We wholeheartedly recommend this Vet clinic. They are very busy, but recently my cat had a serious issue, and they said to drop him off in the morning anyway. We did, and, long story short, they saved his life. The surgery did not go perfectly smooth but they did not hold back the details from us. I've never felt like they are doing things as a "money grab". I know this life saving surgery would have cost hundreds of $$ more at other clinics. They were very supportive after the surgery, I phoned several times with questions, and they kept telling me to call if I needed to. Thank you Adeline Animal Hospital! We appreciate you.

I was able to bring in my pat rat for an appointment for a potiental broken leg an hour after I had called. The receptionist was lovely, and upon arrival was instantly taken into an exam room and met with Dr.Pugsley right away. Being able to take my timid little guy in with ease was such a weight off my shoulders, he instantly felt safe in her care as she closely examied his leg. She was also interested in answering any and every question i had about him. I would highly recommend this vet to any one with rats!

They seemed to really care which I was thankful for because I am always so nervous when I have to bring my baby in and they even helped me get him to the car. By far the best bet I have ever visited! Their prices are fantastic in comparison to other locations around greater Moncton, and their staff are exceptionally knowledgable and friendly. We have had both our puppy and older dog fixed at Adeline and on both visits it was a pleasure. We even had an issue with a ripped stitch or skin bleed on our oldest dog and they rushed us right into a room, took everything very seriously, calmed us down, fixed Sadie right back up again cost free (Which probably wouldn't happen anywhere else), cleaned her up, and we were on our way again.

Ever since we have received such compassionate care from Kim with our ailing senior pitbull we have continued to see her regularly for our pet's needs. We have followed her to her own establishment at Adeline Animal Hospital. We recently had to bring in our younger pit mix for a few things, and while Kim was out, we had seen Dr. Pugsley and she was just wonderful! Clearly Kim is passionate about the relationships we all have with our furbabies, and she employees others who feel the same. Dr. Puglsey gave our dog, Penny, so much love and attention upon meeting her. As did the other ladies there, the receptionist/veterinarians. Very warm and welcoming place. Everyone there is so friendly it's the only place I'll ever take my animal my cat was fixed there and they took such good care of her and even calling for a check in . Recently our family dog of 15 years died and we decided to cremate her they gave us such a wonderful package with paw prints and more and they showed us sympathy at such a hard time . I cannot praise Adeline enough, the entire staff is amazing. My dog gets quite anxious at vet visits however everyone there has such a kind energy that calms my dog down. My dog is 11 years old so we have visited many vets in the past, and Adeline is the only one where I don't feel like they are just trying to make the most money out of us. Dr. Pugsley is the best and always makes my dog feel at ease (mom too :)). If your pet Dr. doesn't immediately sit on the floor to greet you, you're at the wrong vet ;) You are all truly the best. 10/10 would recommend.

I went only because of the price but wasn't too happy with the service. The receptionist was very blunt. I Wouldn't say she was mean just didn't seem to really care. Got my female cat fixed and the stiches were done quiet sloppily (its my 3rd female getting fixed). Over all its worth it if your in a money bind but if you have the cash i would go else where.

I wouldn't agree with fair pricing as they are charging $20 more for food.. When I inquired about the raise of price (online is cheaper as well as another vet down the street.. I've never paid $105 for a 4kg bag of cat food) the receptionist "politely" said well, you're welcome to return it and buy it there ☺️. I understand it's not their problem, but kindness is free ????????

I had to have my favorite pet rat put to sleep last night, and Doctor Pugsley and the veterinary technicians could not have been more supportive. In my experience with other clinics, the little guys aren't offered as much in the way of care and comfort as a cat or a dog, either because they live such short lives to begin with, or because vets don't know as much about them. I've had friends tell me about the trauma of having a beloved rat or mouse euthanized without anesthesia, or not being allowed to be with them in their final moments, due to "clinic policy". My experience with Adeline Animal Hospital was just as compassionate and caring as it would have been if Wilbur had been a dog. They allowed me to stay with him the entire time, and they lovingly pet and spoke to him as they sedated him with isoflourine gas before giving him the injection to euthanize him. They stayed with me while I held him in his final moments, and cried with me as he passed. They helped me be sure that I had made the right choice for my old friend, allowing him to pass in peace, without any pain or fear, and for that, I will be eternally grateful to them.
