J'ai choisit de faire faire des check-ups complets pour Luna en médecine préventive et c'est la meilleure décision que j'ai prise à vie. Les tests urinaires ont été fait in-house donc la journée même de notre visite, on commençais un traitement pour son infection urinaire. Ce qui est plate, c'est qu'il n'y avait pas vraiment de façon pour savoir que Luna souffrait et si j'avais laissé ça aller, elle aurait eu beaucoup plus de problème; genre une infection qui remonte aux reins et qui peut causer la mort. Les filles ont aussi eu énormement de compassion à notre égard à Lulu et moi. Elle ont été douce avec elle et l'ont traitée comme la duchesse qu'elle est ! Si jamais vous avez des questions, n'hésitez surtout pas à leurs en parler. Ils sont là autant pour les animaux que pour les propriétaires des animaux !

When I introduced to her that my dog is prone to anxiety, the pet groomer is unfriendly to my dog and impatient. The result was that the dog was cut very ugly, the head was asymmetrical, the hair around one eye was not treated properly, and the whole head was bumpy. I don't care what she thinks of my dog, but you must at least have professionalism and do your job well. Obviously the groomer is very impatient with my dog. I have a dog for about 13 years, we do the grooming service every 1-2 month, This time is the worst experience. The shop is very new and clean, very close to my house, this why we have this try. 77 plus 8 tip for my small Bichon dog is not problem. but the grooming service is terrible.

Comme il fallait faire plusieurs tests, car on ne savait pas ce qu'il avait, les frais ont vite monté, mais ils offrent un financement sans intérêt, ce qui était plus que bienvenue, car mon chien se portait bien jusqu'à hier et j'attends un bébé, donc ce n'était pas du tout prévu dans mon budget. Le tout s'est fait rapidement, facilement, avec beaucoup de compréhension. Le service est attentionné des réceptionnistes, aux techniciennes, aux vétérinaires. Ils m'ont tenue au courant tout au long des tests de mon chien et je me sens bien prise en charge pour le suivi. L'hôpital est absolument magnifique et propre. Ils ont un service de parc canin et de toilettage, franchement, je suis vraiment heureuse d'avoir trouvé cette clinique à la dernière minute, alors que j'étais désespérée. N'hésitez pas ! Un gros merci à l'équipe, vous êtes désormais mon choix numéro 1 pour tous les suivis à venir de mon chien.
