My dog has always had a sensitive skin, she was born this way. When we have seasonal alergies, she has rashes. We went to that place for years and they never found the cause or gave a proper treatment, just "come back when it starts again", $$$. In the end we went to another clinic, and the vet there gave her an injection to releive her itching. Just 1 injection every few months and she's fine, doesn't cost much, doesn't take time, her rashes are gone. This clinic is good to buy stuff from the counter, just an easy access if you already know what you need. Other than that, i strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Called on a weekend, as one of my cats was not feeling well. Their technician and staff were very helpful in recommending some vet gastrointestinal cat food that I can come pick up. Also, they did book him on Monday for a follow-up. The admin staff, the technician, and the vet were all very professional and welcoming. Not only are their vet prices very food, but also the prices of the various pet food and items they have in their storefront. My husky had an ear infection and when i brought him to get his ears checked they burned his ear with the light of the scope since it got hot .. very unperfetional and higher any vetinairian to work there " or was she even liscened?! ". Then when we went back after the incident has happened to see if the vet was still working there and the owner said " she no longer working here ". This has been prob 8 years ago flipping through different reviews of different clinic i stumbled across this clinic and gave feedback.. who knows how they are now..

Incredibly unprofessional and dishonest. I had a package that included cleaning my cat’s teeth as well as other scheduled procedures to be done for my ailing feline. We had agreed, a month prior, to a quote with signatures. The day of they presented me with a quote of the same amount, but both removed the cleaning and had not verbally told me that the quote was different from the signed first quote. All this to avoid cleaning an already anaesthetized cat, knowing full well that a cat can’t go under for another extended period of time, just to secure another bill. All this after 20 years as a customer, bringing in my own cats as well as strays in hopes of making their lives a little easier and healthier. Disgraceful behaviour for so called animal people.

Mais à la place, ils ont seulement dit qu'il avait mal (qu'il avait beaucoup de mal à s'asseoir, le lever, marcher et de se déplacer) à cause de son poids. Je suis été 2 fois pour le même problème et ils ont eu le culot de me dire que ``sa allait passer``. Mon chien à une dysplasie de hanche depuis très longtemps et ils n'ont jamais rien fait pour l'aider! Si vous voulez un vrai et surtout un bon conseil: n'y allez jamais! Car dire le contraire serait mentir. Maintenant, à cause de leurs infame ignorances, mon chien à une dysplasie qui est pire de jour en jour. C'est donc pour cela qu'il y a quelques temps, j'ai changer de vétérinaire et en ce moment, j'ai un rendez-vous de prévu dans une semaine. J'espère de tout cœur que celui-ci va être meilleur que le précédent même si d'après moi, ce n'est vraiment pas difficile de l'être!
