Overpriced, and very narrowed minded staff when it comes to product preferance....if i wanted a story for ten minutes i read a book, do not need some staff giving me a yuppy version of her lack of knowledge......there is a reason certain products are the number 1 selling products in the world....BECAUSE THEY WORK! This store should have more of them!

I love this location, the staff there treat my dog as one of their own. They are always coming over to pet him and give home treats. Yesterday he even got the chance to meet a bunny for the first time. They are also very helpful when selecting food or other products.

Location of this store is great. One of the only pet food stores in town without having to cross the bridge to Moncton. Selection is good for the store size which I would describe as small. They have everything though, dog food, cat food and small rodent and bird care items as well. The staff are friendly and helpful and know their stuff about the products they stock.

The service and selection at global pets is the best around. They promote some province made products. I've heard that the tartar busters that my dogs love are moving into a 2-pack...and not from new Brunswick any longer. That is sad, if there was a problem with supply I can understand..if it's another reason.. sorry, I just don't.

This is a second location for the Greater Moncton area. As far as I can tell the Riverview location has staff as friendly and helpful as the Mountain Road location.

The customer service at this particular location has went down significantly. I used to be greeted and helped; Even through the thick of Covid. Now you can barely see a staff member, The store is always messy and you have to basically beg a person that works there to come to the register. By the way things are going I wouldn’t be surprised to see self check outs…Thanks for nothing I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The girls spent time making friends with my suuuper shy dog. Tossing treats until he gradually took them out of their hands.
