This appt was to have my little Gracie put down. I went early because I was getting anxious waiting at home. The staff were so kind and caring and the "process" was done as if it were they're dog. Going to miss you Dr Eagan.

They didnt wanna take my dying dog because old Bill's that were ten years old and we were in bankrupt, and it was an emergence they only care about money, if they wouldve took my dog last night maybe she would have enough blood to be alive right now.

our dog broke a tooth (big molar split) when he was run over by a truck, riverview animal hospital said to see our local vet cause they couldn't do dental procedures (what kind of emergency vet does this?) , we called kent and made an appointment which was 6 days away, than the day before the appointment they said they couldn't find the file, than we gave them the correct name for the file they called us back and said they can't take our dog because they don't have a dental drill, they could of told us sooner instead of making us wait a whole week with our dog in pain ffs, we could have been looking for another vet those whole 6 days but instead they wasted our time and made our dog suffer needlessly. worst vet ever

I took Shadow (my year old grey tabby) to be fixed. There's a 2nd driveway, in case you drive past the 1st one because there's no sign at the road. There's plenty of parking. The COVID-19 assessment questionnaire is on the front door & there's hand sanitizer available upon entering. All staff were wearing masks. ???? The technician was friendly & we didn't have to wait but only a few minutes (less than 5) before we got into the exam room. The veterinarian was professional, explaining the timeline for the process. We were advised that they would call at 1pm (surgery was to commence at 9am) to provide an update post op & to confirm time for pickup. By 1:30 they hadn't called & we had to call the office. (Operation was successful & Shadow was recovering nicely & can go home after 3pm). The technician thoroughly explained all the post op instructions & answered the questions we had. I would definitely recommend taking your cat to be fixed here.

I took my dog there on an emergency visit that cost $230 right away. Then medication and vet was not sure what exactly was wrong and recommended seeing if it was her ears. The next morning my dog died and I paid for her cremation. That was at the beginning of November. Mid December now and she is still not back to me. I thought maybe they would have not charged me for the cremation or given me some of money back since she died less than 8 hours later and they didnt know why.

Both vets are great ! I have a cat and a rescue dog and they are very patient with my rescue who suffers from anxiety which translates to aggresivity. I brought my cat in for some shots as he got shots every year in Ottawa. Vet told me they were unnecessary. They are very honest, they could have given him the shots and make money but were upfront in telling me it wasn't necessary. The pricing is also very reasonable for their services.
