Wonderful experience with the staff and the doctor on our initial and second visits. Doctor takes the time to sit and explain everything while providing suggestions on puppy training/ transition of food or other concerns. There is never any push for optional shots or items they are able to sell. Doctor also took the time to answer the call when I had an issue and offered advise over the phone. I've had dogs before thus have been to other clinics (12 years ago) - none of them are even close to the care my new puppy received at this clinic. Doctor and staff ensure that my family was getting the best value while our pet was getting the BEST care/ love. Absolutely recommend this clinic for all dog/ cat owners.

Dr. B is amazing! Super knowledgeable and friendly. My girl Xena loves him too and I will continue to be a client for years to come. My sister (Michelle Tudor) is now a client too and she loves him as well. There's a lab, pharmacy and x-ray area so it brings down costs having everything done in house. The fees are extremely reasonable and fair to begin with and he definitely wants you to be a big part of your pet's health journey and takes the time to explain anything and everything that concerns your furbaby. I can't recommend him enough!

I can not say enough about Dr. Boktor and his staff. He is very professional, caring and knowledgeable. I have 2 senior dogs that had to get their teeth cleaned. I was extremely nervous about the procedure due to their age and was afraid it would be too dangerous to do the procedure. Dr Boktor went through the entire procedure with me. Gave me a tour of his state of the art and brand new clinic with the latest equipment and told me they would be monitored for everything while they were sedated and I had nothing to worry about. After the initial meeting he laid all my fears to rest and I felt 100% confident that they would be fine. True to his word, they did amazing thanks to Dr. Boktor and his wonderful staff. He even had to extract some teeth and I was informed of what was going on every step of the way. I would give this clinic 6 stars if I could! I find this clinic to be extremely honest and very reasonable compared to my previous vet clinics who always pushed me to do countless tests. Dr. Boktor veers on the side of caution and is not pushy at all! I have referred all my friends and family to his clinic. I cannot say enough about how amazing this clinic is. As a pet owner, it is extremely important for me to find a caring doctor for my babies. Not just a business. I feel that I have finally found that in Dr. Boktor and his staff. I just wish he had opened near me sooner!

Had a bad experience at another Vet clinic near thomas street and needed immediate help for a bad allergy my dog got, so we decided to come here for some help. I had such a wonderful experience first entering where the receptionist who made our visit comfortable and speedy. The veterinarian guided me through what he was going to do for my dog Copito and made sure Copito would be okay, there was no surprises at the end of our visit and made sure that we followed up with the vet, he was very sweet gentle and kind to Copito and also made sure we contacted him back to let him know how Copito was adjusting to the antibiotics and ointment... glad to say Copito is back to his old happy self!! Definitely recommend to other pet owners and will be returning in the future!!

First time dog owner but have had multiple other pets throughout my life and have been to many different vets. Bar none this Veterinarian took excellent care of my dog and gave amazing advice. Never pushed to sell me anything just told me the medical pros and cons and didn't judge the decision we made for our 10 week old border aussie Ryder. Ryder had a great time and was happy coming out of the examination room and so was I. I frequently call for general medical advice and my questions are answered thoroughly with no issue. Will definitely be the family veterinarian for a long time.

This review is about the service not the vet. Today I called in the morning (dec 30) explaining how my cat was excessively licking his bottom and threw up bile I was anxious to get in to see the vet. The girl on the phone said she would pull up his brother’s s file and call me right back once she spoke with the vet. I told her I had to work the following day and please let me know. Hours later, there was no follow up. I called again and the very RUDE girl on the phone simply said “oh sorry we are busy today I didn’t get a chance to call you your cat can come in tomorrow at 9am”. I told her I waited all day to hear if he can be seen today and again- I have to work tomorrow and cannot come in. I told her she should have taken 2 min to call me and let me know my cat couldn’t be seen today and this way I could have taken him someplace else for care especially since it is the NEW YEAR weekend now what am I supposed to do !!?? She didn’t care whatsoever and just kept saying “well you can come tomorrow at 9” what the hell part of I can’t come Tomorrow does she not understand! I wasted a day waiting on this clinic and clearly they (she in particular) had no empathy or concern for a sick pet Thanks a lot I will never ever consider this clinic ever and half these reviews are clearly fake!!!!

Dr. Boktor was excellent, he was very nice and kind with our giant schnauzer. The clinic is very clean and modern and the service was excellent. The staff at the clinic was also polite. I felt that my dog was in good hands during the surgery and he’s had a great recovery. The doctor took care of our dog even following his surgery and called to check in on his recovery and make sure everything was going the way it should. He answered all of our questions clearly and was patient with us and our dog during all the appointments. He gave us a detailed explanation of our dog’s surgery and what his plan was to remove the large lipoma. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly environment and excellent care! A week ago I found a very weak and skinny cat on the side of the road. After confirming the cat was a stray/abandoned I took the cat into my home. I was referred to Brittany Glen Animal Hospital from a rescue who spoke highly of Dr. Boktor, his services and love for animals. I called and right away was greeted with warmth and kindness by their receptionist who spent a good amount of time learning as much as she could about little Flow. I can say this with confidence that Dr. Boktor has a heart of gold... He is approachable, honest, compassionate and is someone who puts being a veterinarian above all. I am thankful for the love Brittany Glen Animal Hospital showed me from the start and for all they were able to do for Flow (she is now my angle). If and when I grow my animal family this will be my veterinarian clinic.

My dog hurt his front leg this earlier this morning and was in great pain. I called the as soon as they opened. My dog Tyler was a little better. The Doctor answered and within a hour l was in his office and Tyler was looked after. I was given solid advise which was very understandable for me to treat my dog at home. Very great place! Vet Boktor was very knowledgeable and very welcoming. Luna(my teacup poodle) was very comfortable around him. He gave Luna a vaccine and she didn't even cry! Even the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly (especially to Luna! :)) This hospital is at least 30mins away from where we live but it's worth the drive. Prices are reasonable as well. Our cat had an unexpected health concern arise which rapidly turned into an emergency situation. Dr Boktor provided a quick consultation over the phone as he didn't want us to come in unnecessarily due to COVID. Though the clinic had closed early due to the virus, the doctor said we should call him should our cats situation call for it. We called him at 7:30 in the evening, he opened up his clinic, performed diagnostics and worked until midnight to provide our cat with relief. What an incredible human being. He was thoughtful of the financial implications and explained the processes every step of the way to ensure we were comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic. Dr. Boktor is absolutely AMAZING! His reception is nicely set up and the nurse ( I'm sorry I completely forgot to get her name) working reception was very pleasant and nice to chat with. I brought both of my fur babies to see him. Jackie is an almost 15 year old MinPin. He is close to completely blind among other issues including allergy , ear and skin problems. Shazza is a 12-13 year old Maltese shitzu mix with horrible teeth and slightly overweight ( she was adopted we're working on that) We just moved back after 8 years in Australia ,where I managed a 7 Dr Veterinary hospital, so you can imagine how nervous we were about finding a vet we could trust with these pups. We decided to take our rescue dog to Brittany Glen Animal veterinary clinic after reading all the five star reviews and we couldn't be happier! Although we have had dogs before this is our first rescue dog and we wanted to make sure we found somewhere he would feel safe and that they would understand he is still adjusting to his new life . Dr. Boktor and his staff have been wonderful. We had our first visit and they were wonderful with Vinny. Fast forward a few weeks and Vinny managed to get a marrow bone stuck on his lower jaw. We realized we couldn't get it off and called as the clinic was closing. Dr. Boktor and his staff waited for us and minutes later the bone was safely removed much to Vinny's relief and even more so his worried fur parents! It gives us peace of mind that Vinny has a caring medical team close by to meet all of his health needs. If you're looking for a reliable, competent, caring medical team for your pet look no further! My first visit with my dog Milo is very pleasant, Dr. Boktor is very friendly guy and he take his time to check Milo thoroughly and very patient, my dog went from anxious and nervous (vet visit is always scary to him) to curious and more relaxed. The hospital has a complete equipment for almost everything. They even have blood test lab so there’s no need to wait longer to get quick lab results. He has gone here for his vaccines and we also had a scare when Benny swallowed a silk hair scrunchie from the counter (as we did not know he could reach the counter at the time) and Brittany Glen Animal Hospital made time for our emergency even though they had their hands full. They even followed up after to see how Benny was doing. You can tell that they truly love what they do for a living and I feel comfortable leaving Benny in their hands. Well...my little girl ended up in a 3 hour major surgery yesterday???? after trying desperately to find a local vet to see her on Friday because she wasn't well and after scouring the internet to find a place that I deemed worthy enough for my little baby (Marble...babygirl) I found Brittany Glen. Friday I called and they squeezed her in immediately for her very first visit, I was sooooo concerned about her because she is the only one out of my 6 kiddos who have ever needed to go to a vet for something this concerning or serious (I thought she was possibly dying) and they were sooooo sympathetic and understanding towards me and also caring and gentle with my little girl...they truly loved her and were sooo considerate and respectful towards me by keeping me informed on everything that was going on. .Well today, after waking I heard my little girl crying in soooo much pain and being advised the day before that she was going to need surgery, I immediately called Dr.Boktor and he cared sooooo much for my little girls' health that he re-scheduled his afternoon app'ts to take care of her 3 hour surgery immediately! I was floored over just how much my little girl was cared about (I have never experienced such a caring heart from ANY other vet clinic in my life) and when I turned up with her my heart was no longer concerned but in soooo much peace knowing that she was in the most careful and loving hands possible...besides my own ..and after the surgery great details were explained to me about the procedure, the same way all the test results were explained to me Friday plus details required for my little girl's recovery. I am soooo extremely thankful for this wonderful team and how they treat every pet/fur baby like their very own, again, something I had never experienced much before. This is the best clinic I have EVER come across in my ENTIRE life and Dr. Boktor is most definitely the best vet and yet for ALL they offer, their charges for all the tests run, loving care, emergency surgery...going above and beyond..was incredible. I was soooo shocked that after discussing this situation w my Mum and finding out that I had actually saved hundreds of dollars I thanked God for sending such a wonderful place into the life of myself and my 6 kiddos who will NEVER be going anywhere else from this point onward.(and my Mum will be switching as well.) Honestly, you can feel the comfort, love and passion for our little kiddos' well being immediately, it's such warm place, almost like home..so from my heart to yours, if you or someone you are aware of is looking for the perfect, most caring vet who also has such reasonable fees THIS is the place to go, you will be soooooo happy there's just not enough words to describe it! Our golden retriever Migo had been sick for a few days. I had called our other vet and left a message on Friday to get an appointment but they never called me back. My husband found Brittany Animal Hospital by searching on Google for a vet close to us with good ratings. I called at 10:30 on Monday and had an appointment booked to bring our dog within hours. The place was very clean. The doctor spent a good 15 minutes with me getting all the history as well as questions about symptoms and saw the pictures I had and everything. Then he explained to me all the possible reasons. He then took Migo in for an examination - he seemed to be very gentle and his demeanour was such that Migo just followed him in not worrying that I was not going in with him. After the exam - he explained all that was done and what it showed. He clearly said he was against over medicating dogs and when I said something about what I already had - he was happy that I already had it and didnt try to sell me more. He was not into upselling or doing additional tests that didn't need to be done. He didn't even sell me special gastro food saying that what we were doing at home was better than canned so we should continue that. They called the next day with the results of the one test they did do - and followed up on Migo's condition. This was such a great visit that we have already decided this is our new vet. Not only that - we have already recommended Dr. Boktor to a few of our family and friends who are also dog owners.

He was so patience, answered all our questions and guided us to the process and he was so professional with our puppy. He was amazing with a sense of humour which calmed us down and felt that we were treated as apart of the family. WE CAN’T SAY ENOUGH AMAZING THINGS ABOUT THEM.. All COVID 19 precautions were followed. The fees were reasonable for the quality of the service. We were so happy with this experience. My dog Jake and I were warmly greeted by the doctor himself on day of appointment. He took plenty of time to go over the issues affecting my dog's allergies. I was impressed by his genuine concern and clearly did a thorough job at explaining the effects, and circumstances of the issues at hand. He did not push to have any medication prescribed immediately, and instead gave some options in terms of dietary changes to commence with first. I was completely grateful for his honesty.
