They're refusing to see me, because I regularly go to another vet. The animal in question has never been to either vet before. The person I spoke to was rude and dismissive. They obviously don't care much about animals if they would refuse to help one for such a stupid reason.

My dog had a rather bad yeast infection in her ears she's a trained guard dog and very difficult to bring around strange people and other animals. This veterinary clinic and the veterinary doctor and vets assistants specifically that helped my pup with her ears we're extremely understanding and accommodating to our situation and were very friendly and helpful throughout the experience. I would also like to say this was one of the nicest and cleanest veterinary clinics I have attended in many years.

Traveled with my dogs to Northern NB, my dog hurt himself. The staff was friendly and helped us out. They scheduled him an appointment that day. My dog was happy after his visit. Turns out he pulled a muscle. Very clean clinic and great products offered at a good price.

I give four because phone is hard to get through when you need to call. But the service has been awesome for the pet care and they answer all your questions well. I don’t think they charge too much as some would say compared to big city. When I had to make a sad decision to put my sick dog down, it was the hardest thing to do but they help me through the process and gave us time and room to be with with lights down and all. I was surprised as when I had to do it before at different place I didn’t get that. I felt at ease with this place. Thank you. I will continue with my pets.

I will always go to this vet , Sunday was my first time having to bring my dog in , he could walk, didn't eat or drink nothing, couldn't move just laying on the floor not even moving his head , this was the only vet I could get a hold of , they took really good care of him , they saved his live I was able to pick him up this afternoon, if it wasn't for them I'm sure my dog would of passed , I can't thank them enough for what they did , thank you

This establishment charged me extra money without warning for unnecessary treatments for my cats, one of them came home with scratches on his face that were not there when I dropped them off, and they knocked my kennel against the wall (while my cats were in it) when I went to pick them up.
