Even though when we arrived with our family member, it was slammed (busy). A lovely young woman came out to greet us and treated us with a caring demeanour. She let us hold him until he drifted away. She was an amazing person. Thank you for your exquisite care! A few days later, we had to take our young pup for neutering. Once again, the service was exemplary. It is so refreshing getting briefed on how he made out. The staff cares and it shows. Thanks again for your care!

I went for my appointment and the receptionist was very rude too me and a lady came out and said they couldn't take my cats because I was late. The ferry broke down and I was 25 minutes late I explained too them. She took my cats back in an a veterinarian came out and said they couldn't take my cats and threw my cat in the back of my car. My two cats was traumatized do to this ordeal. I would never recommend thus veterinarian to anyone if they abused my cats in front of me what do they do to your animal in their care.
