There should have been a moment that would have been offered to me after the first bite to relax but I did not have this last chance. (Original) J'ai fait appel au Dr. Lord en urgence pour euthanisier mon vieux chat souffrant âgé de 18 ans. Je suis très reconnaissante d'avoir pu être prise à la dernière minute entre 2 RDV, vraiment reconnaissante merci. Cependant, j'ai beucoup de mal à faire mon deuil car le départ de mon chat s'est déroulé trop rapaidement sans que je puisse lui dire au revoir comme je le souhaitais et qu'il parte apaisé pendant que je le flatte et lui répète les petits mots qu'il aimait pour qu'il s 'en aille le plus paisiblement possible. Je pense que mon RDV était trop serré entre 2 autres et que le Dr était pressé. J'étais trop paniquée et peinée pour leader le movement de l'euthanasie et réaliser que ça allait trop rapidement. J'ai choisi l'euthanasie à la maison dans le but de passer un dernier beau moment non stressant et paisible avec mon animal et ça ne s'est pas déroulé ainsi malheureusement et mon deuil est teinté de regrets et en est beaucoup plus difficile. Il y aurait du avoir un moment qui m'aurait été offert après la première piqure pour relaxer mais je n'ai pas eu cette dernière chance.

Après une semaine, je récois un appel du veterinaire pour me dire que mon chien avait un cancer vu que l'analyse montrait un taux élevé de globules blancs. J'ai par la suite appris que l'augmentation de globules blancs est une réaction normale après la prise de medicaments contre les allergies... Donc vraiment décevant comme experience, j'ai perdu beaucoup d'argent et faillis mourir de peine après le diagnostique de cancer... faites attention, pour des examens routiners je n'avais pas eu de problèmes.

This was our first time using a mobile vet service and Dr. Lord was awesome! He really cares about animals and knew when it was the right moment to give them space when they're very nervous. He didn't do any unnecessary testing. We felt comfortable, he is really down to earth and we couldn't have had a better experience.
