Save your money and go elsewhere. They don't discount exams with puppy vacations. Also quoted me 125 dollars more than another vet for neuter. The second locum dr we saw had poor bedside manner. Disappointed for sure

Our old girl has been doing well. Every trip to Bensen View has been amazing through this process. Katie recently took a turn and we were terrified it was the end for her. We usually see Dr Marnie but she was on some well deserved time off. We were fortunate to meet Dr Buller who put Kate on a few meds and we have our happy healthy dog back. Caring and thoughtful with both my dogs and with myself, and so good about following up to see how the patient is doing and/or to discuss possible treatment options, even when that means she is calling from home in the evenings or on her days off. I brought my dog in for a general check up, shots and for an examination of lumps on her underside (turned out to be fatty tissue). Despite the awkwardness of dealing with the staff in the parking lot because of pandemic restrictions, the visit went smoothly, my dog was relaxed when she came out and the vet patiently explained what she was doing and th costs involved. I was not able to go inside, unfortunately, but that will change as the coronavirus pandemic rules lessen.

Sincere compassion the gals at the front have. All of them have warm and friendly personalities, all very knowledgeable and if they don’t know the answer to your question, they are determined to find you the answer. We have seen more than one vet over the past year and even though they are super busy they take the time to answer your questions. They even call you with information. As long as they are there and we have pets we are not going anywhere else. Highly Recommend this Vet Office.

Our cat Cleo developed a really bad cold and her eyes were constantly dripping. She stopped eating and became lethargic. Since we are new to the Island we didn't have any other means to find a vet other than the reviews. We phoned them on Saturday morning and they made room for us at about lunch time. Dr Beauchamp took care of Cleo in a very caring and gentle manner. After a week of medication and cleaning her nostrils, she is back to her usual,cranky and annoying but we love her. I heartily recommend the clinic to anyone.

Was recommended to go here and it was a fantastic experience. Sarah helped us at the front desk and she was pleasant, knowledgable, and more important our cat felt safe with her. She is excellent with animals, and was very helpful setting us up with food and scheduling in the future. Dr. Beauchamp was kind, honest, and very patient with our nervous cat. Our cat usually hates a trip to the vet, but all the staff made this process so much easier for us!

Dr. Beauchamp was incredibly helpful and thorough with my last - and last minute - visit. I was able to get in to see her 6 hours before the appointment time. She answered all my questions and was very gentle with my injured fur baby. She made sure I knew what to expect in the next few days of her recovery, as well as the possibilites if she didn't improve (in a non scary way).

Was highly recommended to me by my Vet of 30 yrs...in Victoria First time I phoned for an appointment they couldn't get me in and didn't give but one other time that was impossible for me and my pet. Second time one year later I phoned and was put on hold for 35 minutes before I got tired of being told my call was important to them. The recording must have been wrongly recorded cause it certainly doesn't seem like they are in the market for new clients ????

We don't know what is up with this staff making up stories in your file painting a poor picture of you. I've experienced this myself and will never return. Furthermore Sarah and Lindsay both need to practice kindness and patience with pet owners. At least say your sorry when you make mistakes and treat patients with respect. After all, we are supporting you financially and you should remember that.

Dr. Marnie and her team are truly the best! They took our dog in for an emergency visit and delivered a level of care above and beyond anything we’ve ever experienced. She was very thorough in her investigation and explained things clearly to us along the way. She even stayed late to make sure our dog received the treatment she needed. Doctor Beauchamp and all the ladies at the front desk, but especially Lindsay, are incredibly caring and compassionate. They have been our vet for over ten years and helped with everything from adding a new addition to the family and saying a goodbye to our baby. The care that they provided in my dog's last two years of life was exemplary. I firmly believe that we had those last two years because of the care that my dog received at Benson View. When it was time to say goodbye, Doctor Beauchamp was with us all the way. I cannot recommend this vet enough. They truly care about your pets as if they are their own.

Dr.Beauchamp is always very accomodating, compassionate and professional. She never rushes us at our appointments and ensures that we have all questions answered. When our one cat, Chloe, had a leg injury, she called us numerous times, after clinic hours, to check in to see how things were progressing. She is always going above and beyond. Vets are not paid enough for what they have to endure! She handles our other cat, Tilly, very well too as she can be a bit more of a moody individual in certain circumstances. Dr Marnie Edwards is an exceptionally dedicated vet and a caring person. I happily wait for my appointment as I know she is always running behind. Why- because she is an active listener and takes whatever time needed to thoroughly diagnose the problems with your pet.I will never forget how she took my beagle to her home after she had ingested poison to monitor her overnight - at no charge I have to add. She takes her profession and her compassion to the highest level.

Warning! The front desk help is not only rude they are gofers. Lindsay, Sarah, Nicki, basically all of them run to your file to write you up for every word you say and for every question you ask turning ordinary conversations into what looks like confrontations. We were appalled at what they wrote about us during our visits at their clinic. Maybe they are afraid of being sued and need to make the patients look bad?? Not sure however very unprofessional and a bit scary in our opinion. You'll be shocked when you ask for your pets file at what they have written about you.

The front desk staff are horribly rude and disrespectful. The vet did not take any vitals or X-rays, so her diagnosis was not based on any medical evidence. The clinic was dirty. Will not return.
