I've been bringing my police dog to Grey Cove for the past 4 years, and every visit has been extremely positive. The staff is very knowledgable and always so helpful. Dr. Eusanio-Cormier takes the time to explain every possible treatment option, and makes you feel very comfortable and whatever treatment option is selected. I strongly recommend this clinic to anyone in the greater Moncton area!

They took care of both of my minous on more than one occasion. since they are so close to my residence, happy that they also sell high-grade, refined nom-noms for my silly-siamesies to keep them healthy pasty their 15 & 17 years of age. the oldest seemed to have rejuvenated a few years since her last visit. i did use their weekday 24 hrs emergency appointment once.

Simply the best! I can not count the amount of times my dork of a dog has gotten into trouble and necessitated surgical interventions (afterhours) and was treated in a prompt and professional manner. Dr Eusanio and her team are a home away from home for your pets and will keep them in top shape! Thank you again for your accommodating care!

Absolutely don’t use this company. Not only are they over priced. They won’t make an appointment to look at my dog who has been limping and now I found a golf ball sized lump between his hip and leg bone. Very Very Disappointing, other vets are practicing proper social distancing by not allowing the customer inside. But still excepting them animals as they care for the well being of your animal. In complete shock , there response was “ We have to stick to essential services and unfortunately that means some chronic problem and masses need to wait. I wish you the very best of veterinary care with your new practitioner” I bet if Dr Karine Eusanio has found a mass on herself she would want to have it checked right away. There Facebook background picture says “certified compassion. Your pets will find it here” BS , a lot of people in my subdivision go there. I will be sure everyone knows on our walks.

I have never found a clinic that treats your pet with such care, kindness, professionalism and love as the staff at Grey Cove. Our 10 year old Golden has been battling cancer and going through chemo for the past few months. They are so caring and helpful that Willow feels so at home when she is there. She runs in squeaking and squealing excited to she her "girls"! If that's a measure of excellence they have passed with flying colors! This clinic strives to find answers and solutions to whatever you throw at them! And trust me, Willow has kept them busy! It's also a reason to look into pet insurance. Without insurance the wonderful staff would not have had the opportunity to do what they are trained to do so well to keep our girl healthy and happy. If you are looking for a clinic that cares about your pet as much as you do then Grey Cove is certainly the "hospital" for your four legged family member!

Not so sure how I would rate this because pets are like families. It was overly priced than compared to other vets but the thing is that you have to build a reputation with your vet. In emergency situations s we do not know what to do so it's better if you find a vet and build up a reputation with the vet.

Just off the phone as I wanted to book an appointment for my dog. I moved to Dieppe and got my dog registered as a patient, send all of his medical history to them. I had his nails clipped and bought flea & ticks meds in June. Today I am told they changed their rules and are NO longer accepting new patients so they will not see my dog. Amazing. Just to clarify I just wanted to get on the list for an appointment and NOT frustrated about the list but was odd to hear that I can't even meet the Vet for the first time. The lady I was speaking to said you have a new policy and you are NOT taking new patients. My dog was registered in may and all medical papers transferred to you back then. Also I have had him at your clinic but again I was told since technically he has not had an exam there he is considered NEW so I can't get on the waiting list. Please chat with your receptionist and all the best. BTW there is NO shortage in Vet availability as I went to 3 others who could make an appointment within a week

Over the past 30 years, we have had experience with four Metro Moncton vet clinics and have found none compares with Grey Cove for compassion and competence. We highly recommend this clinic.

Disappointed. We dropped our precious off early morning as specified, the vet not available. We agreed on tests to be performed, and midday received a call to advise other tests and a prognosis. Later in the afternoon received call that we could come. Met with someone, not the vet. We were told the vet was not available, so after paying the 800 + bill, was advised to bring him back in 3 weeks, again, not likely to meet with the vet. I expect better service if I'm dropping off my car. Certainly not acceptable for a vet to be unavailable to see her patient's owner to discuss the issues and findings. I will not be back.

This vet saved our senior kitty's life. Our newly-adopted 14-year-old went from severely underweight and hyperthyroid to the perfect weight, in just a few months. They've worked with us ceaselessly, and she loves going to the vet, despite the needles. It's obvious that everyone there cares about our darling Mama as much as we do, and she loves them right back.
