Bring my puppy here to get vaccinated and charge us $200 before taxes, of which the examination fee is charged more than a hundred dollars. Changed to other veterinary clinic, the examination is free.

We started using Carla's services when we moved up here. Through thick and thin the vet and her staff have been there, making house calls, taking last minute appointments and being a shoulder to cry on when things went south. I love their house cats who wander the halls and I like that they now have an on-line store where I can order the pet supplies ahead. Would I recommend these guys? In a New York minute.

Dr. Karla and the ladies at the office are absolutely outstanding. They truly care so much for my dog, and all the animals their as if they were their own. Yesterday my parents went here to put down their beloved dog. The vet wasn't vet understanding or compassionate with my poor mother. The vet made my mother feel awful for putting him down, as there was other stuff she could do. However the dog had been through enough, we was almost 12. My mother was quoted $300, the bill came to $500. Because the dog was overweight. How disgusting they are for overcharging people when they are in a weak moment!!!

Just ok. I'm not sure if they are too busy to stay on top of things, but have learned that we must be an advocate for our pet's health and follow up repeatedly for test results and next steps. Biggest gripe is the deep mud pit of a parking lot. Expect dirty paws and shoes, with much mud tracked into your vehicle and home, especially in spring or after rain. I've brought it up to them more than once, but only received a chuckle in response, showing a lack of pride of ownership in their business. At the rates vets charge, surely they can afford a load of gravel.
