We need a new vet in the area and were recommended to this location, unfortunately called today just for prices and was not impressed. Got put on hold for 5mins without even being told I was being put on hold, for English people the receptionist didn’t speak English or try to give me to someone who did, so my husband did the talking (not angry about the language, but disappointed). We asked for the price of a specific test that my dog needs every 6 months and the person didn’t know what it was and wouldn’t ask, so just gave us the price for a full work up…! This was the 4th vet I called today, and was the only one not willing to even try to find out what the test was and help us. Disappointed because this place came highly recommended by our friends.

De plus, j'ai trouvé qu'il était très impatient envers ses employés et il n'expliquait rien quand on lui demandait de l'information. De plus, c'est très chère là bas pour les services qu'on y offre. En comparaison avec l'hôpital vétérinaire, le service est nul. Je paye le même prix pour seulement un examen général, une radiographie (j'ai dû l'aider pour la faire?) et une nuit au vétérinaire, tandis que à l'hôpital le chat a ses prises de sangs, un examen général, une échographie, il est emmené d'urgence (pas d'attente), une euthanasie (il souffrait trop), ils m'appellent pour savoir ce qu'il se passe avec les examens et les vétérinaires étaient super gentilles.

Scheduled a C-section on a Friday, changed his mind with no valid reason moments before it would have to be done, 36hours later the dog goes into labour, lost one to natural birth, had him on the phone, didn't offer any helpful assistance especially when he acknowledged it couldn't be done for all the puppies naturally and needed C-section, he offered us to wait until monday(was now Sunday morning), insulted our capacity to assist us to help the dog give birth or find a good affordable place to do C-section in emergency since he refused without valid reason the Friday since the main goal was to keep the mother alive. Had to find another place elsewhere, dog barely survived, got lucky found a competent team that saved 1 puppy and the mother, couldn't save more due to complications that happened because the operation wasn't done Friday as planned. Do not go there, could cost you your pet or he might just try to send you somewhere where the cost is 3x-4x what it could be if things get done on time. Oh and saying you don't operate emergencies on the weekend cause you prefer to fill out papers, really professional... No basic decency, completely disconnected from the clients.
