I’ve heard so many stories about pets going in to hiding when they hear the word “Vet”. MY dog? Oh no! When he hears we’re going to the vet - or his favourite groomer Ashley .. he nearly hits the ceiling he jumps so high with excitement! Have had nothing but good experiences at Millcreek.. would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for their pets to be treated like family ☺️

Never got a call from the doctor to let me know what the results from the blood work were, EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE!! Paid $ 900.00 for a Horrible job at stitching my cat..NEVER going back... the only reason I’m putting one star is because it was only a 5 minute drive..

When Covid shut down groomers, my cockapoo dog Lucy, got extremely matted. We normally took her to Petsmart to get groomed, but they said that the mattes were too close to the skin so she would have to be groomed by a vet. We heard great things about the people at Millcreek Veterinary Clinic from fellow dog owners in the neighbourhood. We called them up and told them the situation. They worked to get her in as soon as possible. Lucy, who can be a little nervous around new people especially in a new place, ran right up to the groomer when she came from the back. My little Lucy no longer has any mattes and I can she that she is feeling better because of it. The first picture is the one where she was matted and the second one is after they got rid of the mattes. The staff was so nice. Also the price was pretty good

The vet is friendly and knowledgeable, as are all the vet tech's. My dog recently had surgery and I appreciated there check in calls throughout the process. You can tell that they really care about the animals well being.

I have 4 cats and they all go to here. The service is amazing here. The staff are friendly and knowledgable. The fees are reasonable, the vets take good care and are professional. Im comfortable with bringing my pets here. I have recommended Milcreek vet to my neighbours and they all go there now.

Disappointed..... Went in for a puppy wellness checkup for a new puppy. $70, and I swear we were in with the vet maybe 4 minutes tops, and only 2 minutes of that was looking at the puppy. He listened with a Stethoscope, spent about 5 seconds looking at the mouth, don't think I saw him even look at the ears, fur, feel for anything on the body, or look at the eyes. He held his hands under the back legs which I guess is where you take the pulse from what he said but I didn't see him looking at a watch or clock while doing it so how can you get the pulse without counting the beats while timing it. We went in a snowstorm, the place was empty so there was no rush to see other patients. Literally a 2 minute checkup, puppy is good, come back for shots ..... $70 .......Oh, and do you want to buy dog insurance ? Not worth $70. I don't know, either drag it out a little longer (talk about diet, exercise, poisonous foods to dogs) so the customer feels they got some value, or charge significantly less. Update : We went to another vet for our 12 week puppy shots and got another puppy exam and wow, what a difference. We spent 25 minutes with a technician and received a puppy care package afterwords from her. Then 20 minutes with the vet before she even did or discussed anything vaccine related. And we could have stayed longer if we had any additional questions. And while they included info about dog insurance in the care package, they certainly did not try and sell me 'their' dog insurance. The tech even suggested just put money aside in an account instead if you don't want to get insurance. The difference was night and day. Now that I have some perspective of what it should have been, I'm reducing it to one star and wish I could give zero. I want my money back from Millcreek ! I suspect the original owner retired and sold the practice. Message me if you want the name of the good vet we went to.

This evening was my first visit with my cat Pepper. Everyone at Millcreek are very friendly and the vet I met was very informative and answered all my questions. I know Pepper will be in great hands when he has his surgery. I would recommend them for sure!

This is by far the most negligent and uncaring vet in the world. My cat went in for a spay and they made a 3 inch incision but only put 2 stitches in. She took one out and I called to see if they could correct their mistake and put more than 2 stitches. I was told it would be extra cost on top of the $600 I paid already and then I was yelled at when I told the doctor he should have put more stitches in for the healing process. They told me to take it to my other vet and would not take responsibility for their mistake or try to help fix it. Instead they told me to not come back... This is the terrible quality of this veterinarian DO NOT EVER GO HERE EVEN IF YOU'RE DESPERATE!!!!!

I really liked the vet here. He is a very nice older man. Answered all my questions. He charges me $70 for the exam of my cat plus the price of the meds and lab fees. I don't know if that's a good price or not, but vets are expensive. I'm happy with the quality of care my cat gets

I have been taking my pets to Millcreek Veterinary for almost 40 years. Dr. Wright, Maria and the rest of the staff have provided amazing care to each and every one of them. It is obvious to me that they love animals and on several occasions have gone above and beyond in their care of mine. They are knowledgeable and compassionate and I trust everyone in that office to give my pets the best care possible.

I took my healthy 3 year- 5-month-old dog in for bladder stones. Dr. Saini performed the surgery but, my dog exhibited pain and discomfort. Took him in again and was given too many painkillers and meds that my dog didn't make it through the night. I lost my dog at the hands of this doctor. I wasn't assured of what went wrong. Didn't even bother with an email or call. Let's not talk about the sloppy stitching. A very cold staff that take no ownership for their wrongdoing. Not recommending anyone to this clinic.

These guys are awesome! They truly love pets and care for them like their own. My 6 month old pug swallowed a Benedryl and I called a pet poison control which asked me to pay $65 just to answer my question of whether or not I should bring her in! I called Millcreek Veterinary because my puppy had just begun going here for shots. They got a vet on the line right away and he said she’ll be fine! Free veterinary advice is something I won’t ever take for granted, and I’m grateful they were there for me(and my pug!). I’m scheduling a checkup appointment right away(hopefully tomorrow) and look forward to bringing our dog in for years to come!

The Dr. Wright is excellent with my Cats and helps them with any issues they are dealing with, who needs "Google" when you have Dr. Wright. It is always a pleasure to come in, Maria and the Staff are very helpful and they follow up right away with an test results, they all care and that gives comfort and ease.
