Service is top notch. Great friendly people who actually care. Price is about 30% higher than others though. You get what you pay for. But this place isn't cheap. They treat our animals great though, I can't complain about the extra cost because of this.

Highly recommend this vet clinic. When my male cat wasn't peeing Dr. Hahn agreed to squeeze him in. She's very thorough and knowledgable, was able to give me detailed information including evidence (or lack of evidence) from research studies. She gave this information in a very unbiased way and was clearly just there to help me make the best decision I could. All the staff were very friendly and it was a great experience overall.

The clinic is lovely and clean, very welcoming. Staff are caring and genuinely love what they do. The doctors are all very knowledgeable, give all options for treatment and don't push anything on you or do unnecessary tests or procedures. I've recommended them several times and only heard good things back. You won't find better veterinary care.

Great service lower rating because the prices here are ridiculous. Cost me 269 dollars to have my cat looked at and some eye drops. The exam cost more than the eye medication.

The staff here are super nice and accommodating! I brought my 9 week old puppy there for his second round of shots and second vet visit. They explained to me so much about his breed since it's our frist time with a standard poodle. They explained the bery minkr issue he had with his canines and how I can help them and they even gave me a new puppy pamphlet! I wasn't expecting that but it was super helpful.

This place is fantastic. The staff are extremely friendly and the vets are very knowledgeable. Our puppy has been there several times both to update his vaccines and because of a parasite he had. The staff are always very gentle, provide recommendations but don’t try to push anything you don’t think is right for the dog. They are reasonably priced and make a point to avoid unnecessary costs whenever possible. They even always clip his nails for free which is an added bonus. My puppy loves being there.

Dr. Hahn and ALL the staff are by far the best in the city! Growing up Dr. Hahn cared for my dogs for their whole life span. Now I have two dogs and cat; I tried several other vets because they were closer to where I live but I was never satisfied with the service I received. I now I drive half an hour to Hurontario Veterinary Hospital because they truly are the best. I always walk away with peace of mind knowing my pets are getting the best care possible. Dr. Hahn's knowledge and experience surpasses that of any other vet I have encountered. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic.

While the care via Dr Hann last week couldn't have been better and more compassionate. It was sadly over shadowed by an awful receptionist/vet tech. Picking up my dogs ashes was traumatic as hell as she made the process near unbearable. To the point where I asked when she came out to my car without my dog that if she was the person I had spoken to on the phone that I needed her to send someone else back out with his ashes. Instead she continued to look after me herself and we awful. I thought about calling and discussing with the office manager, but having lost my heart dog a week ago I wasn't coping and this is almost as bad as losing him all over again.

Our Portuguese Water Dog became very ill quickly with unexplained symptoms and was taken to Hurontario Veterinary Clinic (HVC) late one Friday afternoon! She received immediate examination and preliminary investigations and was referred appropriately to emergency care in Toronto for imaging and surgery. A post surgical plan for monitoring her recovery was carefully put together by the Vets from HVC and communication with us during this stressful time was exemplary.....amazing! I can't thank them enough for being so caring, and competent. If you live near this clinic and are looking for a Veterinary Clinic I highly recommend HVC.... the staff, vets and care is superb.
