No praise is too high for their staff! Friendly, kind and dedicated to their "residents". We had put our name on the waiting list for a dog and we were called as soon as they had one that met our needs (we were looking for an older dog that is good with young children and other dogs). We were invited to meet her and walk and play with her. After 3 visits we received the good news that our application was accepted, so we just needed to wait a few more days for her to be spayed, microchipped and vaccinated. The day we picked her up, the staff was so helpful. They gave us with as much info as they could, answered all our questions and made sure we knew how to care for her post-op and beyond. They also answered all our calls over the following days. All in all this has been a amazing experience and we're so thankful for our lovely doggie!

Awesome as usual. I went there to get soft claws put on my cat, but I forgot the soft claws home. They said no problem, we have extras which they put in for me. As always for no charge. I made my donation to help them help animals of course. Great staff and always friendly, and you can tell they just love animals! Keep up the great work Ladies!

Charlotte is rude and insulting. She treated me like a lier, verifying everything I said with her staff. Not a good place if you want to foster. It's their way or the highway. They are more interested in being right then allowing what's best for the kittens. Foster for CARMA instead. They are much nicer and need it more.

Two years, two months and four days ago, we adopted a little black terrier, whom the OSPCA called "Max." When we adopted him, we renamed him "Dougal." Dougal was about eight years old when we adopted him, and he had a few health problems: a small hernia, severe heart murmur, lots of rotten teeth, he was underweight and he had never been neutered. He seems to have been a neglected dog. OSPCA was completely upfront about all these issues, and Dougal received the medical care he needed before we adopted him. Dougal turned out to be the greatest little dog. He was friendly with people and dogs, very obedient, extremely quiet - he barked about a dozen times in the two+ years we had him. Dougal passed away yesterday after a short illness. He was here at home when he passed. He was a wonderful little dog and added a lot to our lives. Please adopt. Adopt an older dog, an imperfect dog, a dog who needs a good home. We did our best for Dougal, and he was great for us.
