Doctor Baird is the most rude professional I've met. He said a harness is "the stupidest thing I've ever seen" My dog is a pitbull mutt and he says my dog will never be safe around children or anyone at eye level He says the cheapest food at the store is the healthiest And then he said I got scammed because I adopted a dog from the states. You won't see me again Doctor Baird, sorry doctor Dickinson, I've heard good things about you

Dr Dickinson gets 5 stars! She is so gentle with the animals, so caring, and so very professional. Dr Baird on the other hand - He was trying to hurry through the check up, missed when he gave a needle to our cat, and then proceeded to yell at my twelve year old daughter "Hold him down, hold him down". This was a very sad time in our lives, and we needed a caring vet - one that didn't make us more anxious and upset. It was a horrible experience with Dr Baird. I have notified the clinic that I never want him to touch any of our pets go forward.

Dr baird is very abrupt, rude, and disrespectful to my dogs breed. He called my dog stupid, fat, and dangerous around kids (and he's not) very unprofessional and clearly has no sympathy for a pitbull mix breed. He's very opinionated and flat out unprofessional. The other vet is a beautiful person with all the compassion in the world.

I cannot say enough about this clinic. The most professional, caring, compassionate people I have ever met. We are out of Province and visit our family each year. Last summer our cat Lilly became gravely ill. We went to this clinic with her and the Veterinarian came in almost immediately. He wasn't due in for an hour but came in anyway. We were greeted warmly and felt welcomed. Everything about this clinic is amazing. Extremely knowlegable and caring. We had to euthanize our beloved Lilly but I honestly felt that someone cared. Someone took the time for a non client and actually cared. I received a lovely card in the mail signed by all the staff. That meant the world to me. I will recommend this facility to anyone who will listen. I also own horses and from what I see on their web site it is a top notch equine facility as well. 5 star all the way!

They helped us with the end of life for our Ragdoll cat who had been a member of our family for over 12 years! The staff were amazing and took the time to ensure that, not only did our pet receive special attention, we did too! Watching your pet die is not easy, and writing about it isn't much better, but everyone involved did everything possible to ease our pain and it was greatly appreciated. Would I recommend this vet to my friends? The answer is simple. YES! They don't know it yet but when we get our new Ragdoll cat, our first stop will be to this location to introduce our pet to his/her new vet!

Never over charges and never tries to get you to buy products he doesn't believe in. Both are amazing and compassionate, but I usually get Dr. Baird and I am happy just as happy with that

Dr Baird Veterinarian’s License should be suspended. He does not meet the minimum expectations of a vet. He fails to provide our pets with compassionate care and displays no empathy towards us when they are sick or dying.

I was panicking to find a vet as I was moving from Calgary my dog has so many allergies and needs a shot every 6 weeks and also requires a special food. My dad had mentioned this clinic as he is friends with one of the owners. I called prior to moving they ordered her food and also did a prescription while I was still on quarantine. The best service I received after calling almost every vet in SJ some never even called me back. Thank you so much and I’m sure you will treat Monroe the best! She’s a very sensitive dog and I truly believe she will get the best care at this clinic..

She was very informative, gave great advice and tips for new puppy/dog owners, and was fantastic with our dog. We have been taking our animals to Dr.Dickenson and Dr. Baird for 9 years. Always professional, reliable care is delivered from all the staff at the clinic. Our 5 year old lab had a ACL repair preformed by Dr.Dickenson,all procedure and post op care went smoothly, and our lab was able to enjoy outdoor activity again with no pain. Dr. Baird has always delivered compassionate knowledgeable care with our dogs, and was very supportive when our dog was Dx with cancer. I highly recommend both Veterinarians from this clinic, and appreciate the care they provide.
