I have been taking my fur babies to VetCare for years and I love it there. The staff is so friendly and ready to help. I have a dog with special needs and Dr Dwan is amazing at handling him and providing me his honest opinion and course of action. He has been there to guide me every step of the way. I know Trotter loves going there to see everyone and so do I as I know he is in the best hands possible. I also love everything they do for Nicole and KCAR as I am a big supporter of theirs also. I first went here when my senior yorkie needed teeth cleaning and extractions. This was right in the beginning when covid hit and everything was in lock down. My dog had recently been diagnosed with a heart murmur and he was in for routine evaluation before dental surgery. Because of his heart murmur they did a chest xray and the vet personally came out to my car to go over everything with me as I was not allowed inside at the time. Usually they call you on the phone or send out a vet tech so I really appreciated that she came out herself to explain all the potential risks as I was really worried about having him put under anesthesia. A couple days after surgery I was worried about him and when I called they got me right in to have him checked over. He's been back a couple times since then and staff and vets are always fantastic. Most recently I called about food options as my dog is now diagnosed with kidney disease. They were awesome to deal with and they got me all the info I needed and ordered me the proper food.

Best pets hospital! They are very professionnal, love the animal! They are very friendly and if you have a question, they are always there to help! They gave you there real opinion and they are not trying to steal some money out of your pocket (well, maybe if you don't show some care for your pet, but never happen to use). Even with all my stupid question, the three vet that I have seen for my cats where AMAZING! Very knowledgeable! They know there stuff! They are also very well equipe, so they are ready for any test that your pet might need! I recommend it to anybody who want a real good service and that really care for your pet!

My dog fears this place. They don't welcome your pet, just throw treats at it and expect it to be perfect. Don't introduce themselves and tell you its your fault for improper training. They expect more out of your pet than Cesar Millan. Will never take any of my pets their again. Very condescending and rude. Taking my pets to a vet that actually wants to befriend your animals.

Absolutely amazing Pet Hospital! The staff are so kind and extremely approachable, always ready to answer any questions or concerns, a very friendly and proffesional environment! And my guess is the twit that says she had to with 30 mins and was turned away was most likely very late for the appointment and has a typical bird brain mentality that the world revolves around her. Wouldn't bring my boy anyplace else! Dr Dwan, as well as the other staff, are phenomenal. It may not be as high-tech looking as some of the newer places but it's nice and clean and the prices are reflective of this.

We went to Vetcare at the beginning of February with our dog Toby for a big tumor on his leg. At the end of the consultation Dr. Dwan decided that it was best to have surgery to remove it. He informed us of the extent of the surgery, that it was gonna be a long recovery because there was not enough skin to close the wound. The next morning Toby had his surgery. Everything went really really well. We went the next day for dressing change and every day that week. Dr. Dwan was so good with Toby, so gentle and calm. We are now at week 4,5 and the results are amazing, we are so happy that our dog is well and healed. We would recommend Vetcare, Dr.Dwan and his staff to anyone. Thank you for making us comfortable and thank you for being so gentle with Toby.

We have seven animals and have been to vets all over greater Moncton and this is BY FAR the best experience we have ever had. We will never bring any of our fur babies anywhere else. Our vet is kind, educated, honest and fair. It's nice to feel you can actually TRUST that the person who is handling your pet actually wants what is best for the animal and not his pocket book. I have been bringing my pets to this Vet since I moved to Riverview 8 years ago. I cannot say enough good things about this Clinic. Maizy and Charlie just LOVE Dr. Dwan. He is a person with great compassion for animals. I could add so much more, such as when my dog Copper was diagnosed with bone cancer the outpouring of caring by the entire staff was amazing!!! We highly recommend this vet clinic! Excellent, knowledgeable staff who are friendly and kind. We used to go to another vet in Moncton, who misdiagnosed our dog, and he was in a terrible state when we took him to VetCare for a second opinion. Within minutes they properly diagnosed him, and provided us with a treatment plan, and the unfortunate news that it might be too late. When we got our new dog, without hesitation we came back to VetCare and have been happily referring friends and family (and acquaintances) ever since!

Vetcare Pet Hospital is more than just a veterinary clinic: It is a home away from home. When the (now) board of directors and volunteers of Abandoned Cat Rescue were just starting out, we had very little to our name and were struggling to establish ourselves as a non-profit organization. Vetcare was instrumental in our grassroots project and were (and still are) incredibly generous with their understanding of our unique situations and future charitable outlook. They are very patient with each cat and kitten that go through their business and treat each patient like they are an already owned cat. Furthermore, what sets this particular staff apart from other clinics is that they realize our vision and our purpose. Their humanitarian efforts have lead to over hundreds of cats and kittens finding new homes and have kept potentially thousands off the streets of the greater Moncton region. Whenever we have an emergency or are in need of advice, Dr. Dwan and Poirier have always been consistent and knowledgeable with their medical expertise. On a personal note: the staff are like an extended family and they care for my own pets as if they were their own. I am grateful for all they've done for my family and the organization I'm a part of and look forward to the wonderful things that our groups can do together in the future! I have a Cain Corso and he can be a handful at times. Every time I have taken him to Vetcare they have been great with him, even though he's a handful. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to help. I call for an appointment and usually they will get me right in with no wait times. Which is great for me. If you are new in town and are looking for a great spot to take your pet... go here. I've been to a few other places around and this place is by far the best for how they treat your pets.

Over the years we have been to just about every single vet in the area and although they treated our pets they tended to speak to us as though we didn't understand anything. When a family member told us about Vetcare we didn't rush right in but I did keep their number on hand. Our first experience with the staff there was Thanksgiving weekend 2012 when our bulldog fell off the porch and went into shock, we called and the vet on call at the time helped us through it all without having to bring her in, this was a bonus for us as he wasn't trying to force us to rush her in. Ever since, they have been the only vet that we see, and I do now consider them "OUR" vets, something we never really had. The staff is friendly and makes you feel at home, they also make our pets feel at home. We have a very rambunctious dog, who just about every vet we have ever seen is terrified of, yet everybody at this office just absolutely adores him and he loves them in return. Dr. Drmac gets right down on the floor with our puppers and makes them feel comfortable. He's also VERY open to listening to your thoughts and open to working with you on a solution. NOT pushy at all like other veterinarians we have seen. Everybody at this office seems to really be in Veterinary care for the right reasons, the pets... not the money! We suggest Vetcare to all of our friends & family
