I am beyond grateful to have found this option, and Dr Rao was amazing! We do virtual appointments already with my dog's behavioral vet, and I love being able to do the same for situations like this one. Efficient but also caring, all my questions were answered and honestly we were good to go in under 15 minutes. Basically the same as at my vet but without the drive and wait time; in person vet appointments today are generally weeks out, and I've (understandably) spent 4 hours waiting for an after hours appointment. Also, being able to avoid a waiting room with a fear aggressive dog is a lifesaver, even without the pandemic. Prescriptions easily ordered online, arriving tomorrow!

Finding an emergency vet on December 26th, the Sunday after the Christmas holiday is not an easy feat. The local veterinary emergency hospital had at least a 5-hour wait, and other hospitals in the tri-state were diverting patients. The Vetster online process was user-friendly and transparent. I was able to meet with Dr. Olaitan approximately 1 hour later and had prescriptions filled 45 minutes after that. Dr. Olaitan was prompt, thorough, concise, and provided the needed reassurance throughout the entire process. I would absolutely utilize this service again to supplement veterinary care for my dogs.

We were fortunate to get an appointment on short notice with Dr. Yett on the eve of New Years Day (!!) after our 7-yr old pup Lucy was acting very strange (shaking and visibly uncomfortable with no other symptoms present). Dr. Yett helped guide us through an at-home triage and encouraged us to take Lucy to the emerg clinic. Luckily, blood work and other tests came back normal and we were able to rule out any serious illnesses which lead us to understand that Lucy had a back injury. In addition to helping us triage, Dr. Yett educated us on some of the items in Lucy's diet that could be causing long-term damage to her organs and helped me put together a meal plan for optimal health. We are so thankful for Dr. Yett and will absolutely be reaching out to her again should we have any other questions or concerns for Lucy and her health. Thank you !!!

We are 99% sure our dog has an ear infection that’s causing him pain and discomfort, but our local vet didn’t have an opening until a month from now. I frantically searched for other options and found Vetster. Reviews looked solid so we took a chance and made an appointment with Dr. Rao within an HOUR of downloading the app! Dr. Rao was courteous and thorough and got us set up with the antibiotics our dog needs. This is a great supplement to our regular vet who is often overbooked. Very pleased with Dr. Rao and will certainly use his services again should the need arise.

I booked an appointment with Dr Hess the day after Christmas when all of the regular vets were closed and the emergency vet was a 6-8 hour wait. My 11 year old dog had a swollen eye that seemed to be infected. Not only does she does not travel well and hates going to the vet, we could not find anyone to take her over the weekend as it wasn't that "urgent". Dr Ezra was able to see her via telemed appointment and prescribe antibiotic drops for her right away. Even when the pharmacy was giving him a hard time about filling the script for an animal, he reached out right away so we could call another pharmacy. So happy we were able to get the drops on Friday night and by Sunday, her eye was back to normal and on the mend thanks to Dr Ezra!

Very happy with response time and input on what to do with a dental issue for one of our cats that suddenly happened while our vet is closed for the holidays.
