So I decided to postpone using it by a couple of more days, to give my dog one more chance to rally with her own immune mechanism. I did something on my own over the weekend, hoping it would help her, and it worked. (Excuse me for not disclosing the thing I did, for it can be an intellectual know-how. ;-) ) So I called the clinic the following Monday morning, to ask if they could refund the pills since they were untouched and will be valid until October 2021. These pills are useless at my side now, which may well help other dogs who really need them, and with view of myself being a potential long term customer, for I still have another dog and another cat, I thought they would refund the pills, but my reality was: "No, I can't help you in this." the vet said.

Il prends son temps pour ne pas brusquer l animal, pour bien l ausculter.. Pour votre bugdet, vous pouvez avoir confiance , les prix sont loin d être haut, vous n aurez pas l impression de vous faire dévaliser le budget pour soigner votre animal, et pas de remarque ou impression du genre « t as pris un animal, t’assumes, tu payes! » Je vous conseille FORTEMENT d acheter brosse, croquettes etc... là bas... pas plus cher que vente en ligne/ magasins grandes distributions car c ´ est l’achat de ces ventes du comptoir accessoires qui permet que l’on encourage les bons travailleurs indépendants qui le méritent! J avais un rendez vous et quand je suis arrivée on me dit que ce sera pas long mais le client avant moi attendait depuis 1 heure de temps pour son rendez vous de 45 minutes avant moi. Ça vaut quoi de prendre rendez vous alors.
