The procedure changed all the time following the treatment of my cat between follow-up appointments. I did not find myself there. Yet it would be so simple to write down the processing steps on paper. I didn't even have a vaccination card for follow-ups and it changes vets. It's sad!!! I was very badly advised and it cost me dearly for nothing. :-( I don't recommend the place at all. C'est désolant!!! J'ai été très mal conseillé et cela m'a coûté très cher pour rien. :-( Je ne recommande pas du tout l'endroit.

Apparantly the vets there diagnosed anything using google..... A friends pug went there. They said it had less than a week to live. Couldnt offer any solution beside an operation. Quand mes 2 autres chats ont eu les meme symptômes, après que mon mâle est combattu cette toux, nous avons attendu. 4 semaines plus tard. Nos 3 chats n avaient plus cette toux! Je me demande encore, qu elle genre de service/ diagnostic nous avons reçu a 90$ sans rien de plus pour notre consultation. Je ferais confiance à Clinique Pierre Boucher Vétérinaire au moment où ils vont ce pencher sur le bien etre et le suivi ( suivi des maîtres qui donnent la santé de leurs animaux dans leurs appellent? ) en temps réelle.

Je n'ai jamais été informée qu'il était possible que je paie pour un examen qui ne me donnerait aucun résultat. C'est l'équivalent de payer pour ne recevoir aucun service en retour. Sinon, je fais affaires avec cette clinique pour mes deux animaux lorsque nécessaire parce qu'elle est proche de chez moi et, mis à part cette expérience, j'apprécie le service. Cela dit, pour les grosses inquiétudes, traitements ou chirurgies, je préfère aller au CVRS sur Taschereau puisque le niveau des spécialistes est supérieur.

Worst clinic I’ve ever gone to. To summarize: THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY! They do NOT genuinely care about your pets. The tests take forever to get the results and they charge you more than some other places. They don’t offer genuine support/help and most times don’t even sound like they know what they’re doing. They are passionate, nothing compared to other places where money is the only reason why they're running their business. But this last contact became nothing but a money-grab! It's frustrating to be made to feel cheap, but they hold your pet's health hostage over needless charges.
