I took my 7 week old puppy in and the vet took xrays and diasnosed bilateral insusseption. Sonce this is apparently rare in puppies so young I was super impressed with how she caught it. Highly recommended her and her staff they were very caring.

My boss told me to call them because he said they were great .... I called 4 times and nothing ... finally over a month later someone calls ... by this time my dog has already seen another vet and had surgery. I called again today because again I was told dont judge give it another go . I asked for ear mite stuff .. was asked if I am a client .. and told yeah no can't give anything for ear mites ..... called another office and got it right away ...

On February 10, 2021 I made an appointment for my guinea pig. I was at the clinic for not even a long period of time. I was then told that my guinea pig was severely dehydrated and so on, they took him in the back where they had given him an IV. Once they brought him back they told me to come back on February 11, 2021 for another dose of IV. They also gave me pain medication for him called Metacam Cat/ML. Now today on February 11, 2021 after giving him this pain medication my poor guinea pig died ???? ???? I'm very upset with the amount that I had payed (361.00$ from February 10, 2021 to February 11, 2021) it makes no sense why my guinea pig have died. I feel like I got scammed of 361.00$.

We bring our cats to be shaved twice a year, reception has treated my wife n I with true professionalism, we've never ever experienced any disregard, I highly recommend bringing yer pets to these wonderful people who treat yer animals as if they're their own pets !!!!

(Original) Je ne conseil pas cet endroit.... Comme mon chien porte un harnais La vétérinaire préférais lui placer Un collier mais es revenu avec une Corde still choker sans collier... Je n’ai pas aimer voir ca je ne retournerai jamais la... On ma facturer 488$ pour rencontre Et une prise de sang et 5 pillules anti douleur... Une rencontre de 20minutes. C’est de l’escroquerie...

I was not impressed, my dog had an ear infection and they told me to come and get ear cleaner and drops for his ear, i asked specifically if i had to bring my dog in and she replied " no" when i got there, they would only sell me the ear cleaner, saying i had to bring my dog in and pay $63.00 for an exam to get the drops. I told her she said i didnt have to bring dog in, and she said sorry for the misunderstanding!!, i drove half an hour just to get cleaner which did nothing!!! Not impressed with this service!!

Staff at desk were rude and would not speak in English to me. Angry that I had no leash on my dog. Angry cause I had no mask . But the vet techs were very nice and understanding . Lots of compassion ❤
