The absolute BEST vet EVER. My parents and myself have taken our pets to Streetsville Animal Hospital for as long as I can remember. I've since moved and still make the drive to see them. No matter who you deal with, the service is professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and consistent. Even if I don't follow up with them, I will receive a call or an e-mail to check in on my pets to make sure that the prescribed treatment is working for our little family. Dr. Todd is my vet and he always takes the time to have whatever conversation is necessary, and he personally follows up after any testing, or simply to address any concerns that I might have. No idea about pricing honestly which we probably should look around more, but the staff and vets we've had experiences with there have been amazing. This is a great animal hospital and one you can trust. The place is clean and tidy and there are no bad smells. Dr Todd and his staff are very knowledgeable and always helpful. We have gone to this vet for about 3 years now. Last year our cat was having a lot of trouble with eating so we took her into the Streetsville Animal Hospital. We discovered that she had a blockage in her intestine that was preventing her from digesting food. We were provided with many options on what we could do to save her and the next steps. Our cat ended up needing surgery and Dr. Dunn did an amazing job with her surgery and him and his staff kept us in the loop the whole time (even allowing us to come in late at night to visit our cat after she woke up from surgery). We love the clinic and will continue to go there for all of our pets. I cannot recommend this clinic enough!

When I left a message in their "contact us", surprisingly I got a phone call the following morning. She is knowledgeable and very helpful and answers what I needed to know. I dont have a photo since I did not go to their clinic. My pet's sister is actually goes there and tbey kept Lulu overnight for the post sugery. For PTLO, however, they dont do post surgery overnight stay. Thanks to the staff!

Prices are reasonable as well, I didn’t get pressured into a million different expensive unnecessary tests like they do at some other establishments nearby whose names I won’t mention... Streetsville Animal Hospital, and specifically Dr. Steven Dunn are exceptional. We have been taking our pets to him for many years (15+) and they provide exceptional care and service. Steve always takes the time to talk to you about your pet. Even if you are only there for a routine test for heartworm (which we were recently), he took the extra time to ask questions about our dogs health, and any changes we might have noticed. During this process he noticed a small lump on her front leg that he will keep an eye on and track for changes. In any petcare discusssions that we have had with him, he presents information and options, and you feel very much a part of the decision making process. We moved out of Mississauga a number of years ago and still come down from Caledon to bring our pets to Streetsville Animal Hospital. I would highly recommend them to any pet owners. Exceptional! Had Tug, our eight-month black lab, in to be neutered. Pre-op blood work showed elevated enzymes related to kidneys. Dr. Todd called to advise that further blood anaysis and urinalysis was adviseable. Treatment with antibiotic for possible infection is underway with follow-up blood analysis and urinalysis scheduled. Neutering procedure was uneventful and Tug has healed quickly with minimal discomfort or side affects. We are very pleased with the care and attention Tug has received and the proactive communication from Dr. Todd.

The new doctor Todd does not know what he is doing. My dog developed a serious illness over a long period of time. I brought him to another vet to get a second opinion and the detected it right away. Never again. Very expensive as well. They give shots more often than necessary just to make more money.

I bought my dog to this clinic, not only was the staff incredibly rude( the larger set blonde girl) who spent her time talking to a brunette but the door and desk to the clinic were disgusting and covered in dirt. And don't forgot the doctor, he was pretty obnoxious in my opinion but their prices are also outrages, 150+ for rabies vaccine? I can go to another clinic and get two vaccines for 75+ taxes. Doctor definitely cares more about your money then your pets. Keeps pushing bloodwork and other items on you. Go elsewhere. Many other places around with better staff and prices. I'd give 0 stars if it were possible.
