First visit. My pooch was well cared for but his ear clip didn't match. His tail was not even and the grow out was not pleasing. Disappointed as like to shop local before going across river.

Fantastic service for boarding cats. Melissa and her team have our cats in the cattery at the moment while we move, and they are well cared for, happy and healthy. Will definitely recommend and go back.

I have been taking my dog to Melissa for 10 years. My dog absolutely loves her and Melissa is the only person I know that my dog submits for belly rubs as soon as she sees her. She obviously is gentle with the animals and gives them all the love they deserve. We have never been dissatisfied with her service. I highly recommend Melissa to all my friends.

I took my Australian shepherd mix who is a very wild boy here. Melissa groomed him beautifully and I could tell he was very well taken care of when I went to get him because he took a liking to her which he is usually a one person type of dog. 10 out of 10 I would recommend to anyone! She also grooms my aunts very crazy little dog who has been hurt at a different groomers before and you wouldn't know he had past trauma because he loves going to see Melissa!

Took my dog into magic touch in Nov. and told her what kind of cut I wanted. After 3 hrs and no call I decided I'd better check it out. My dog was still not done and all she got was a very poor " buz cut." Not what I expected for $50.00. Attempts for a redue are very sketchy at best.

My dog is a nervous fella and he loves going to Melissa. She has been a godsend with my dog, she is always open to feedback and is as accommodating as she can be given how busy she is. I'd much rather go to a busy groomer knowing how great they are!

Melissa looked after my timid, terrified standard poodle for several years once we found her. He had had terrifying experiences before her, and needed to be sedated initially even with her. Over the years he came to really like her. She was the only person who could touch him. We lost him last winter, but have since gotten a new fur baby that we have already had to her for a trim. She is amazing, and the animals adore her.
