Staff – friendly and professional ! Doc- professional! But overall lacks accountability / customer service and follow through! downgrading from 4 stars to 3 stars! coz 1st incident - after vaccination there was a reaction to my puppy and we left a message and they never called back. considering it was Saturday at least I expected them to call on Monday ...but they never did! 2nd incident - came to the clinic for fecal test . they never bothered to call me with the report! after 4 weeks I suddenly remember that I paid for the test and I called doctor's office then they send me the report. previous version .... what I didn’t like Perhaps room for improvement! - Our 3 months old puppy got vaccination on Sat morning and there was a light reaction after couple of hours. We called the docs office EOD and no one returned the call. worst case scenario they should have called on Monday ....but no one followed up!

This place lost my trust in their business today because of Kamal's lack of professionalism as it relates to customer service. Kamal is the guy that answers phones occasionally and sits at the front desk with whatever other responsibilities he has. He is not the vet. I spoke with him over the phone to explain that my dog is experiencing a negative side reaction at the injection site after getting vaccinated 3 days ago. Kamal started getting defensive, explaining that the clinic uses clean needles and that the issue wasn't caused by the injection. He wasn't even in the room when my dog got the injections. Also, I didn't even accuse them of not using clean needles or threaten them in any way with a lawsuit, so I don't know why he got so defensive right from the start. I simply called in an effort to get my dog some medical care as a result of the issue. However, for Kamal to tell me that the injections didn't cause her to swell, bleed, and cause pus to come out of the injection site "because that wouldn't happen in 2 days and isn't where she received the injections" is an offensive thing to say to someone that is calling with concern about their pet and that was there during the shots. How about saying "let me put you through to the vet" or "let's schedule you in for a visit to further investigate." Instead, he makes these comments over the phone without ever having seen the wound.

Faith Clinic was recommended by a friend and I brought one of my dogs there. I was very satisfied with the service. Great staff and the Doctor is very thorough. Additionally the cost of the services are reasonable. When you have 3 or more dogs it becomes difficult to maintain their well being. AND I think they have good hours. I've now brought two more dogs there and everyone's doing very well. I'm happy I gave them a call.

This is the best vet I have ever been to. First, they are affordable! Most places try to rip you off, but their services are so reasonably priced and they don't suggest unnecessary procedures. Second, the doctor is very knowledgeable. He treated all three of my pets and all treatments were accurate and effective! My baby girl cat was missing hair above her tail, and he quickly knew her anal glands needed to be drained. He also gave her a shot for the allergies she was experiencing and now her coat is shiny, thick and soft! Also, my dog woke up one morning with a limp, he wouldn't walk, and was not acting like his normal self. He quickly examined him and gave him a shot for a blood clot and within minutes, my puppy was up and jumping around like he was happy again! I could not be happier with the doctors and assistants. Finally, the manager knew I was experiencing financial strain and really worked with me. I would never bring my pets to another place. They do everything there- even surgeries, but at they are much more cost efficient. You will join the family, be known by name and your pets will be the happiest and healthiest they have ever been! Have FAITH in this clinic!

honestly after seen some of the reviews posted i was kinda 50 and 50 on this place, but i when and check it out.i had to spay my cat and the doctor was very nice, the nurses where very attentive of any questions or doubts i had and answer all my question. seem like they do care about the pets. my cat came home and had a super recovery with a small scar now.. compare to other pets and their surgery in different places. i brought my dog as well and they took care of him and did the most to make him feel better "swollen glens" cut my cat and dog nail . will diffidently come back for check ups 3-15-18

Faith Veterinary Clinic is where I brought my dog, which is being trained as a service dog, since she was a puppy. Dr Raj and his staff are caring and gentle. The vet here I think his name starts with a V. HE is VERY RUDE, doesn’t fully listen to your questions and concerns , rushes you off the phone /out of the office. He does not actually clarify what he’s talking about. I just adopted my cat in March and My cat has been having UTI issues, since April/may due to a botched spay/neuter surgery he had prior at a low cost clinic. He had to get surgery here and the surgery and everything else was paid for by the Franklin township animal shelter where I adopted my cat from. I then brought my cat back in November, for a possible UTI?? Again I asked the doctor if the UTI from April/May has any correlation to the UTI in November. The doctor straight lied to my face and told me no! I went through my cats insurance to File a claim for reimbursement of his doctor visit. The pet insurance denied the claim because it’s a pre-existing condition????? How is it a pre-existing condition when the vet specifically told me that they were not related? Obviously this veterinarian did not go through my cats medical records to actually give me the correct information. The way this veterinarian writes medical records is stupid and not clear cut. The pet insurance emailed the veterinarian for clarification on my cats medical records and the veterinarian did not provide or give clarification on my animals medical records at all. He literally said he was unwilling to clarify to me as well . I would not recommend this place at all!!! Find an actual veterinarian that actually Cares about your questions and concerns

We have received great care from Faith Vet Clinic for our dog. The only thing I would say that needs improvement is keeping the doors closed to the back room after the dogs and cats have had surgery because it does scare dogs when they come in and hear the others coming out of anesthesia. Otherwise we thank the team at Faith for taking care of our dog!!

When I lived in NJ I would take my dogs, Buster and Benji to this clinic. I found all of the staff helpful, kind, and gentle. First of all no one told us this was a trailer. Then they overcharged us for the dewormer. The receptionist said 10 dollars then the vet quickly corrected her saying 40. She said oh I thought it was 10. Then charged 40. When I got home I checked online and found the same exact dewormer for 10 on Chewy, 11 on Amazon and 9 at Walmart. I called to ask why they overcharged us. The receptionist kept cutting me off, then finally listened and passed the phone to a vet who, after arguing with me that it must be a different product, literally hung up on me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! There are plenty of vets in the area, visit another one. Will not return.

I am giving 1 star because of the customer service not for the care. I never found anything wrong with the care they provided for my dog and the prices are great. My concern is the customer services. It takes multiple phone calls to get them to do anything. Most recently I needed my dogs necessary medication filled before I went on vacation. I started calling 1 week before because I know it's always an issue with them. Each time I was told they'd call it in. Finally the day before I had to leave I called obviously frustrated after daily attempts at getting her meds. I was told they will not call the meds in because they can provide the meds at the office. I explained I won't buy them from them because it's $60 more expensive at their office compared to my pharmacy. They continued to refuse me my dogs meds unless I purchased from them. I was also told that the doctor is too busy and it's not their job to write prescriptions. I explained I knew the doc was busy hence why I started calling a week in advance, but still no luck. How dare they not call in the meds (that they prescribed!) that my dog needs for her seizures just because they wanted a few extra bucks. And don't get me started how they came out to tell me my dog was euthanized when she was just there for a routine visit. This was during covid when we had to give them our dog and wait in the car. It was in error and thank god it wasn't true, but NOT something you mess up on. I could go on and on about other issues, but instead I'm just switching my dog to another vet.

Vet techs and vet were very concerned and even trimmed my old girls nail, not an easy task due to her arthritis. I was very impressed considering it was evident they were training vet techs. My cat had bite wound that perforated his skin at two spots near to each other. The cat would scratch it with his paw making it bigger so I went to a local Vet Hospital in PetSmart just to be asked to pay almost $500 for a few sutures, antibiotic and some related services. I refused this. Later, we decided we have to neuter him to make him less aggressive so that the wound could heal easier. We have learned about the Faith Veterinary Clinic that operates in Franklin Twp and took our cat for a low cost fix. When doctor Narala has seen the bite wound he offered to stich it for free. After 10 days he removed the sutures and in a few days we could take off the E-colar and now we have happy cat, again. Perhaps, the Vet clinic has saved our cat's life because it was difficult to keep him away from his wound despite our efforts to wrap him with bandages. Therefore, I would heartily recommend Faith Veterinary Clinic because they really love animals, they do not make their business just for the money. They are operating independently of the Township Animal shelter that shares the same address.

First time experience as of November 9, 2015 -- Just had one of my Chihuahua's go in for Dental. The dental cost included bloodwork and pain meds to take home. My regular vet does charge much more for the same procedure and does not include bloodwork nor meds for home. Dr. Raj was very kind and answered my questions after the procedure -- I was called promptly when my dog's procedure was finished and I had called earlier to make sure she was ok as I was nervous. They had assured me she would be fine. I think the prices here are great and I drove about a 1/2 hr from the Princeton area, just because it was cost effective to do so in regards to the dental cleaning. My dog did have to have 6 tiny teeth removed that were rotted; and the extraction costs were cost effective as well. I also had them do my dog's 3year rabies vaccination, which was only $10 for new customers. I would return here with my other dogs -- I totally recommend their services due to the prices alone and the kindness of the vet.

Faith Veterinarian Clinic is only interested in the bottom line, the almighty dollar. I fasted two of my two dogs since midnight the night before dental work and arrived at the vet by 8:30 AM. They took the dogs in to be examined and put them in a crate for surgery. I was asking what time to return and the vet said 3:30 PM. They then said I had to pay the full amount up front ($650.00) or they wouldn't do the surgery. I had to go home 30 minutes in rush hour to get the money, because the dogs were already fasting for 81/2 hours and I didn't want to prolong it any longer, and then 30 minutes back. No one told me I had to pay up front. I have never heard of this before! They would not "hold" my credit card either. They insisted they had to have the money before the surgery would be done. I had the cash and didn't want it on the credit card...will not go back.

I took my end-of-life dog to this office, I had been a customer for years. I made the appointment the day before since my dog deteriorated very fast. When I got there on time the staff kicked us out and made us wait outside in the heat for 45 minutes. My poor dog suffered while we waited. When we went inside they made us wait another hour in an office and when I got there one of the assistants very rudely said “this is why we don’t book emergencies at the end of the day,” and walked away very annoyed they had to work late. I told them my dog was end of life and they were very cold and had no compassion for us. Prior to this I took all three of my dogs there for care and each time we went they got increasingly more rude. They lost my business for life. I don’t bother to do these reviews but this place gives cheap care at a cost. They did a surgery for one of my dogs to help open up his ears (the one that died) and the new Vet definitely used my dog for practice because after that surgery he became totally deaf. I would never recommend anyone bringing any of their animals there.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was told by staff before my appointment, during and after that it was free on your first visit. Then the man at the desk was ringing me up and charged me $96 and I told him that I was told by his staff it was free and he began screaming at me and refused to let me go unless I paid then yelled at his staff. It was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never go back again.

Was NOT a pleasant experience. I brought my 7 month puppy for well visit since he was driven to me by a carrier. At the appointment the doctor was nice but pushed upon additional pills I needed to administer to him for flea and tic which is understandable but I declined. After feeling pressured to buy the additional products I gave in and spent $200 dollars when I expected to just pay for a well visit. One day later my puppy developed a cough and has been coughing since. Being both of my dogs picked out the flea and tic med and did not take it and my puppies sickness from after the visit, I asked if anything could be done as far as a fee being waved and the office denied my reasonable request. I will not be going back to this place ever again

When my dog (Chewie) had an ear infection, most of the vets that I called couldn't accommodate us for at least several days, which was extremely disheartening. Knowing how bad my Chewie's ear infections can get, we were over the moon when Faith Veterinary Clinic was able to accommodate us on the same day despite their packed schedule! Chewie was seen timely & all our concerns were addressed - suffice to say, because of Faith Veterinary Clinic's ability to see us promptly, Chewie made a very quick, full recovery! Brought cat in Tues. Ran blood tests. Fever was low. Got antibiotics. Vet called Wed with results but could not understand phone message. Called back Wed and Thur to speak with doc. Did not get a call back. My kitty died overnight Thursday. When I brought him in for cremation Friday and asked why no one returned by calls, they did not respond to me, just walked away. At no time did any of the staff offer their condolences about the loss of my cat. It was a very cold experience. I really expected more. The kitty was 15 so it may have been his time. No excuse for their lack of compassion.

We have had an amazing experience with Faith Veterinary Clinic. Sherlock (Doberman @sherlockroamz) is now 14 weeks old and loves going to the vet. The staff is quick yet patient, and very attentive to provide care and advice as required. A couple of weeks ago, we had a scare when Sherlock injured his paw as he was getting out of his crate. He was in considerable pain and not putting his paw down. Despite having a full appointment roster, the clinic asked us to bring him over and Dr. Natalia examined him (x-rays and all) and took the time to show us the x-rays and explain how everything looked normal and it was only a soft tissue injury. I have some videos on YouTube and I will release way more videos, under the title GENIUS POOCHO that the stuff look at and the doctor as well. I show them what my dog poocho able to do as well, they were amazed. Thank you doctor for the great surgery that you did. That other clinics: like garden state veterinary, or read bank veterinary didn't know what they were doing. But this doctor did 3 things in the same time when my dog was put to sleep and with great success. I find the place just a recently, and I am so happy that I did, it was worth it to drive 1and1/2 hour one way. Now I know that the doctor is the best ever so I would drive doesn't matter how far they are.

I've never dealt with fleas before and I was understandably a panicked mess upon realizing my poor cat was covered in them. The very day I called Faith Vet Clinic they had agreed to see me the same day, making an appointment for me to be seen in just a few hours. The vet and vet techs were professional and responsive to my frantic questions and helped ease my concerns. While I'm still dealing with the occasional flea that I find in the carpet, I've yet to find another flea on my cat a couple weeks after her treatment at the vet. The visit was fairly affordable, (coming from a broke grad student) and the flea treatment and toothpaste that I was given seemed to be at market value. I overall had a pleasant experience and hope to be able to return in the future under better circumstances.

My dog was diagnosed with Pyometria and her Veterinarian told me it would cost $7,090 for her surgery. She said that we would have to wait till the next day in order to have surgery. My dog Veterinarian said pay the $7,000 or put her to sleep. I was very upset and did not know what to do. I called Faith Vet clinic and they took her right In and did an emergency Surgery. Faith Vet Clinic only charged me $1,800 for the surgery they made me feel very comfortable and my dog is alive and doing great!! The Veterinarian at Faith Vet Clinic is very kind and he has a love for dogs. He was a blessing!! He is now my dogs new Veterinarian.

Totally done with this clinic. As a new pet owner I started bringing my fur baby here. I figured it was close to home and reasonably priced. Newbie mistake. This place was not clean, smelled and one time I looked on as urine just sat on the floor for my entire visit. I expected someone to mop it up, but it didn’t happen. I went a few more times just for shots. After my last visit my dog was given an allergy shot that left him lethargic and unable to control his bladder. So, I began getting his vaccinations from Vetco. Until he began having serious heartburn. I took him to County Vet Hospital in Princeton. It was more expensive. But clean, odorless and I felt my dog was in better hands. Fast forward to the present. I went on Chewy to get a flea and tick treatment for my fur baby. I listed Faith Vet for the prescription. It had been less than a year since I’d come and my dog had been there about four times. I didn’t think it would be a problem. But it was. Chewy called back to tell me Faith said I needed to come in for an exam first. Unbelievable. I’m trying to protect my dog from fleas and ticks but they’re thinking about a copay. Hmmm. Well, I called County Vet, they had only seen my dog once but were happy to oblige. I would not encourage anyone to go to Faith Vet Clinic.

This vet clinic is very affordable and you can tell the staff truly care for your pet, but I ended up switching to a different practice for a couple reasons. Overall, the office is very busy, which causes a few issues; the doctors are pretty rushed between visits, they are pretty much always an hour behind, and it is very noisy which stresses out my cat (even in the exam rooms you can hear people talking loudly/dogs barking because the exam rooms are adjacent to reception). Dr Narala is very knowledgeable but it can be hard to get the chance to ask him questions about the condition of your pet. Outside of these problems, I also have to agree with many complaints about the business manager as he can be very unprofessional.

Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with the Office Manager. He is rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. He hangs up on you or puts you on hold without you even getting a word out of your mouth. He tells you that he will call you when your pet is ready but doesn't. Then he lies about it saying that no one picked up the phone. He argues with you in front of other patients. He is the wrong person for the job and sadly, this gives the practice a negative review. If they selected a friendlier person, then the practice is not too bad. The rest of the staff was good. The young caucasian lady who came out was the total opposite of this manager. She explained everything throughly and was compassionate and friendly. They need more people like her, especially to serve in the front desk.

To be very honest, I had always really liked this veterinary office. Very affordable and sweet staff. Today it changed when my fiancé brought our 14-year-old dog in to have his eye checked and his nails clipped. I understand that most vets charge office visits regardless, however they didn’t even have the appointment on file for today, and said to my fiancé that he missed our appointment last week. That couldn’t have been possible because we called only two days ago for an appointment. Although he did not wait long, my fiancé brought in our dog and the vet was in there for only a few minutes. He had his nails clipped, his eye was looked at, and then the vet said he needs surgery to remove the abscess. Either way, I guess he would’ve had to come back, but it seemed a bit unprofessional and insulting to charge an office visit for loyal customers that have come in numerous times with good experiences for such a short amount of time, blaming for missing an appointment and only for a few minutes for a nail clipping. The eye was not even treated at all, when in the past, it was treated, whether the issue was larger or not. When I called to talked to a manager on the phone, she placed guilt on me, being that because we are in a pandemic and everyone is struggling, things are different now and sorry that the communication was unclear. Although she seemed calm and tried to speak in a professional tone and vernacular, now I just feel undermined for even bringing up the issue when the world is in the height of a 2 year pandemic and businesses are all suffering. It was all about the business and not about the animal or the customer. I am sorry for the world we live in, yes we are all suffering in one way or another, but I did not need to be undermined or reminded of that very obvious fact. Animals are still going to get sick and need veterinary care. Maybe the focus should be on the animals and the clients satisfaction with your business. Very sad.

So to be fair, I have been a customer for a while however I keep experiencing the same issue when I go. The gentleman, office manager I assume, seems to never smile always be in a rush and hovers profusely during our visits. They are plenty staffed but he is every where, all over. He's at the front desk taking over when other staff is checking me in, he's at the scale hovering, he's in the treatment room rushing the vet, he's in the procedure room holding pets instead of other staff, he's answering the and at the desk to check you out. Personally it confuses me why other people work there if he wants to do it all. Most times the staff are so polite and want to be involved in your pets visit but this man is always taking over and to me it seems rude. I continue to come here because the location, the vets caring demeanor and the prices but this visit was the worst yet with this guy. I don't even know his name but he's always there, watching, hovering. If he wasn't there I'd give it 5 stars.

This place was recommended to me by someone who takes their dog here for general visits. The prices seemed unbeatable and the staff was very friendly during my visit for my 5 year old cat who has always gotten a clean bill of health at her annuals. During her first visit (annual) they told me she needed a teeth cleaning and showed me why (which was appreciated), so I scheduled that for a month out. I was happy with the care and info provided at the first visit. However, when the confirmation call was made to me the day before NO pre operation info was given. They left a message and no mention of prep prior to anesthesia. When I called back to confirm, again, no info given so I called back when I thought of it since I have had another cat go under surgery and been given detailed instructions to follow. When I asked they went through the info like no error had been made and didn't even apologize for not sharing it. Given the oversight on something so simple, yet so important, and the awful reviews on here I called back to cancel the appointment stating I didn't feel comfortable given what had happened. They showed no care or concern and simply said, 'ok, your appointment is cancelled'. Although I am happy to not have had to pay a fee for that, I am concerned for their oversight and lack of care for the situation.

I am beyond happy with my experience here! When I called this morning I was concerned they wouldn't have time today to fit me in, but they had absolutely no problem accommodating to my schedule. Being a new guest they gave me the office visit and exam free of charge (typically 35$ which is half the price of my clinic back home)! I can not talk up dr. Raj enough, he was extremely warm and was able to give me a quick diagnosis. He also gave me recommendation of food to help stop my cat from shedding to much. The clinic itself is small and welcoming, it felt like I had my own personal space (other clinic I would always deal with five other clients at the same time with their pets going nuts) it was nice to have such a peaceful waiting room and such an amazing and kind staff. Also my cat ended up peeing in his cage, the vet assistant took his cage cleaned it for me and placed the wet blanket in a bag. After being diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection, my cat was given a shot and prescribed antibiotics. All in all the whole cost of the medication only came to 60 dollars (I was told by another vet that it would have typically costs me upwards to a 100). If you are looking for amazing care, a doctor who truly loves pets and a affordable prices THIS IS THE PLACE!!!

I went a few months ago for my dog who was feeling very ill. It was my dog’s very first time going to any clinic/vet. They asked me to bring in his vaccine records and I did, even brought in other paperwork of his since I was not sure what they were going to ask for. Went in and they did a few analysis tests on him. After leaving the nurse never gave back the records I brought in. I getting home and realizing I never got back his record that I brought in I called back immediately only for them to tell me they had lost it. How do they lose things in a matter of minutes? Now that I need to take in my dog to another vet for immediate attention I called this place to see if they had possibly scanned his documents and might be able to retrieve them that way, they said they had nothing for him in the system. I was very upset and asked how that was possible. I assume that when they ask for his records they have to scan then and keep them in the system so that they have his up to date information. The doctor on the phone kept talking over me and did not let me explain myself. I even asked if he would let me speak so he would understand. I’m a very emotional person and at some point became very upset. I told him that I really needed his records because my dog is old and is becoming more needy to his health and instead of understanding or being comprehensive he told me it was my responsibility to have my dog’s records (patients were not allowed in during the time of my visit because of the pandemic). I proceeded to tell him that his staff and the place should be more organized when he then hung up the phone practically leaving me with no answers. This place is seriously a mess, especially after I had called and he immediately said “Hold up, hold up” and leaving me on the line where I can hear his whole conversation while I wait. Don’t waste your time with them. They’ll rush you and lose your stuff too.

Hoping the veterinarian would help , they told me I’d have to wait 1- 2 hours. After an amount of waiting they said they would not attend the dog. We have found that Faith Veterinary Clinic will be the healthcare providers to our pets. Despite us living over 25 miles away, we never found and vets that cared like Faith does and is reasonably priced. The founders of Faith contribute heavily to unwanted dogs and cats and have proven time and time again that they are more concerned about quality care than about money. The veterinarians around us in Jersey City had dirty offices, were overpriced, and they didn't seem to care about our dogs. I wish every vet operated like Faith does. They do make money but it's not the most important part of their jobs. Love this place and won't take our pets anywhere else. Please do not go here. The practice is not ethical. They are signed up for spay/neuter services with Friends of Animals. This means that they will take the certificate that is purchased from FOA. Certainly, there are a few ancillary charges that they can add, but the FOA certificate states what is already paid and gives restrictions for somethings (e.g. regular pre-surgical bloodwork cannot exceed $65). I called in advance to ensure that they accept FOA certificates. They agreed and scheduled about 6 weeks in advance. When I arrived, they informed me that the charges would be $365 in addition to the FOA certificate with costs $110. They did not provide an itemized list of what that $365 would pay for, but the veterinarian said, "We cannot afford to take these certificates. We have to anesthetize, give fluids, bloodwork...this is what it costs." He was not compassionate, nor was he apologetic that the office had the expectation of charging a high cost for the service. The idea with FOA is that you have a reputable vet who is willing to accept lower cost for a spay/neuter because it is the right thing to do. Not all vets accept it and that is okay. But if a veterinarian does accept it, they should set expectations and be amenable to lowered costs. Some vets may limit the number of FOA spays that they will do per month. Either way, this office manager and this veterinarian, Dr. Raj Narala, were very rude and just expected me to pay this without a thorough explanation. They know that the client has been waiting for the appointment and has prepped the pet. Many people would just pay it since they are already at the office. I left because of the lack of professionalism,. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. This ended with Dr. Narala saying, "OK, just leave. As of right now, we do not take Friends of Animals. Go complain to them." From my perspective, if he cannot afford to take the FOA certificates without a huge additional fee, he should take his name off the list. It is unethical to have the patient in front of you and then present additional charges. With all the additional charges, it just makes sense to go to our regular veterinarian.

Faith vet was recommended by a lot of my neighborhood friends when I got a dog 3 months ago. I have gone there twice and the second time I went, the vet asked if we wanted the shampoo and when we said no, they still tried to charge us for it. Later on, my 4 and a half month old puppy started coughing. We thought it was nothing, but after further observation, I told my parents it was kennel cough. He must have caught it from the vet because we didn't go outside and we haven't had any dogs home recently. Don't get me wrong, they are professional, but they shouldn't expose other sick dogs' germs to dogs that are not sick.

We brought our cat here when he was losing weight and he was diagnosed with diabetes; they told us they would have normally admitted him but since he was acting the same, we were told to bring him home. We were prescribed insulin, shown how to give the shots and sent on our way. No talk about a follow up to check his sugar or kidneys, etc, and having to perform our own guesswork as to when/if his insulin should be increased or not. When our cat recently became sick, they told us they don’t keep pets overnight; how were they going to admit him before then? Also, we had been there three weeks before to have his blood glucose checked. They attached a continuous glucose monitor, and told us to come back in two weeks. When we did, they gave us NO insight into his condition, or if we should make any adjustments, other than to “give more insulin” if his blood sugar was high, with no way to monitor it! I also had to ask them again for the blood test results from two weeks before that they were supposed to email and never did. If they had done their job, he wouldn’t have gotten so sick that he required five days in the hospital less than two weeks later! I would not recommend and will not be using their services again.

First and foremost I have to say this Vet Clinic is a savior! I had called and explained the situation of my pup having had her tumor biopsied by her primary vet but where they had stuck her the site wouldn’t stop bleeding. I googled a vet near myself because her primary was closed for the day. Faith Clinic in North Brunswick came up, and for last minute and the clinic being fully staffed they took her in to cauterize and wrap her paw. I explained the situation to Dr. Narala of her tumor and how my primary was not comfortable doing the surgery Dr. Narala analyzed her paw and with confidence told me it is my choice but when I’m ready he could remove it for her. The team and staff were beyond professional and caring with Kahlua. After the tumor would not stop bleeding I took her back to Dr. Narala and he performed an emergency tumor removal. He saved my dog-child’s life I know of it!; because his confidence along with the genuine love and care of the staff is what made me within the first visit know that he is to be her primary vet. After surgery he asked for me to call the next day to inquire as to how she is doing. Where do you ever hear that! The genuine care for his patience and practice is unbelievable! I brought Kahlua in for her follow up where they had to remove and rebandage her paw( as you can imagine a large tumor on a small paw of course the healing will take time) but the excitement of the staff to see Kahlua and remember her name, and pet her and comfort her, it’s like dropping your child off with the best daycare service knowing your child is in great hands. I can go on and on about this clinic but I’m sure no one wants to read a novel. Thank you again Dr. Narala and staff, Kahlua loves you guys and I’m ever greatful!

This place is absolutely horrible. They say they’re a low cost clinic but then charge you extra for unnecessary things. Their vet techs are rude and don’t explain things correctly. The doctor spoke to me on the phone and said I could pick up a prescription for some cold medicine for my cat. I drove 45 minutes to the clinic. They told me that I could walk to the door to purchase the medicine. I asked how much it would cost and they said $40. I said I couldn’t spend that much on cold medicine and just for the paper prescription since it’s only about $5.00 on Chewy with a prescription. They said that they now won’t give me the medication at all if I don’t bring the cat, pay a $45.00 visit fee, and a $40.00 prescription fee. So because I asked for the price of something before paying, the price almost doubles. Now, my poor sick cat has no medicine and we have ton find a new doctor. If you’re looking for a proper low cost clinic, don’t waste your time here.

on time service , my dog needed some help with a very bad ear infection that I had lost control of . the doctor and staff went to work right away in treating my dog. about three days later I noticed my dog looked better and was her regular self , it's been just over one week now and my dog is happy again . seeing my dog getting and feeling better also helped to ease my stress . Recently moved to the area and needed a new vet for my cat - I regret choosing this one. We had to wait for upwards of 30 minutes which was very stressful for her. Once the vet finally saw her, he had not read any of her previous records and had to be prompted several times before he finally glanced at them. After only one glance and without running any tests of his own, he started prescribing a ton of medications and was very dismissive of my questions as to why they were necessary. One of the medications he prescribed was an antibiotic injection, and ever since then my cat has been vomiting at least twice a day (which I read later is a side effect of the medication) and barely eating. They did not warn me about the possibility of these side effects. The antibiotic was supposed to treat her respiratory infection (which her previous vet had determined was viral and not treatable by antibiotics - I told the vet this, and he dismissed me) and it has done nothing to improve her respiratory symptoms and just caused her needless suffering. I would not recommend anyone take their pets here.

Have been to two other vet offices, this one is the worst. After reading the negative reviews about the office, I realized that I am not the only person who has the feeling that the value profit more than the welfare of an animal. Not going back because they ruined my trust.

Turned out to be a horrible experience. I'm new to the area and looked up vets online. Faith had a 4.7 score , close to home and the $40 fee was attractive as well. So off I went with my two cats. Both cats were given distemper, rabies and lukemia vaccines. One of my cats had fleas. Was given capstar to use as a once a month treatment. When it didn't work I came to find capstar is not a monthly treatment. I called the vet and he then sold me a monthly treatment. My cat also had an ear infection , was sold ear drops which did not work either. And was sold another ear drop. One of my cats needed a leukemia booster. When I returned home from work that day my cat had a patch of fur loss at the injection site. After research I find it's a reaction some cats experience. ( not the vets fault). However, I also found out indoor cats do not need a leukemia vaccine. I called the vet still concerned about the fur patch missing and weezing when breathing. The vet said bring him in, no problem, we check, no charge. Well, he examined the cat said it may be from anal glands and did an exam - said all is well. When leaving the vet charger for the office visit and additional for the anal exam. Said " we dont work for free". We should not have been charged the office visit. Was a waste of time and money and now my cat still has a fur patch and weezing when he breaths. Think the real problem is the vet tried to profit even though he didn't know what was wrong. I'm so sorry I went to this vet - my cat now has complications from a vaccine he didn't even need nor should have had.

I went to get my 11 year old , dog to get seen. During our appointment it was decided that he would get bloodwork done . The staff was very gentle and friendly . They assured me my dog was not necessarily that old and that he should be fine with the medication needed , that the bloodwork results would determine . I had to call multiple times the next day to be informed about the results of the bloodwork . They finally got back to me around 5 in the evening .The vet explained that the bloodwork results didn’t look so well but that the medication would help . I asked if the diet of my dog should be changed, he didn’t ask what diet my dog was on but to keep it as it was . I called the next day to ask about the script being sent to me via email due to not being able to make it to their location to get the medicine from them . They assured me they would email it to me .nothing got emailed to me . A couple of days later , I called back to make the same request . Again nothing got emailed to me . I called again the this past Monday in the afternoon making the same request and being a bit more adamant this time . It wasn’t until Wednesday morning that I received the script . My dog passed away that same Wednesday , at 715 in the morning . Their lack of diligence and completely negligence didn’t allow me to take care of my fur baby the proper way .

This review is for this practice to improve its basic medical skills and for pet owners to avoid this practice, or at the very least not accept any diagnosis they make without getting a second opinion. This practice did not properly read our dear cat’s X-ray, gave him antibiotics for something he didn’t have and did not do a proper exam. As a result of their ineptitude, our cat got sicker. They refused to give him an emergency appointment due to their busy schedule. Another vet quickly saw him and diagnosed him, and by then our dear cat was too sick and died. While I don’t know whether we could have saved him had the Faith Clinic done it’s job correctly, we would have at least known the real issue and avoided additional vet visits and stress to our cat. Our cat is gone and nothing can bring him back. This Practice, like all medical practitioners should be held to the highest standards. Again, I urge this Practice to reassess its lack of medical skills and for pet owners to please be mindful of this tragic experience. We don’t want anyone to ever go through something like this.

My 4 year old cat Pinku was suffering from a bad ear infection. I had taken him before to a vet hospital three times in the last three months for the same condition but his infection never cleared. He was in pain and wasn't eating or drinking any food for four days/nights. I called and made my first appointment with the clinic last week. The care and professionalism demonstrated by Dr. Raj and his assistants were excellent. Dr. Raj examined and cleaned the ear, gave the antibiotic and pain injections. He gave us thorough instruction on how to take care and administer medicine at home. Thank God, Pinku was on his feet the very evening and started eating and showing signs of improvements. He is back again at his own in just a couple of days. I highly recommend the Faith Clinic. Dr. Raj and his assistants demonstrate personal attention to your pet's problem and administer professional care.

The staff is very friendly And very loving towards my dogs they show very much concern I wasn’t too keen about the new vet that I saw I was used to seeing their original vet I believe she overcharged me for things that I didn’t need and I’m not pleased with that at all also the main receptionist in the front is very rude at times and very pushy and rush you without really explaining things to you he doesn’t like to help or print things out for you. I really wish my original vet was there to take care of my dogs that day. I spent almost a half $1000 that day which I have never done that so I am kind of upset with that I really believe that she was just interested in making money that day

Faith Vet Clinic Saved My Dog!!! My family noticed our 10yr old Cockapoo was having trouble urinating. We took him to our normal vet who took X-rays who found bladder stones, they recommended we take him to a specialist vet in Neptune. My husband took him and they looked at X-rays and quickly said we can do the surgery for $5k or 2nd option euthanize him. Our family was distraught we couldn't imagine putting a dollar on our dogs life but financially it just wasn't an option. We decided to look for a 2nd opinion, we found a affordable pet surgeon in VA we were going to leave the next day. A family friend heard what was going on and recommended Faith Vet. I decided to give a call I spoke with the Dr directly explained what was going on. With no hesitation he said bring him in with his X-rays will take care of him today. By 3pm our dog was seen and surgery was scheduled for 6pm. The Staff at Faith Vet worked on our pet for hours they did not leave that night until they had a successful surgery. To sum this up we have our pet home with us 4 months later he's running around like a brand new puppy. I want to thank the staff at Faith Vet without you we would have not been able to save our family member. I would recommend to anyone in need of pet care. They care and don't make the dollar your only option to save your family member.

We had been bringing our Cane Corso to Faith for the last 3 years. We never had an issue, except it was always difficult for their office staff to handle him, but I just chalked it up to our dog being so large (120 lbs). Still, the vet should be equipped to handle dogs of all sizes. Last August, we added a female French Bulldog to our family. Things started off fine with her visits, but I started to notice that every time I made an appointment, I would show up on the day and time, and the staff would then tell me my appointment was at a different time. The first time this happened I thought I entered the wrong time into my calendar, but by the fourth time, I knew it was their error. Then, at the end of January, I called and spoke with the staff to schedule my Frenchie to be spayed. They told me they accepted the friends of animals certificate ($110) but there was a $220 extra charge because of the breed. Even though I expressed my displeasure with the extra cost, I scheduled the surgery for 2/7. After I told my husband about the extra cost, he called and spoke with the office manager. The manager said to my husband, that is the price, if you don't like it, go somewhere else. Nice right! Just to make sure they didn't cancel the appointment after my husband spoke with them, I called back and spoke with a girl in the office to reconfirm that they still had the surgery scheduled for 2/7, which they did. On 2/6, when I didn't hear from their office to confirm the surgery, I called and they advised me that they didn't even have it on the calendar and that they don't do surgeries on Fridays. Obviously I was extremely upset and all the office manager could say was I am sorry dear, we can reschedule you in two weeks. I told him not to bother and that I would be by the next day to pick up the records for both of my dogs. Needless to say, I took my frenchie to another vet to get spayed the following week. The new vet is fabulous and even accepted the friends or animals certificate as payment in full. I would never return to Faith Veterinary Clinic.

I WOULD LIKE TO WARN OTHER CAT OWNERS OF DR. NARALA'S INCOMPETENCE. My 3 month old kitten was seen by Dr. Narala. I had just adopted him and it was his first vet visit after being adopted. I asked for a through initial intake checkup. Since my kitten is a rescue from the shelter, he lived with many other kittens and there are numerous and very contagious feline viruses which tend to spread easily in shelters since the kittens share litter boxes, food bowls and groom each other. I told Dr. Narala that the kitten had been scratching/ pawing his ears a lot and that his eye looked irritated. Dr. Narala had a look and cleaned his ears. I was told that my kitten is alright and was given aloe vera solution to wipe his eye discharge and clean his ears. Fast forward a month, my kitten is not doing well. There is no availability at Faith. I make an appointment at whitehouse station veterinary clinic. They take a look at his ears and let me know that my kitten has ear mites (that Dr. Narala had missed). I mention his irritated eye to them and they find that my kitten has feline herpes (which Dr. Narala had also missed). I would have never found out about these infections had I not gone to a different vet. My kitten is an only pet and is indoor only. The only way for him to contact these infections is from the shelter i.e. before I saw Dr. Narala. I WOULD LIKE TO WARN OTHER CAT OWNERS OF DR. NARALA'S INCOMPETENCE. He is a pleasant fella, just not a competent vet.

1/15/2022 I returned to the vet for the second time with my pet Oreo. The care was exceptional. After finding out that Oreo needed surgery, I was obviously distressed. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that my questions were answered and helped relieve some of my fears. The vet did a thorough exam on Oreo and I couldn’t ask for better care to be taken of him. He also needed to be started on a special diet which the vet explained his lab work and the need for the diet in specific and simple details that I could understand. I will definitely be bringing the rest of my animals to this vet For all their care

My opion TERRIBLE. DONT GO THERE. Not just me but they will quote you 1 price on the phone and than upcharge you all the time. Also my opion the vet is not very good with dogs always terrified to touch them i dont know about other animals. Also i had to supply them with the Govonors rules because they didn't take time out to pull it up and read it i guess. They took my copy and made copies because they did not know the proper proto call for certain situations. I understand its very confusing but they have an obligation to read it and understand it to assist clients or call the govonors office for clarification. Than to top it all off because i was vocal about them always surprisingly up charging customers that dont always have it. They had the nerve to get mad at me and told me not to come back. Fortunately there were other customers there that day that heard this and expressed the same concerns. Plus just my opion there vet does not seem to be that good. Also they gave me the 1 year shot instead of the 3 year without explanation or telling me till it was done. Why????? Hopefully they will work on it. Its a tough time for everyone but not the first time they have done this.
