It was very clear from the beginning that our little one was in good hands. I chose Moncton Animal Hospital after moving to Moncton 1 1/2 years ago after careful research and talking to pet owners in my neighbourhood. I loved the combination of experience that Dr. Cook and Dr. Duerr have combined, as well as the versatility of the Emergency Clinic in Riverview. Both of my fur babies have been here, Mia the cat and Lily the dog. Lily LOVES visiting the clinic every chance she gets because the entire staff treats her like family, which is fantastic because I have had to come for several incidents and she felt very safe. My cat Mia also became very ill and she was properly diagnosed and treated. I feel very confident that I made the right vet clinic choice and I am a very picky mommy when it comes to my fur babies!

Had my first consultation with Dr. Mann for my chinese water dragon. She definitely knows how to deal with reptiles. Reptile vets are rare in the area. I would recommend her for snakes, geckos or other lizards for sure.

We work closely with this animal hospital. Wonderful staff and doctors. Always willing to accomodate quickly. Very patient, great sense of humour. We recently requested their assistance with a 38 cat colony in need of veterinary services. They closed their office for our organization and proceeded to spay/neuter/examine/treat these cats. It was a 9 hour day. They left exhausted, but still smiling. Many Thanks, Moncton Animal Hospital.

Second time I went here. This time for my other cat. Both visits were quite pleasant. Vets were knowledgeable and you can tell that they really care about your animals. Pricing was reasonable for both visits too. Far better experience than the Riverview animal hospital where it was very transactional and overly expensive. Definitely recommend the Moncton Animal Hospital for all your pet needs.

My girlfriend took our 1 year old german shepherd in because he had been itching aggressively. They said it was the worst skin desease case they've seen in 10 years. It would cost thousands of dollars in testing to find out what it was, or they could try an antibiotic which would also end up costing thousands in the long run. She was made to feel she either had to pay, or put him down. She then took our pup to Adeline animal hospital for a second opinion. They immediately knew it was an allergy they had already seen. They gave him the appropriate shots, and also treated him for fleas, ticks and mange (all in one). They explained that yes, they COULD do testing to determine the exact cause but it was not needed because just like humans, animals can have allergies. We will never be back to this money grab "vet".

We use Moncton Animal Hospital to care for all our small animals, including our rabbits, rats, and guinea pigs. It is difficult to find vets with expertise in pets that aren't cats or dogs. Moncton Animal Hospital is the clear leader for expertise in pocket pets. Dr Cook takes the time to explain everything and give clear instructions and expectations. We are really lucky and thankful to have such a helpful vet in our area!

This place opens early which is always handy. One of the staff is always mad and very rude. They did at one time turn me away when my cat was in dire need saying that it wasnt that bad. Turns out that is was an issue that needed fix'n right away

I switched my cat's records over to this clinic, because the staff's friendliness was above and beyond! They take the time to get to know your pet and they never once made me feel rushed. They also house SPCA pets to help get them adopted, and they help several other local rescues. EXCELLENT veterinary clinic :)

Previously i had gotten my female bunny spayed here about a year ago and had no problems, so naturally I made another appointment this time to neuter my male bunny. I made the appointment 3 months in advance and had the appointment confirmed the day before, however when I got there they told me that they had no appointments for surgeries that day and asked me to check if I had the right place. I did, the number on the confirmation message I had received matched the number for the clinic. After that, the staff informed me that they stopped providing that 2 months prior to the day of my appointment. However if that was the case, shouldn't I have been notified about this when they stopped doing them? If they don't provide the service anymore that's fine, nothing can be done, but to add insult to injury they recommended me to another clinic that also doesn't provide that service. I will certainly not be back after this experience, I will take my business elsewhere.

Dr. Mann was excellent with my dog (and me). My little guy had an allergic reaction to his vaccines and she was so fast to fix him up and get us on our way. All the staff were excellent! The prices were also lower than I've seen anywhere else. 100% recommend this animal hospital.

I would never bring my dog or any other animal here! My dog had a bad wound from a pitbull and it was like 2 inches deep and around 10cm long. So he decided not to stitch the wound instead they shaved the bitten area cleaned the wound and gave me antibiotics. It only cost 220$ I could have done the exact same thing at home. My dog will be getting a second opinion!! Just to add to my experience they called and asked if I could remove my experience/rating!! Says a lot about the type of clinic you really are dealing with. My response to your request is you shouldn't have your clinic to be open for review, I was a customer unfortunately and gave my opinion. So please call again with such requests!!

I have been taking my pets to see Dr. Cook for over 15 years now. My first dog Riley was treated so well by this clinic from the time he was six weeks old until the day we had to put him down at 14 years of age. They even sent me a card after we had to put Riley down to let me know they were thinking of me and my family. I do find they are a bit more expensive than the other clinics but this vet has been in business a long time and has seen many different conditions therefore really knows his stuff. When I got my two new puppies I didn't even consider the other vets. He is very thorough in his examinations before he treats anything. They will often times call after anything has been done to see how the dog is making out. Love the techs and office staff as well. I would recommend them to anyone a thousand times over!

The care, compassion and respect provided to me, my family and especially our pet bearded dragon, Rango, was exceptional. I cannot thank enough Dr. Cook, Dr Mann, and sweet Jessica for helping me through a very difficult situation. They went above and beyond. With her jovial attitude (all the time) and her vast knowledge, shes makes the perfect recipe for the perfect vet. I took my healthy bearded dragon to this vet to get her nails cut and ended up having to euthanize her because they stressed her out so much that her heart gave out. I'm so mad and upset about it. I will never bring another exotic pet here ever again. To top it off what was supposed to cost 80 dollars for the visit ended in a bill of 375 dollars

I bring all my cats here and never had issues but they should really look into providing payment plan options. I always go here but there was a time I had a cat in need of immediate medical attention and I was turned away with a sick cat for stating I cannot pay right away. Staff told me I should ask family and friends for money. I went to a different clinic that helped me apply for a payment plan (third party) ASAP while they serviced my cat.

On the phone they said I could go right in and pick it up without having to get my cat examined, but when I got there they refused to sell it to me without an examination. Only reason I called them in the first place is because my vet was actually out of stock of the treatment.

I am new to Moncton, in the last year and finding another vet was very difficult for me. My cat was diagnosed with end stage kidney failure 2 years ago, we have managed to find the right recipe for keeping his quality of life as normal and happy as possible. I have dealt with a lot of vet clinics and a lot of personalities in these clinics over this time, good and not so good. The Moncton Animal Hospital has easily been one of, if not the best experience so far. They are so kind, caring, and patient with my unique situation. I have talked to a few people working there (likely more times than they would like :) ) and they are so friendly and accommodating. I really can't thank them enough for their kind attitudes and patience. They have truly gone above and beyond for me, more than once. Thank you to everyone working in this clinic. The Moncton Animal Clinic is the Only Place I will bring my 4 Dogs to see a Vet. I have brought my dogs there for the last 6 years. They are awesome! Its so nice to not have to fight with my dogs to get them to go to the vets, they like going to see Dr. Cook and everyone else. They really care about your animals. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They always call and check to see how everything is the day after an appointment, they are just great. I couldn't ask for a better Animal clinic for my babies.

I have gone numerous times to this Animal Hospital. I have never seen so many truly caring people all at the same place! The staff are fantastic and Dr Nicole Mann makes me wonder if she's not hiding a Halo and Wings! Having lost my cat Moon, of 16 years old, from cancer has been a deep heart wrenching experience. Moon will be cremated shortly and his ashes returned. Today I received an actual sympathy card from the Hospital! I was totally flabbergasted and everyone signed including Dr Mann and Dr Cook. Truly this has renewed my faith in humanity! I hope and pray I will meet these wonderful heart warming people again in the next world and of course with all my pets! God Bless You All!! I traveled to visit some friends and decided to take my two cats with me so they wouldn’t be stuck back home alone for 2 weeks! My cat Lello started acting sick and not wanting to eat, throwing up when he did eat. So I immediately freaked! I called in and spoke with Micheala about what was all going on. She immediately got us in to check what was going on. Me being the freak I am about my boys it was so amazing that they got me in so fast! Even not being from there!! We've been taking our cats and dogs to the Moncton Animal Clinic for years. The vets, technicians, and receptionists alike, are very helpful and more than willing to answer any questions we may have. Dr. Cook is an excellent vet - incredibly knowledgeable and personable. The other vets are equally kind, though we've had less encounters with them. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to others, as the prices are reasonable and the staff seem to truly care about the animals.
