant ????. It couldn't be saved but the staff did keep the remains of what they found and asked when I picked up my cat if I'd like to see. I really appreciated the gentle care they took of the whole situation as it did have me in tears. Thank you to all the staff involved that day and the surgery went perfectly and my cat has fully recovered.

The only vet I will go to! The doctors here really take their time and I don't feel rushed like I do with other places. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and go above and beyond to make sure my pup is in good hands. My dog is very squirmy and anxious, and everytime I bring her here, they have the most warm staff come out to calm her down and give her lots of love before our appointments. Both doctors I've seen here are very caring and seem genuinely passionate about animals! My dog recently had to take a few teeth out and Dr. Stephanie Seit did the surgery. She showed me a video of the teeth she felt was most crucial to take out and even called me during the operating to update me on how my pup was doing. She gave great recommendations post-surgery such as probiotics and a plan to keep my dog's oral hygiene up. Their prices are very reasonable, and because I see how much care and love they put into each furry patient that comes in...I think they are above standard compared to other vet places with competitive rates. I'm so thankful to the entire staff at noble paw for taking care of my Loonies for the past few years :) ????

Sam and I absolutely love Dr. Stephanie! She is extremely patient and knowledgeable. You can tell that animal welfare is something she is passionate about and genuinely cares about your pet's wellbeing. Sam can be a very nervous dog, but he is never forced to do anything he doesn't want to. This clinic is always clean when I visit and greeted by friendly staff. The only point that I am taking away from this review is the inconsistency with communication. When I first booked Sam in, I had a lot of difficulty with email communication. I also emailed to check on Sam's vaccination history and to book another appointment during the hours they were closed, but I never received any response. Everything else about Noble Paw Veterinary Hospital is amazing and I'd recommend anyone to take their beloved pets to Dr. Stephanie!

Brought my 6 month kitten Bun to Dr Dino Chen for vaccination and neutering last week. The receptionist was super friendly and patient at answering my questions prior to booking. After the surgery, Bun was down for half a day. By the same night, he seemed back to normal. Dr Chen did an amazing job at suturing. Bun didn't express signs of discomfort at all throughout the past week. There was no excess bleeding, and most of the swelling went away on the second day. He was super energetic even with the e-collar on. The soft e-collar worked so much better compared to the regular plastic ones that I had before for my previous cat. The receptionist followed up on us after a few days, which was really comforting. After 7 days we took the e-collar off, everything looks great! I really appreciate Dr. Chen for minimizing Bun's discomfort, and it's re-assuring knowing that he's in good hand with the team. Thanks a million!

If you want a doctor who truly cares about your little family member, Dr. Chen is definitely the one. Not only Dr. Chen is professional, his level of patience in explaining your pets condition is also "human language friendly". I am sure you all have been in vets where the doctor just throws all these scary terms at you while you have really no idea whats going on, and you have a crazy bill awaits. During my cat's hospitalization, he lightly touched on the cost of treatment and lab test and etc. This is essential. I really hate how some doctors tell you nothing about cost and just send you a $1000+ bill and expect you to pay. Although I travel 20KM to see Dr. Chen, its worth every sec of my time. Knowing that my pet is under proper, and professional care really gives me peace of mind and it's worth every dollar I paid for his exceptional service.

Truly an amazing veterinary clinic. Our puppy, Summit, has gotten all his shots from Dr.Hung. Though timid, Summit never whines or cries and feels very comfortable with Dr. Hung and his routine check-ups. Elaine, the veterinary technician, is the real superstar! Summit gets so excited every time he sees her, I think he completely forgets he's at the vet. You can tell she truly loves animals - an example, after calling in to discuss vomiting post rabies shot, Elaine has called and emailed to follow-up on Summit's condition. I used them because of my dog groomer referred me to them. I had to drive 20 kilometres to come see them . They worth the drive. They took care of my dog and they only did what it needed to be done. Not like some other vets they try to do more to my dog so they can charge me more money .

I am so happy I found this clinic. The entire staff is so sweet and caring. I have had a really bad experience with another vet clinic in New West, so after reading all the reviews I decided to bring my cat here. Reception is amazing. The doctor is amazing and knowledgeable and obviously knows what he’s doing (in the past I had a vet look thru a book to try to diagnose my cat). The vet assistant was so sweet and was very loving towards my cat. They actually give you a quote and talk through this estimate with you. They check with you before doing any tests. I’ve never experienced that level of transparency at a vet clinic. I highly recommend this clinic. They’re compassionate, caring and they make a stressful situation a lot more comfortable. Highly recommend!

You can tell this place is amazing from the very beginning and that is in large part due to how caring and professional the nurse is. She made sure to hold a spot for me after an email and was extremely delicate with our shy little cat. It's clear she takes her job seriously and really cares about animals/clients. The vet himself was also attentive and answered any questions that we had. He was patient and allayed our worries. We came in to neuter a cat and the whole process was clear, educational and straightforward. Our little guy, Pumpkin, was cared for and treated with respect throughout the whole process. Pumpkin also received a fabric cone, which is much nicer than a plastic one. He has recovered very nicely since we had clear instructions about how to care for him, and I'm really happy with the service provided by Noble Paw :)

If you want unreliable vet service, this place is it. Our kitten almost died!!! because of their unprofessional advice. Went here to have our kitten's limping back leg checked because its injured leg was bent to a weird angle and is very skinny (lost of appetite). However, the female doc said that our kitten was healthy and the leg might be born that way (which is FKING ludicrous). So it only needs to be taped up for a week. We also had it X rayed so the total price was over $300. After two days, the kitten was almost laying cold on the ground and looks very weak (we fed our kitten Halo brand kitten food). We ended up sending our kitten to the emergency! And found out that there was lumps with swollen spot on the injured leg! After the X-Ray from this Vet came out, the female doc still said that our kitten had not problem and it was born this way. Ridiculous

The team here has always been super helpful and friendly, and they seem to genuinely care about our two cats. Have seen two vets here, thought Dr. Chen was great but Dr. June was exceptional. They don't try to "upsell" anything our cats don't need which is a common problem I've heard about other vets through my friends. The price is decent too.

Just recently moved here so I don't have a current vet, when my dog started limping I decided to look online for a good place to take him, I found noble paw and noticed they have good reviews so I decided to take him in to figure out the problem.... I called to make an apt and to my convinece I was able to come in right away! When I got there the staff was extremely friendly the girl at the front counter took my information and within minutes I was in talking to the dr. He was extremely knowledgeable and treated my dog like it was his own, he did a full inspection and was able to tell that my dog has patellar luxation right away he told me what he would recommend if it was his dog, so I have him on anti inflammatorys for a week and hopefully it gets better if not he may have to have surgery the dr was also extremely helpful with explaining the medication and how to use it overall I rate them 5+ stars I don't usually make reviews like this but after this experience I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vet that truely cares! Great prices too!

Noble Paw is the only vet I would trust with my pups. The first time we brought our dog Hugo into the vet they spent an hour examining his skin condition thoroughly going through all option and potential causes. They thoroughly answered all of our questions and helped us make an informed plan for the future. I also brought my puppy to be spayed and the care that she received was impeccable, she healed within a couple of days with barely any scars. They had listened to my concerns of complications that had arisen with her mother and when the same windpipe issue came up they knew exactly how to deal with it. The service and expertise here is unlike any vets in the lower mainland, you can tell they really care about their patients and will always take the extra time to ensure things are done correctly.
