This is an amazing veterinary clinic...#1 in the city in my opinion!!! Which includes Moncton, Dieppe and especially Riverview!!!! They treat my fur babies with love and care and respect. Had been taking my dog since he was a puppy, at the age of 17 I made the choice to let him rest to avoid pain from his health and old age. Because of the hours these guys were regrettably closed and I had to take my baby boy to a back up clinic. However they did take the time to acknowledge him and his passing when will spoke to them next and they send a personalized card in the mail hand signed by all staff. Although it was a terrible time and very sad for me and family the staff at the mountain road clinic made me smile. They treated us like a part of their big furry family as the staff took the time to hand write individual notes of condolences in the card acknowledging Teddy, it let me celebrate his life and know that the staff understands how important he is to me and how I have lost a piece of me with his passing. It made me feel a little better as it was great to know that the staff at the mountain road clinic really care about not just the humans but even more about the animals ! Princess will continue to visit them and I will refer everyone there !!!! Thanks to the entire staff for your kindness and thoughtfulness! ???????????? If I mention early in the day that he is going to see "His Girls" .... every time I go to the door, he's there ahead of me, because he wants to go NOW..... and Lacy, she loves all the attention and EXCELLENT care she gets too! We have had too many good experiences to detail all of them. From the time our 6 month old puppy was run over on a Sunday and this Vet was on call. The Vet on duty actually cried with us as she confirmed the pup was dead.She did not want to charge us out of empathy. Currently we have a rescued dog about 9 or 10 who has arthritis and anxiety issues. Dr Fralic and the vet techs have been doing accupiuncture for months now and it is easing her pain and easing her anxiety.It seems they always find a way and they always go the extra mile.

You helped make the transition easier to bear.” providing a calm demeanor and peaceful death for our beloved dog .Since Copper has now left us and we want to express our deepest gratitude. Dr. Sarah Rose we deeply appreciate the professionalism, sensitivity and your gentleness shown with Copper and fulfilling our very difficult decision in such a timely manner & putting our 14 year old Fur Baby who was a rescue dog from the Moncton SPCA to rest. The entire experience was a beautiful one and would not want to have done it any other way; although in our heart we know it was the right thing to do. Once again thankful for the service received from a client care team member, Katelyn H. and recognize there are individuals who are there to help during very sad and difficult times. The team was like “a bouquet of roses” however; you Dr. Sarah Rose wear your name very well “A Rose” from a bouquet in providing to Claude with the utmost source of comfort and being present in the moment. A great worth to pet owners because of your service, we shall hold his paw prints in our heart with gentle and loving remembrance. The void we feel having lost Copper is immense but the memory of his last moments will continue to sustain us like “a candle in the wind”. Even now moments of still expecting to see his infectious eyes and kisses when I get up in the morning, come home from work, and go to bed at night. But we see Copper as he was before being diagnosed with cancer – beautiful and vital. Continuing to be loving till the end while licking my daughter salty tears away from her cheeks. My Kito Keeter Beets had a health issue. I took him to two vets at other clinics before bringing him to Dr Chantal Rittwage. I had spent almost a 1000 dollars in total at these other vets and I was only told that there is nothing they could do, one of them recommended having him put to sleep!! I was devastated, but resolved to try one last time. When I brought him in, Dr Rittwage was so sweet kind and gentile with my poor baby, and knew within 5 minutes what was wrong, but checked him over to make sure. Kito Keeter Beets is an uncooperative kitty, yet she remained calm and gentile with him. She was also very thorough in explaining what was wrong and what could be done to help him. We were in and out in what seemed like minutes. I knew from that moment on I wasn't going to bring him anywhere else to anyone else. My Kito Keeter Beets is alive today, and living a comfortable life thanks to her, and I didn't have to sell any organs to pay the bill! In fact it was half as much as what I expected it to be. I would recommend to anyone looking for a vet to take your baby there. I have no doubt in my mind that the other Doctors there are as amazing as Dr. Rittwage! You will not be dissapointed.

Have had my puppy (Tucker) there a few times now, I guess it is. Always great. Time for Tucker to come see about some skin irritations and maybe allergies to certain foods... Thinking it will be another pleasant visit. Everyone we've dealt with is great...Haven't had a whole lot of vet visits over the years, as this my first dog. Pricing seemed fair, although I think overall, the vet business ain't cheap...so to speak. Not sure I can rate it as, loved it....LOL. Afterall it is a visit to a pet animal clinic ;-)

We used to see Dr Peck who was amazing but is now apparently retired. Most recently one of our dogs was seen by Dr Fralic, who was absolutely wonderful. The rest of the team (vet techs, vet assistants, etc.) are all excellent. We feel like our pets are well cared for and respected, our concerns are addressed promptly and with attention, both in person and over the phone.

This visit was just as good as all the other visits we have made to this clinic even with the the COViD-19 regulations. The Vet Dr. was thorough, answered my questions and I was not rushed. The clinic was clean and only one client at a time in the lobby. I was allowed to accompany my dog if I wore a mask, which I did. Clients were screened before entry into the clinic . I felt everything was organized well and my dog received excellent care.

I have since had great experience with the staff that runs the front. They have been very helpful and knowledgeable. Glad to hear that the Veterinarian is no longer at your location!

I took my dog in after he was attacked by an unleashed dog in our neighborhood walking park. The saw him immediately, cleaned his wounds, and prescribed pain meds and antibiotics. I left feeling reassured that he would be ok. They even called a few hours later to check on his condition. Very happy with the service I received!

I called the clinic because my cat, Blackie was not acting like himself, growling and hissing at me. I wasn't sure what was going on but the clinic was closed so I left a message. They called early the next morning and I had Blackie in very shortly and diagnosed him with a blocked urethra. They worked on him and when I came back to pick him up the same day, they loaned me a pet carrier because I couldn't find mine. They went over his medications thoroughly with me and helped me out to the car with him and his meds, food and information for me to go over. They are very compassionate with both pets and their owners. They go above and beyond to give you the best service for you and your pets. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Blackie is recovering nicely and back to his loving self. I hate to see people and pets in pain. I can't thank them enough for their service and kindness!!!!

I just wanted to share my great experience with mountain road animal hospital. I lived in canada for 12 years and during that time they cared for 2 of my cats and my dog, they were always extremely helpful, friendly and always went above and beyond. Most recently I moved back to england and bought my dog with me the process is long and tedious and there is a lot of paperwork that needs to be done. I would not of been able to do it with out their support. All their hard work seen my dog safely to england avoiding quarantine. I am truly grateful and hope I can find as great a vet out here for him!!!

This team was very good in treating our family member kitty Midnight. They had noticed that his urine was concentrated and immediately contacted us and preformed test to make sure that he didn't have any underlaying issues. Compared to other locations we paid 300-400$ less which is very good. These people are honest, and hard working.

We changed vets recently. They are not overly kind there and it's almost like they judge you. They also send general emails that dont pertain to your pet and then you call because it says "hes due for his shots but he already got them."They sent me emails to tell me that my dog that they euthanize was due for his yearly shots, so they dont have the best technology. The girls at the front desk are friendly

They are always amazing, brought my 2 dogs Shadow and Trixie in along with my daughters dog that had surgery 2 days before and wasn't doing well, Was a little hesitant as our usual vet Rhonda Hamilton was not in. The staff along with the vet Nicole Hobbs Ford went above and beyond what was required to make our Willow comfortable even thought she didn't have a scheduled appointment they still took the time to do what was needed. We are always treated great when we go there. Would highly recommend them

My dog Pickle just loves his trips to the vet, the staff here are heart and you don't have to ask me ask Pickle Von Chubby Butt. He always is exited to go in, even the day of his neuter! I love the notifications via e-mail and text always reminding me of appointments and the fact I got a call post-op checking in on my fur baby! Absolutely recommend and if you have a pup, check out their payment plan for the first year! Definitely worth it!

Contradicting veterinarians under the same roof!!! Staff hung up the phone on me while I called to have them explain why one veterinarian said my dog needed stronger antibiotics if the current ones didn't work and why the vet today prescribed us the same antibiotics that didn't work the first time around . Those people should not work under the same roof if they contradict each other and I end up buying a second round of antibiotics that didn't work the first time and to have them hang up on me while I questioned them about it, if I'm wrong thats fine but explain to me why that is or why the vet today does not feels comfortable prescription a stronger antibiotics as suggested by the vet that did all the initial test and the first prescription. By the time I get medicine that works I'll probly have a dead dog.

Absolutely love this clinic! We bring both of our dogs there and we've never had a bad experience. Our big boy, Rada is very fearful of the vet and has aggressive tendencies when he's scared. Doctor Hobbs-Ford is so paitent with him, it just makes a world of difference. We've been there, unfortunately, many times, because our younger pup is really good at finding things that she shouldn't eat, and subsequently eating them. But every time, we leave happy because they've taken great care of our kids, and even if our dogs don't love them (the are a vet clinic after all) we certainly do, because we know they truly have our dog's best interest at heart!❤️????
