This is the only vet in the Miramichi that I trust with my animals! When my melody got sick. she did more than what the other vets in the Miramichi were doing to help my girl. Even though I had to put her down in the end, The vet and red bank staff were wonderful and kind and were reassuring me that it was okay and she wasn’t suffering anymore. Everyday when I went to bring her for her laser therapy they always greeted me with smiles. I will always bring my animals here because of the wonderful caring experience I’ve had with them.

They neutered my cat and i was sad I cried and they took great care of him theye even removed a tooth that I didn't know had to go. I was upset and wanted to save my cats tooth because I saved all his baby teeth we found around the house (crazy cat lady! Haha) but hes my baby .. they understood that he is my baby and they looked for his tooth in the garbage God bless. But they didn't find it.. I wish they would of called and asked first. Good service. Friendly.

After our horrible experience with Waterview Animal Hospital's receptionist Heather who is nothing more that a bully, we took our pup to Red Bank Veterinary Services, it's a bit farther for us but the welcome atmosphere and respect is second to none!

This place seemed extremely unorganized. The whole place seems just dirty and needs a good cleaning. It makes you wonder what the operating area is like with your pets that you love. I won't be going back, and I was only there once. They couldn't even be bothered to put salt on the door step going in. It was slippery. That alone tells you lots about a business and if they care or not. Definitely won't be going back with the pet I love.

I would leave no stars if I could. I was completely blown away when I walked in with my 1 year old dog and they requested I leave and take him in the car as there were 2 other dogs there and they got excited. I have never been asked to leave a vet to sit in my car and wait because the animals wanted to interact. I will never go back to this vet. Absolutely disgusted with the service.

I have taken my pets to Dr. Hale for many years, and she has always given them great care and attention. Her complete focus is on the welfare of the animal, and not on how much money she can get out of you. I have gone to other vets who make a big show of “loving” your pet and suggest all kinds of unnecessary treatment- they are better salesmen, than vets! Dr. Hale is very knowledgeable and explains completely and exactly what is going on with the pet and how to remedy it. And if there is no remedy, she doesn’t hold out any false hope or subject the poor animal to further suffering. She and all her staff are also very kind in situations where the animal must be euthanized. I am very grateful she so kindly helped my poor little cat when the ravages of cancer were just beginning. Thank you so much, Dr. Hale.
