Whitehills Animal Hospital was AMAZING with my ole fella ( 11yr old Puggle). From the moment we walked into the front lobby the workers were great with us. I was rushing as to not miss my spot and forgot my leash and was running late ( my first spot. there I might add...) But the secretary was nothing but helpful and relaxed when I called to tell her this, she had a leash. I was taken into the room by the vet tech and she too was extremely polite and helpful, answered any question I had and offered help when she could. The Vet came in and she was nothing short of wonderful, she took her time with Rioc, listen to every concern I had and didn't rush us out the door! I'm very happy I chose this hospital for my Best Friend, he deserves nothing less and I truly believe he will get that here...

My 8-year old Jack Russell Terrier, Parker, used to be impossible at other vet clinics because of his fearful and aggressive behaviours. Past vets always had to sedate him but Dr. Tom Oster and his team were miracle workers! They didn't use any sedatives and were very gentle and patient with Parker. All my questions were answered and we were given lots of great information for when we travel with Parker. For the first time in years Parker got a very thorough exam and they even threw in a free nail clipping (also usually impossible to do). The prices were excellent and I LOVE this clinic! Highly recommend Dr. Tom Oster and the Whitehills Animal Hospital in general.

Maggie has a nasty rash ...long story short that we thought were deer fly bites but they were getting worse and messy. Got fit-in immediately by Whitehills Animal Hosp where I always take her and my previous dogs and was diagnosed and given medication. She was taken to the treatment room area shaved and medicinal shampoo of area and we are hopefully on the mend. All this on a Friday late afternoon as well. So I am pleased as always with the exceptional care and kindness from the staff and of course the Veterinarians. We now think it was a reaction to chlorine in the pool and then the lake water what I like to call the “Perfect Storm” of circumstances.

Always great care here. Recently we had to have our beagle looked at, and the staff got us in on a Saturday. Dr. Bond took the time to give him a thorough exam and propose a plan. She went further to review his bloodwork and send us an email with the results and her interpretations. We then had a follow up visit with additional investigations, where again the staff and Dr. Bond took great care of us and our pet. Dr. Bond again took more time to explain her findings and possible treatments plans. Drs. Bond, Oster and all the staff are a skilled and caring group of people.

Whitehills Animal Hospital was recommended to me by @Merithot... a Boarding Facility whom I found AMAZING. Our family feels that Dr. Kim Bond is a fabulous veterinarian. We want to thank Dr. Bond for looking after Fox when he was healthy and when he became ill. Dr. Bond is a very dedicated professional who went beyond her duty looking after the well-being of our beloved Fox. He was diagnosed with Cushing's disease when he was 12 years old. Dr. Bond's expertise, knowledge, and caring manner helped Fox, and our family, get through some tough times. The medication prescribed helped Fox live with Cushing's for two more years, but the dreaded day arrived when he could no longer fight the disease. Dr. Bond was always available with excellent advice to help us care for Fox. She was gentle with him, and supportive of us when we made the decision to put Fox to rest on February 2, 2021. We deeply appreciated the support that Dr. Bond (and staff members Alonna, Maria, Amy, Jessica, Tracy, Brittany) gave us throughout Fox's life. We will miss you Dr. Bond, and everyone at Whitehills Animal Hospital. You can't make my experience any better. It is perfect. Fox is always given the best care by all staff at Whitehills, especially Dr. Bond and Dr. Oster. Fantastic pet clinic and hospital. All staff members are gentle and caring when handling our dog, Fox, who has a nervous/fearful disposition. Dr. Oster performed dental surgery on Fox. His post-surgery care at Whitehills resulted in a speedy recovery. Dr. Bond's gentle and caring demeanor helped us through some difficult times regarding Kitty's health. Support staff was also very attentive and caring when handling our beloved cat during her time of need. Thank you everyone at Whitehills. We highly recommend Whitehills to look after your pets.

The office staff made us feel very comfortable calling and being the last patient of the day before their weekend started and assured us that they were not being inconvenienced. My cat JT, found by my family on the side of a highway when I was 9 years old, survived and lived an awesome life with me wherever I went until I was 32, even rode on my motorcycle with me. We have been going to Whitehills for years. Our first dog was a patient. They offered amazing, conscientious and such compassionate care throughout her life. We were particularly grateful for how they handled our dog's end of life care and the time they spent with us to make sure we understood all the options. This place helped me out in a pinch with my dog just hours away from dying. They took me in and treated me as a loyal customer even though it was my first time there with my black lab Mila. The front receptionist was just so friendly and really easy to chat with. The vet tech ladies were outstanding as well and you could really get a sense that they cared about the animals. Dr Tom was very upfront with the situation and thorough in his pre operation information along with the financial quote which is greatly appreciated. His post op communication was equally informative and he even sent me an email in the morning after to let me know how my dog did through the night. Just truly a class act all around and I would highly recommend trusting your pet with them. Again, I was a 'visitor' as I was sent from my own clinic due to two veterinarians being on vacation and they treated me great. Glad to see two clinics working together to get my dog the treatment she needed!!! Thanks again everyone!

My little dachshund suddenly had back problems just a few days before Christmas - The staff at Whitehills managed to squeeze us in on Christmas Eve ( afternoon) and while I was there - I found out that they were still seeing patients long after they were supposed to be closed - their attitude was so kind and compassionate despite the fact that I'm quite sure they all wanted to get home and on to their Christmas celebrations. I very much appreciated the care that the staff took to follow CoVid safety requirements. Dr Oster brought Teddy outside afterwards and answered all my questions. Both of us wearing masks. I especially like the fact that all the results and follow-up instructions are printed on the invoice. I appreciated being able to sit in the shade and admire their gardens while Teddy had his examination instead of sitting in my blazing hot car.

All staff were so accommodating of my dog that has separation anxiety. Dr. Lam is patient and thorough in her examination and how she answers questions. You never feel rushed! I don't trust this place, I'm never bringing my bunny back to be tortured like this. They pulled out my bunny's nail when they were supposed to be trimming it! Definitely inexperienced w treating bunnies. I understand mistakes but the worst thing was they didn't tell me. I had to find out on my own when I was examining my bunny's nails.

The doctor is an unskilled inept who has no idea what he's doing and didn't even give my pet a thorough exam, but they charged me a thorough price, the con-artists! Just to update this: DO NOT think he's nice just b/c he wrote a response that sounds nice. He's just a total faker. Also how CONVENIENT he has "no idea" who I am! LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!! Our family was very nervous to take our mini bulldogs to have their vaccines done and then have our male neutered. Both puppies are around 9mnths old and have not been socialized with other dogs or other people plus they are very timid, they get frightened very easily and nip at people. When we told Whitehills animal hospital they were very understanding and told us not to worry. Even under these new covid 19 rules Whitehills animal hospital was very professional and made our family feel secure that our puppies were with people we trust.
